Okay with Phineas and Ferb getting new episodes I think it'd be hilarious to have a reverse rehash of the one episode where Doof turned himself into a Platypus, but instead he makes an inator that turns animals into people so he can like, somehow turn some other animals into his own army to control and take over the Entire Tri-State Area(!) TM.
Meanwhile, the kids are all turning themselves into animals to see what it would be like and Candace, as Candace is wont to do, goes to Tell Mom. She herself is accidentally hit with the PNF ray and becomes an animal of some kind, like a parrot or other language-mimicking bird, and she still manages to get a chuckle out of Linda who remarks that this bird reminds her of Candace (ha ha).
Perry is hit with the inator and we get to see him however the creators would imagine him to look. Now this part is crucial. He doesn't say a word. Not a single gosh darn word. He is silent the entirety of his time as a human.
Wait wait I just wanted to add that I think Norm should also be there the whole time we see the Doof plot absolutely hands and knees BEGGING to be hit with the ray because as most of us know he's repeatedly shown the desire to "be a real boy" and I think that even if momentarily he should be given that sensation. He is a young man around Vanessa's age and she takes him out for cool teen sibling mall bonding or whatever.
The kids spend most of the episode trying to break one of them out of animal control after Candice made a call to them (but before she had gotten hit herself). Honestly she could be the one who got caught after harassing Linda so much. Anyway they get her back and start to head home to reverse the animal-ification but find the machine mysteriously gone. We know that Lawrence thought it was some antique or another that he was supposed to mail off to who knows where bc of course it looks like all the other antiques that he was sending off. Meanwhile,
Perry manages to hit the reverse switch and go back to his Platypus-ness and bumps into the inator's reverse switch, causing it to go haywire and fire willy nilly. Norm says that while it was fun being human he kinda wishes he was a robot again. He gets hit and he simply exclaims "Hooray!" and you hear his little jingle of "doo doo doo doo!"
Candace is hit with the ray first and says that the boys are Soooo Busted and goes to get mom, who we hear pulling up to the house. The kids are hit by the inator ray just in time, and everyone is called in for Pie.
The inator self destructs, in the process turning Doof into a turtle or squirrel or something irocnic, and curses Perry the Platypus for foiling his plans

My mind was plagued with thoughts of the episode where the kids think Perry laid an egg and the comic where Perry saves a baby platypus from Doof, and that got me thinking: what if Perry was actually a dad to a baby platypus? One possibility is that Perry wouldn't want his child to become an agent at such a young age and would rather have his kid decide if they want to do it when they're older, but I believe that either way, the young platypus would inherit Perry's anthropomorphism.
oh my god I’ve never even thought about Dad!Perry before 🥺 I thought his relationship with the Flynn-Fletcher kids was wholesome but that has some real potential to become the superior relationship
obligatory “read more” to save everyone who doesn’t care how I feel about Dad!Perry
Okay first I gotta ask how we think this would happen. Is it the egg from Perry Lays An Egg that hatches, except it really is a baby platypus and Perry ends up taking it in because no one else can? Or is it Perry taking one of Doof’s platybabies home? Or is it trans!Perry laying his own egg? Or Perry has sex with another platypus (that’s such a weird thought lmao) and somehow he becomes the sole guardian of the egg? As the numero uno “Perry is an asexual demibiromantic platypus” stan, I kinda like the first or second one, but I also feel like the platybaby should be related to him? But at the same time Phineas and Ferb is all about how family don’t end in blood so maybe that’s not important?
Anyways onto Dad!Perry because holy shit I’m excited to explore this
I’m gonna start at the end of the ask by saying that I feel like anthropomorphism isn’t genetically inherited; I feel like it’s something that’s taught. It’s kinda a nature vs nurture type thing so I guess it’s more a psychological debate than anything, but if I had to channel my inner English teacher and draw evidence from “the text” (aka the show), I gotta bring up the koi from Attack of the 50 Foot Sister that were just kinda vibin in the neighbors’ pond at the beginning of the episode and then Monogram had to make them agents to avoid a lawsuit and by the end they were saving Perry’s ass? Which is relevant to literally nothing except that I think any baby animal Perry raises, regardless of whether or not they’re related to him by blood (or even by species), will probably turn the lil baby into an anthropomorphic lil platybaby just because of all the human and human-like influences
And now the elephant in the room (cue OWCA Files Agent E joke): how does OWCA react to the news? Which I guess is really a follow-up question to how OWCA finds out in the first place. I think we can all agree that Perry won’t want to tell them. It’s not like he sees the other agents as friends that he wants to invite to the baby shower. But Monogram would want to know if there’s a new player in the Flynn-Fletcher house not that he knows who lives there now; that’s Carl’s area of expertise. Would he have to tell them? Is there a protocol for that? Especially if it’s just an egg he picks up from The Tree™ in the backyard. That’s basically just getting a new pet, right? And sure, Monogram would want to know, but is Perry legally obligated to tell him is the question.
But Monogram has to find out one way or another, and given that Perry is the best of the best, Monogram is going to want his kid in the club. Perry would 100% say no, too, but I don’t know if it would be because he wants his son (yes it’s a boy platybaby no I don’t know why) to have his own say in his future; I think Perry would consider OWCA too dangerous for his son. I mean, we saw what happened when Phineas, Ferb, and Candace got mixed up in his job: they were almost eaten by a goozim and the tri-state area was almost taken over by an evil dictator. He would definitely want to keep his son out of that scene if he could. At least all the dangers at home are Phineas-and-Ferb-sponsored, and unlike OWCA, they would make sure he didn’t get hurt.
Buuuut Monogram is also a dumbass and doesn’t know how to take no for an answer, so he’d keep pushing. It has to be a well-known fact around OWCA that changing Agent P’s mind about anything is not an easy feat, so maybe when Monogram realized it was a lost cause, he’d try to go around Perry’s back? Maybe while Perry was at work, he’d head to the Flynn-Fletchers’ house (or send Carl again like Undercover Carl) to try to get the platybaby alone? He could explain what OWCA is and that he would make a perfect candidate. I doubt Perry would have told his son about OWCA in any detail yet other than the fact that he works there and that’s where he goes every day, so this would all be new and interesting. And then Perry either comes home when Monogram or Carl is talking to his son about OWCA or his son brings it up himself, and Perry is fuming because he made it very clear that he didn’t want OWCA anywhere near his family.
And now I can’t help but wonder if that would cause bigger problems between him and OWCA? What if that’s his breaking point, and he just flat-out quits because if they can’t respect his very few boundaries, he doesn’t owe them anything? And assuming the platybaby didn’t come from Doof, maybe that’s how they meet? Somehow he finds out that the reason there’s a new agent working his case is that Perry’s out on “permanent paternity leave” or something, and word gets back to Perry somehow (maybe Pinky heard it through the grapevine and told him? idk) that Doof wants to meet him? And Perry’s kinda wary buuuuut at the same time, Doof isn’t his nemesis anymore. If you take OWCA out of the equation, aren’t they just friends?
WAIT A SECOND
IMAGINE HOW NORM WOULD REACT TO SEEING A BABY PLATYPUS
LIKE
I DON’T KNOW WHY
BUT NORM WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BABY PLATYPUS
and Doof would get kinda annoyed because “He came here so I could meet the baby, you know,” and usually that’s enough to convince Norm that he’s doing something wrong, but this time Norm is just like, “But I love him?” And Doof expects Perry to back him up and he probably should but at the same time, his son looks so happy with Norm? Without OWCA’s training, he still has that platypus aspect to his personality that comes from both his animal instinct and how the Flynn-Fletchers treat him, so he’s just kinda snuggled up in Norm’s lap and Norm is just petting him?
And this is probably after he’s shown some human-like features and Doof knows that he’s about as human as Perry, so he asks, “Does he like being pet?” and Perry nods because duh of course he does and Doof just kinda looks at him for a moment and he’s like, “Do you like to be pet?” and Perry just fuckin decks him because no he does not yes he does and Doof just nods like, “Okay, fair enough.”
AND THEN VANESSA WALKS IN???
and she had absolutely no idea this was happening she’s about to go drop her stuff off in her room for the weekend and Norm’s like, “Look at my new friend!” and Vanessa thinks it’s gonna be something stupid but she walks over and sees the baby platypus and she starts freaking out because holy shit Perry is that yours? and obviously she needs to know literally everything there is to know about him because this is her nephew now and she will not take no for an answer.
And I feel like OWCA really wouldn’t like this? I mean, Perry completely severed ties with them over this platybaby, and now he’s bringing his son over to DEI at least twice a week to see his former nemesis? And idk what they would do about it because I don’t think there’s an actual protocol for this, but Monogram is Very Sensitive™ and he won’t stand for this.
Also and I’m totally just spit-balling here but what if, because the platybaby is kinda also being raised by the Doofenshmirtzes (and the Flynn-Fletchers but idk if that would make much of a difference here bc he has to pretend to be a mindless pet around them like his dad), he gets the best of the human and animal experience all in one, without all the shit Perry had to deal with from OWCA? And what if that somehow leads him to be able to speak? I don’t quite know how that would work, mostly because I don’t really know what prevents Perry from speaking, but we already went into that back in May so I’m not gonna go there again lol
okay I’m pretty sure it’s been over two hours since I started working on this ask but I can’t help it because this is literally such a cute idea fjdshflakfa I don’t even know if I’d be content reading this like I feel like this is just something I want to write. I kinda want to see how Phineas and Ferb would treat him, and if they’d treat Perry any differently now that a) he’s a dad and b) there’s a new platypus for them to love. I also want to see how Candace would handle probably falling in love with the platybaby but still getting annoyed by Perry. I really want to see what Vanessa and Norm’s relationship with the platybaby would turn into. Idk so much about the Doof/platybaby relationship though; I feel like I’d be more interested in how this affects the Doof/Perry dynamic instead. Something about Doof makes me think he wouldn’t be as easily swayed by the platybaby as everyone else, but the fact that Perry would now be a dad just like him would probably make him unreasonably happy. And that’s not even touching upon how different life would be for Perry now that he has a son, and he would obviously adore the little guy with his entire being, but, like, he has a son? How is he supposed to deal with that?
also I really should’ve given the platybaby a name to make this more readable and it’s a little too late for that but I hereby decree that his new temporary name until such time as this fic gets written is Horatio (unless y’all wanna hit me up with your platybaby name ideas because I would love to see them?) so welcome to the Dwampyverse, Horatio :,)

Yeah so sometimes you draw Perry the Platypus in the context of the ducktales universe and realize that means everyone else would be birds and stuff so you have to draw that too
Anyways, why I made some choices under the cut!
~
Phineas
I couldn't figure out how to give him a triangle head, my bad :(
Was originally going to make him a robin, but then I was looking for some reference
Stumbled upon Panchito
Tumblr media
This man has half of Phineas’s hair and when I was drawing it came out looking like a comb anyways
So yeah he’s a chicken!
Ferb
Typically in Human!Perry aus they make Perry the uncle on Ferb’s side
So I decided to stick with that and make Ferb either a duck, beaver, or platypus (ignore how that technically doesn’t work it’s fine)
Wasn’t feeling beaver, so I got to drawing and when I came time for the tail I just went duck
Plus green ducks exist and are cool so it works
Candace
You know we have to get that long neck in when it comes to Candace
So my first thought was Ostrich
My second thought was swan but I decided Ostrich made more sense to stylistically make orange
So ostrich!
Yes I know Phineas and Candace are biologically related so it would make more sense to make them the same species
but consider, we don’t know who the father is and I didn’t draw Linda so it’s fine
(I know I also kept all the other people who are related the same species but shh its fine)
Isabella
She just gives off hummingbird vibes guys
Plus hummingbirds can be pink
Not much to say here I do like how she turned out though!
Baljeet
I wasn’t sure what to do so I defaulted to duck
again not much to say here
Oh wait!
When I make HDLW/others eventually interact I’ve decided Huey meats the group first!
And it’s through Baljeet because they met at some nerdy summer camp thing
Yep!
Buford
Once again I was looking for reference
I was like, Big Time Beagle and Buford kinda look similar
Tumblr media
See what I mean?
So yeah Buford could distantly related to the Beagle Boys?? Maybe?
I’m not sure that would be an interesting concept though
Stacy
I defaulted to duck again
Even though her neck is long too it’s different than Candace because of her head shape
so therefore she is not an ostrich
Jeremy
Jeremy’s a different story
His head shape is MUCH more like Candace
He may not have quite as long of a neck (could anyone truly have as long of a neck as Candace?)
But it’s close so he's an ostrich too
Dr. Doofenshmirtz
We all saw Dr. Atmoz Fear in that one episode
Tumblr media
You should KNOW Doof isn't against name changes for the sake of branding
So I just drew Atmoz Fear
They even say in the wiki for Atmoz Fear that he looks like Doofenshmirtz
So it’s fine I can be lazy
Plus could I really think of a better design than him? No, no I could not.
Vanessa
Almost made her a different species but then I didn’t
Once again it just kinda turned out that way
Ginger & Gretchen
Same as Stacy, so just a duck
then I defaulted for Gretchen too
Look I have so little to say that I combined them!
That's it! I have more for this au I'll post in a bit!

Thoughts on PnF Season 3
I’ve actually finished Phineas and Ferb season 3 a few days back, and am now in the middle of season 4. All in all, WOW! I’m really impressed at how they ramped up the quality of the episodes. While season 2 episodes ranged from ‘okay to great’, season 3 episodes turned it to ‘great to amazing’.
Besides the increase in animation quality, they’re also playing around with the formula a lot more. Like how some episodes Candace never even tries busting the boys, or even joining them, or the episode focusing on other characters.
It’s also neat how other characters have bits of development. Like Norm being a complete sweetheart. or some of the Fireside girls being differentiated, or even Jeremy and Stacy. It’s honestly kind of a bummer that Jeremy and Stacy don’t get to appear more in future episodes when they’ve been more prominent at the start of the season.
Monty as the newest addition to the show is alright. He fills the niche of competent human agent in O.W.C.A. I like him a lot more when he’s not being developed as Vanessa’s love interest (though I think Monty and Carl are cute together)
Also, remember me mentioning season 2 had a lack of adult jokes due to S&P meddling? Well, never mind that for season 3 lol.
Some brief thoughts on other episodes under the cut:
Canderemy:  Stacy’s got a point that Candace does bring up Jeremy a lot when she’s not trying to bust the boys. It’s totally a friend thing for her to mess with Candace by pretending she doesn’t know the two were joined though.
Candace Disconnected: The true millennial or gen Z horror story: Your phone’s broken and you have no way to replace it...unless you have genius siblings to make you a new one.
Magic Carpet Ride: Lawrence being so accepting of the way the boys defy the laws of physics and just enjoying spending time with the kids is so dang wholesome. Also, wow, Doof’s backstory here is just painful after watching Gravity Falls. While Doof is similar in a lot of ways to Stan, here we see that he’s in the same position as Ford where a very important project of his got ruined by his brother’s carelessness. And then Roger spent twenty years restoring Doof’s painting... Just. OUCH. If Stan and Doof met, this would prolly be one thing they’d have an argument about.
Phineas and Ferb Interrupted: I love that Linda spends time willingly with Candace this episode because she wants them to bond. Also Perry’s face when he realizes Doof’s Inator hit PnF was priceless, especially how this is one of the few times Perry doesn’t mess around to bust Doof because of the boys being in trouble.
A Real Boy: I think of this more as a dark comedy. I’m thinking the reason Doof doesn’t treat Norm right is prolly a mix of Doof not being too attached to his Inators since it gets destroyed all the time, and him designing Norm to look kind of like Roger makes Doof more predisposed to be mean to Norm.
Escape from Phineas Tower: Gotta love the moment of PnF asking the others if they want to go to the death trap tower and them going “Yeaaaaah, nope!”.
Ferb Latin: Seriously, Linda and Lawrence alone in the Sensory Deprivation Tank? How did this get past the censors?
A Phineas and Ferb Family Christmas: This episode works as a half-loving/half-mocking tribute to tacky network-mandated Christmas specials. The best joke is getting a Celebrity Guest Star to sing a song and never letting them sing anything.
Tri-Stone Area/  Doof Dynasty / Excaliferb / Phineas and Ferb and the Temple of Juatchadoon: Just bundling these together as a bunch of specials that are loving homages to different types of shows/genres. It’s cool how well PnF work with just about any genre.
Monster from the Id:  Candace being a neurosis and anxiety-riddled mess in her mind is so relatable. Also this is one of the few episodes we get hints of Candace and Buford being unlikely friends.
The Remains of the Platypus:  What. The. Fuck. This remains the most insane PnF episode ever. It’s GREAT!
Meapless in Seattle: Knowing that this was just a bunch of unrelated scenes made for a fake trailer that went on to be a full episode is awesome. I bet the creators had a hell of a time trying to come up with a series of events that would stitch the entire thing together.
Delivery of Destiny: Now this is a pretty cool concept, basing the entire episode around one of the regular folks in PnF-land. I do feel sorry for poor Paul, sticking with a job he doesn’t feel hot about (even if he did get some new perspective to appreciate it)
The Mom Attractor: While Candace gave the idea to create something that will bust the boys, it’s really heartwarming how it ended in a small party for Linda with Candace getting the credit. Also Lawrence is such a good dad, when Candace asked him what Linda liked he immediately said Candace, Phineas and Ferb.
Cranius Maximus: I was wondering if Buford would keep up the characterization and never give Baljeet a wedgie again after the events of ‘Bully Bromance Break-Up’. Technically, he doesn’t actually do it to Baljeet but to his death machine. And I suppose if you tried to destroy the entire world after you go on a power trip from a brain-enhancing device, the threat of a wedgie is probably kind of deserved. But yeah, it looks like Buford has dropped giving Baljeet wedgies!
Sipping with the Enemy: Man, Perry is an absolute friend this episode, covering for Vanessa like that. Also hipsters being treated as cool folks is hilarious considering what people think of hipsters nowadays.
Tri-State Treasure: Boot of Secrets:  Fun as the A-plot was, I do feel sorry for Candace going through all that trouble to get the memorabilia she wanted, only for The Mysterious Force to screw her over in the end. Seriously, OUCH.
Doofapus: This has to be up there as one of the “this is so wrong” episodes. Doof turning himself into a platypus was bad enough, but then Candace got turned into a friggin’ puddle. By comparison, Buford keeping life-sized moulds of all his friends is tame. Also hey, Buford considers Candace his friend!
Where's Perry?: I’m a huge sucker for Perry being so caring to PnF so this episode hit me right in the heart. Just one big awwwwww. Also, Evil Carl’s biker outfit is so fab~ Also scarily competent. This is what, the second or third time another character got turned evil and proved WAY more competent at it than even Doof? And yeah, Carl STILL being an unpaid intern for all his services is pure evil. Doof Was Right!!!
Road to Danville: Perry and Doof are the best of friends. Seriously, Perry doing the chestbump and pointing at Doof made me teary-eyed. Also, it’s been pointed out that Perry and Phineas did the same thing in PnF: Across the 2nd Dimension, so it just highlights how important Doof is to Perry as well. Also Doof is an amputee with titanium arms. ...What?!
This Is Your Backstory: Despite being a clipshow episode, the fact that Doof gets defeated by being reminded of his friendship with Perry had me smiling.
Blackout!: This was actually just a merely Great episode. It just SEEMS worse only because the past few episodes preceding it were all pretty fantastic. I really liked how setting the entire episode in a blackout was pretty much an excuse for the artists to take it easy and not have to do much work haha.

Have you ever thought of a scenario where Perry never managed to write the mirrored phrase "I fight evil" on his chest before Doofenshmirtz's Butler-Inator caused him to have no recollection of his past life? It'd be like Platyborg all over again, but much less tragic and dangerous
Okay the thing about the asks I get which I love please don’t stop sending them is that most of the time they’re about some possibility that has crossed my mind briefly but I never spent too much time thinking about, so I get really excited to explore whatever idea I’d thought of previously. This one has never occurred to me before. I don’t know how, but I’ve literally never thought of this, and I spent, like two hours lying in bed last night thinking about it because I really just don’t know. This got kinda long so I’m gonna put it under the cut so people who don’t care don’t have to scroll through a solid six-paragraph what if.
The thing is, butler!Perry was so different than normal Perry. I mean, Perry’s usually fairly stoic, but never to that extent. I don’t know what exactly it was about Perryborg, but despite also being under Doof’s control, I felt like he had more personality than butler!Perry did. That basically means there’s nothing to base this on outside of that one 12-ish-minute backwards episode (and, of course, Doof’s personality, because we definitely know that).
I think the other big thing that's throwing me off here is that butler!Perry is such a behind-the-scenes character. Usually when I think about evil!Perry, it's in the context of "How do other people react to this?" but that's not much of a player in this scenario. I mean, Phineas and Ferb would have absolutely no idea where their pet went. Carl the furry would just be stuck in a cage. Monogram was barely a functioning human being by the end of that episode (like, less than usual, which is really saying something), so he wouldn't find out for a while. People might notice that he was gone, but no one would know that he was evil.
Unless, of course, Doof used that for bragging rights, which tbh is probably what would happen. Maybe Monogram’s cheesy swelling goes down by the nexy day and he heads into work and Carl’s not there and he’s like ??? and then he goes to brief Agent P and Perry’s not there and now he’s like ?????and then he gets a text from Doof and it’s just a picture of Perry the Butlerpus and something like “Haha he’s mine now” because immaturity, right? And Monogram is like what the fuck because usually he’d send Perry in to save his agents but like he can’t really do that now, can he?
And Doof would just be so smug back home, hours after the party ended, chilling on the couch in his underwear while Perry is still cleaning up from last night. This is great, right? He basically owns Perry the Platypus, his nemesis and OWCA’s best agent. No one can stop him now. And the best part is, the high of capturing Perry the Platypus is keeping him so entertained, he doesn’t even want to take over the tri-state area yet. He just wants to enjoy this. I mean, how often does he get to mock Francis like this? The guy’s getting a new picture of Perry the Platypus every hour, and there’s nothing he or his squirrel man whom he eventually let go because he draws the line at kidnapping furries can do about it.
But I think he would get bored of it eventually. You can only taunt Francis for so long, right? And sure, he’s glad he has a servant that does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, but he’s so much less fun now. Doof asks him to pose for a picture and he just stands there and looks at the camera. Doof tries to give him a pose but it lacks personality. Hell, he doesn’t even smile anymore. Sure. on duty smiles were always few and far between, but they still happened, and that’s not even including the smiles he would see off the clock when they were, say, on vacation in Egypt or watching a movie together or something. He liked that version of Perry. Sure, he likes the help he gets now, but it’s not the same.
I think the final straw would be when Doof tried to build an inator, and Perry helped him do it. It would be coo for the first few minutes, but he’d finish the inator -- with the parts that Perry brought him, no less -- and he’d trap Perry and start his monologue, and Perry would just stand there? And Doof would try to tell him thwart him, but it would be so robotic and emotionless, and that’s when Doof would realize that this isn’t Perry. This was never Perry. And sure, he now has a free shot at the tri-state area, but what’s the point if Perry’s not here to stop him?
So in the end, I don’t think it would really be like Perryborg. I don’t think our Doof has the same ruthless drive that 2D Doof has. I kinda touched upon it here, but while 2D Doof really wanted to take over the tri-state area, for our Doof, it was always just a game for him, and sure, maybe he finally won it, but at what cost, right? He’d have to turn Perry back, and he’d do it of his own free will. Perry the Platypus is supposed to be his friend, but this Perry wouldn’t even know what the word means.

do you have any hcs of characters that have very little screentime? like background villains or characters that only appear in like one episode? sorry if my phrasing is weird, i just wanna make sure im not the only one who's latched onto characters like Professor Mystery or Orville and have dragged them into headcanon hell.
I literally love minor characters purely because you can make up as many headcanons as you want and no one can tell you you’re wrong omfg it’s time ti rantttt
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say you probably sent this after reading this post just because you mentioned Orville and I have literally never seen anyone else mention Orville in my entire life so this first one’s basically a repeat but shhhh we’re gonna pretend it’s not
- Dr. Diminutive does more evil than any other evil scientist at LOVEMUFFIN. Heinz and Rodney are all about the show, but Diminutive keeps his ideas to himself so he can get away with a lot more without OWCA asking questions. He would have been a much better leader for LOVEMUFFIN had he not been dismissed for his height.
- Dennis the Rabbit used to be OWCA’s best agent. He was even better than Perry, and they’d worked a few cases together back in the day because they were the best OWCA had.
- I don’t know if Monty counts as a minor character, but I headcanon that he and Vanessa only broke up because he was too busy with work, and that not long after the summer ended, he started traveling a lot for OWCA.
- Again, Lawrence isn’t too much of a minor character but tbh he doesn’t get as much screen time as he deserves so we’re gonna go with it. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: Lawrence absolutely knows Perry is a secret agent. He never mentions it for the same reason he never mentions the boys’ inventions: he doesn’t think anything of it.
- Roger is such a hit with the American people that they get rid of the rule that you have to be born in America to be president just so he can be president. They almost revoke the two-term limit too, but the rest of the government has to step in for that one.
- I will admit that I didn’t think of this one myself but Lyla was totally raised by animals, but, unlike Heinz, she actually sees herself as an animal more than she sees herself as a human.
- Mama Ocelot didn’t really like Heinz, but the baby ocelots loved him. They saw him as one of them, but they also knew he was different, too, and that made him really cool.
- Charlene is a really nice, really successful woman. She was decently wealthy growing up, but earned most of her fortune herself through hard work. Part of the reason she liked Heinz was that he was never after her money, and he didn’t treat her any differently when he found out that she was on the road to riches. Even now that she’s stuck paying alimony, she doesn’t mind because even though Heinz should get a job and god knows there are some he’d be really good at if he’d just try, he’s clearly a good person and he clearly cares about Vanessa. Also, she finds Norm very weird but she still thinks he’s cool.
- Unpopular opinion but I think Heinz’s dad was worse than his mom, but we don’t see him enough to know that.
- That one Scottish cousin Ferb has that we literally see for like two seconds is actually Ferb’s favorite cousin and the feeling is mutual. The Scottish cousin is always trying to convince his parents to let him visit Ferb, partially because he wants to see Ferb again in person for the first time in ages but mostly because he’s never met the Flynn-Fletchers and he really wants to meet Phineas and Perry in person.
- This is another one I’ve mentioned before but 2D Candace and Perryborg were basically mortal enemies, and even once 2D Doof is locked up again, they have a very strained relationship because they both remember that they’ve hurt each other a lot and neither of them are quick to trust the other (and one day I will write a fanfic about this but I gotta finish one of my WIPs first)
- Jerry the Platypus was so fucked up that he didn’t disappear with the rest of the Perry clones. He showed up again in something, and I totally didn’t just stop what I was doing to google it but yeah, he showed up in the preview for Meap Me In Saint Louis (ya know, the third Meap episode) and even though none of the preview scenes are used at all like they look like they will be, this one is because Jerry is alive and he is adorable and no one can take that from me!
- Steve the no-longer-giant chameleon is also absolutely fine and probably living his best life with Jerry.
And off the top of my head, that’s about all I got! I hope you cringed a little while reading, and if not, I didn’t do a good enough job 🙃
