I'm not sure I quite understand why you would build a house like this, 1952 er...roof, in Ogden, Utah. (I don't even think that this would be allowed in some states.) It has 2bds, 1ba, $280K (cut $20K - $300K is way too much, and I'm not sure that I would pay $280K either.) I'm thinking that they could only afford to dig a basement and add a roof.

I'm wondering what could be done to make it look cute, maybe like an A-frame.- a short, stubby A-Frame. Maybe a nice door w/a canopy, 2 rails on the stoop, fake windows with shutters and flower boxes?

I'm assuming that the "attic" isn't finished, so you go right down to the living quarters, and it's newly renovated.

It's brighter than I thought it would be and pretty spacious.

I wonder what the brick thing is. Looks like maybe it was going to be a fireplace? Anyway, in the living room area they have built-in shelving.

Kitchen's nice and new, plus all appliances are included.

Not a bad space. It's very light and bright.

Bedroom #1 is a good size. Has nice closet doors.

The bath is pretty big and even has a vanity table.

Bedroom #2 is nice, also, and has a good closet.

And, look at the big utility room for laundry and maybe even a little workbench.

This old structure on the back looks like it's been here a while. I don't know what it is, but the description says it's a patio.

The lot is a good size and has potential. I would live here.
