In all of her years of living, she hasn't actually gone to pride. She is a supporter of LGBTQIA+ rights but she's never had the need or time to actually go to an event. Addison can admit that she's had her fair share of crushes on women throughout the years but what woman doesn't? Nothing's ever come of those crushes so she's almost positive she isn't into women. It was nearing the end of her shift and the parade started in an hour. The redhead lucked out and actually got a decent amount of sleep in an on-call room last night so she wasn't tired. There was no need to head straight home. "Actually yes," she said, nodding. "I would love to go. I've never actually been to Pride before."

it's safe to say addison isn't really expecting ainsley to be critical. there's a measure of degrees, though—from agreeing that addison's ass is droolworthy stuffed into shorts, to actually drooling for it. addison gets her answer easily enough, then, the distracted young redhead way closer to the latter, and she grins at her sister's sheepishness. "oh it does, does it?" she teases, giving her ass another little bounce with her hands to tempt. "do you think my ass looks good enough to eat, ains?" addison even plays with the tight hem of her shorts, peeling them down to let half of her thick cheeks spill out as she checks herself out in the mirror, shameless as ever. "you can get on your knees for a closer look, if you need to."

ainsley knows addison's actions are intentional, that the way she toys with her own backside is done in order to taunt the desires she knows brew within the younger girl. she also knows better than to do anything without being asked, without being granted the permission, which is why she stays put. "it does, daddy. it looks so fat and round and perfect. the girls..." her breath hitches, as if something had yanked her backwards and forced the air from her lungs when the fabric is pulled down further. "there's no way anyone can ignore it." herself included, closing the distance between them and easing herself onto her knees, hands trailing from addison's waist to the pale cheeks, dancing across the revealed skin in admiration. Help me choose the night attire for Spam

In light of the results of the previous poll, then I shall share the scribbles I do with the finger on the phone to brainstorm concept art ideas for the AU. I still don't feel very comfortable using that smol screen and the finger and I needed to blow up the canvas to 5000x5000 almost to get better detail. I shall persevere and practice more with it but right now I can only do lineart, some basic paint bucket fills and some layer shenanigans.

Anyway, at least the blog will not go silent while I'm saving for a new tablet. And yes, Spam has several landmarks on his body like all of his other siblings living in the Conglomerate Building at ICARUS. That performed heart-port is a literal "window" to his Darkner soul but I can't reveal for what because spoilers. All of them are marked with their subject number, from #001 to #499. The rest is the standard Addison body with the segmented hands, though he still might look like an Addison in his teen years because of how short Spam is (155 cm // 5.08 inches). By the time he meets with the Addison marketing group, he should be like 21 years old, and by the time the visual-novel starts (around when Spamton meets with Kris for the first time in that back-alley) he should be like between 35 and 45 I believe.

dad died in front of her when she was young -- a heart attack. her mom remarried to a high profile lawyer that was set to take over his dad's law firm

they always had high expectations for her and why shouldn't they? she was always due to become either a surgeon (like her late father) or a lawyer (like her step-father). eventually, it became obvious where her skills lay, so she was steered in the direction of law.

in college, she falls in love. against everything her parents warned about. she has not one, but two children before she graduates from harvard with a law degree. but she did it all while raising two children. isn't that enough?

her husband and her get married after she's graduated and from the outside they're perfect. both high profile, hard working people with two darling children. everyone should be jealous.

she doesn't want anyone to think she got where she was because of her step-dad's connections, so she works with his firm's biggest competitor.

soon enough, she's a fucking star. other lawyers, even those with decades more experience are scared of her. why shouldn't they be? she cuts through them in court like a knife through butter. she's unstoppable.

until it's obvious that everyone in the firm is against her becoming name partner.

harper does what she does best. she creates a case. she finds every speck of dirt on the current name partners and marches into the monthly partners meeting and demands her name go up there. easy as pie.

yes. kang for harper kang. she made it.

her and another name partner, the one she's closest to, perform a coup and over throw the other one, making them obsolete. it's just the two of them now, and they're doing what they could only dream of.

while all of this happens, her marriage falls apart. she suspects her husband of cheating, if not physically, then emotionally at the very least, but can't bring herself to do anything when she's surely been feeling something for the other name partner.

she and her husband separate, though they live under the same roof for the sake of their children and the cameras.

the divorce is messy and awful and ends in arguments more often than not. it takes two years for it to be finalized, start to finish. what's the point of celebrating in a burning house? whatever. she opens a new bottle of scotch anyway.

001. Addisons

A race of merchants, originally from a desert region, whose society and culture revolve around advertising. Their ancestors were organic, but they were forced to upload themselves onto ARPANET in the late 1960′s and transform into data to prevent extinction. Each Addison has unique fur patterns, called “markings,” which are usually only visible under ultraviolet light or by monsters who can perceive UV frequencies, like Berdly.

bellamy quist, better known as agent wraith  has been with cerberus corp as an eo since 2019 and is LEVEL III. cerberus corp should consider the fact that their last mission status was touch and go but agent wraith pulled through in the end when giving out the next one.

002.  EXTRA ORDINARY

near death experience…  Looking at her now, no one would guess that a young Bellamy was the more adventurous and outgoing twin. Despite being younger by a good 8 minutes, she was definitely the leader of the two of them. Wherever she went, her brother would follow, which is how this sad tale starts. Just another day of exploring, turned into the worst day of Bellamy's life. She remembers it vividly and regularly relives it in her dreams.

The two of them had been sent to stay with their grandparents for the month and there was only so much to do. Having made friends with some of the kids in the neighbourhood, Bellamy soon learned about the O'Connell house - an abandoned and assumed haunted house at the end of the street. Spurred on by the idea of being seen as brave and just generally awesome by the other kids, Bellamy strong-armed her twin into exploring the house with her. He'd kept trying to voice his concerns but Bellamy had waved them off and dared him to come with her, which of course meant he had to do it. Those were the rules.

Going through the house was mostly uneventful, save for a few run ins with spider webs and the accompanying groans and creaking that any old house would do if two ten year olds are trying to sneak around without being discovered. It was only when they'd gotten to the attic that things went horribly wrong. The floorboards had rotted through and one literal false step and everything came crashing down around them. Both siblings went straight through the floor and the didn't stop until they hit the ground floor with a sickening impact. Bellamy awoke in hospital with her arm in a sling, and her father sitting across from her looking like he'd aged 20 years overnight. When she asked about her twin, her father broke down crying and he didn't even need to say the words for Bellamy to know that he hadn't made it.

power… Intangibility - the power to phase through physical matter. Bellamy can shift her particles to move around different particles.

While she woke up feeling different after her NDE, Bellamy didn't actually learn about her powers into her brothers funeral. While sitting and watching the service, Bellamy's only thoughts were that she didn't want to be there. One second later and she had fallen through the ground and had landed in her synagogue's basement. Her trauma response kicked in from basically reliving her NDE again and she could feel parts of herself phase in and out as she hyperventilated. Closing her eyes, she wrapped her arms around herself and remained there until her parents eventually found her. Her father was terrified and so very confused, but he was mostly just glad to see she was okay. Her mother on the other hand looked at her as if she was a monster.

Bellamy only had a basic grasp of her power before becoming an agent so is only now starting to learn how to use them offensively. But so far she's learned that there is nothing she can't phase through and that she can also use her powers to disrupt electrical circuits and shortcircuit/potentially destroy electrical equipment. This also applies to knocking out people by phasing through them although Bellamy hates using this aspect of her power. She's also learned how to phase at least one other person with her but it drains her considerably.

drawbacks / vulnerabilities… The main drawback of Bellamy's power is that she has to hold her breath the entire time while she's phasing as air molecules are also being displaced when she phases. Her tendency to disrupt electrical circuits when she phases through them also means she's gone through so many phones and laptops that it's not even funny. She has better control of her powers now but still has problems controlling them when she's feeling extreme emotion.

cerberus corp…  Being an Agent for Cerberus Corp was never on the agenda. Bellamy just wanted a quiet life working at her father's bookstore. It had been in the family for three generations and she wanted to be the next Quist to take it over eventually. Only eventually happened too quickly. Her father became ill and within a week the bookstore was hers. She didn't know the first thing about running a business and it had turned out things weren't looking great when it came to their profit margins. Faced with potentially having to sell, Bellamy looked for other avenues to make money and came across Cerberus Corp. Not even sure that she would pass the interview, she auditioned and the founders must've seen something in her because she passed and was suddenly a level iii agent for them. She's been there for four years now and still hasn't moved out of level iii (mostly because she panics easily and isn't the best fighter) but she makes enough money that she can sustain the bookstore and that's enough for her. It also means she has enough time to continue working at the bookstore so she doesn't even want to move through the ranks.

codename… Bellamy's codename was assigned to her. The PR team went through a number of options before eventually settling on Wraith as a name that fit her powers but also offered a certain degree of ominousness when it came to people hearing her name. They'd hoped it might help her image a little bit to have her called something suitably scary sounding, but Bellamy as a person quickly undoes any impression her codename might've made.

003.  HEADCANONS

Bellamy's mother walked out on her and her father when she was 12 years old because she couldn't handle the loss of one child while the other became an EO

I like to imagine that wherever Bellamy's mother is, she's now also an EO

Bellamy's bookstore is called 'Bound to Please Books'

She visits her brother's grave every year on their birthday to leave a stone on top of his grave and tell him everything that's happened in the year

She still has a polaroid photo that she keeps next to her bed, of her and her twin that was taken on their last birthday before he died

Bellamy would love a tattoo or to get more piercings but her fear of needles and her inability to be in control of her powers during extreme emotion means that there is no way a needle is meeting her skin.

Since she could remember, the redhead had always been struck with a severe case of wanderlust, prone to taking off whenever her heart desired. This time it had been a three week road trip all the way back to Tennessee. But of course, regardless of the distance, she always missed Bianca. Their bond always felt far deeper than simply mother and daughter. Bianca was her bestest friend in the whole wide world. “I’m back and I’ve got a surprise for you.” Addison paused for a moment, amused smile gleaming as she rounded the corner. It probably wasn’t the best thing to say given her track record of being a little reckless. “Don’t worry I didn’t go getting married or anything like that, I just brought back some of your favourite snacks.”

April jumped as the door to the supply closet came open. She didn’t think anyone had seen her go in there.

She furiously wiped her tears away with the heels of her palms. She shook her head and hair fell into her face because of it, but she let it stay. Anything to hide how obvious it was that she was crying. 

“I’m fine,” she said, still sniffling. “You didn’t need to follow me.”
