Salute Saturday Savages 馃嚭馃嚫 Hope you are doing well! My son's favorite pepperoni and Black Olive and the wife's thin crust chicken ranch. My newest launch experiment is a 255 gram 3 meat PZZA! It's a chicken, bacon and pepperoni. They're really all the great classic meats on any pizza. A bunch of black olives (of course) some scattered green onion with a homegrown jalape帽o for the "Savages" in us all! I used A jarred red sauce BUT...completely covered it in fresh microplaned Parmesan Reggiano then a little bit of shredded Mozzarella. That way I was really able to bring this 3 meat pie together with a lot more sauce underneath! Salute Saturday Savages 馃嚭馃嚫 Macaroni PZZA is my newest attempt at something I saw on social media. My dough didn't need any red sauce because of all the cheese sauce. I made a mild habenero pepper cheese sauce for the macaroni. As you can see, adding bits of bacon and some pepperoni adds that extra pizza level to it. Turns out it's delicious even though it's out of the ordinary. I think I should've been adding the first layer with some kind of white sauce and that would have been the best way. The 1st PZZA is my wife's ranch chicken tomatoe and chives Next up, we have my sons double cheese & pepperoni Finally mine is inspired by these guys - @richspizzaparty @s_ggreco Do go "FOLLOW" them because they are incredible Pizzaiolo's I've put mine together with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and a San Romano home grown tomatoe. 馃嚭馃嚫Savage Salute to everyone this weekend馃嚭馃嚫 Eating my new Savage sauce on this one. It's topped with shredded mozzarella, Sliced Olives and Parmesan. naming this one my "S.O. PZZA". I don't care to eat mushrooms but I can share a slicing trick 馃棥 that gives you the texture of them. By cutting the olives in half the long way you can then take each half and cut slivers that mimic a mushroom slice. The sauce is flavorful with a nice tang. Probably get a solid 8.4 from a certain pizza guy that takes "one bite and everyone knows the rules"... If I owned a pizza place anyways! The other PZZAS are a ranch chicken for my wife and my son's favorite pepperoni and Black Olives, any style. I like to change styles up from time to time too! Just to remind everyone (including myself) that a variety of things can happen in unexpected ways but yet they can turn out to be excellent reminders of who we are and where we are now in our lives. I Found the Belgioioso Burrata at the grocery store and who knew it's also made in Denmark Wisconsin!
