Vergewis u er van dat u de juiste inloggegevens gebruikt. Deze heeft u ontvangen bij aankoop van uw GPS horloge en staan vermeld in het document behorende bij uw GPS horloge. Indien u uw gegevens niet meer hebt of heeft aangepast dan kunt u via de Setracker app uw password opvragen.

Hiervoor dient u dan het email adres op te geven dat u eerder heeft opgeven via persoonlijke informatie / brievenbus in de Setracker APP. Via email ontvangt u dan een verificatie code die u in de APP invoert. Indien het niet lukt om uw password op te vragen kunt u contact opnemen. Wij hebben de mogelijkheid om uw account te (laten) resetten. Neem hierover dan eerst contact op.

U kunt vervolgens zelf de login gegevens wijzigen door in de Setracker app de gebruikersnaam en het password aan te passen. Dit raden wij ook aan.

Positie van het GPS horloge: De eerste keer dat u het gps horloge aanzet duurt positiebepaling langer.

U heeft het gps horloge voor het eerst aangezet en het gps horloge geeft geen juiste gps positie weer. De aanwijzer op de kaart is blauw LBS. De eerste keer kost het iets meer tijd om een gps fix tot stand te brengen. Het handigste is om het horloge bv 10 – 15 minuten in de tuin of op balkon. Uw horloge werkt hierna correct en zal de juiste positie aangeven (rode aanwijzer op de kaart). Als u een horloge heeft met GPS + WIFI dan kunt u ook als u binnen bent een correcte positie op de kaart zien (groene aanwijzer op de kaart).

Positie van het GPS horloge: Hoe nauwkeurig is de positiebepaling van het GPS horloge. 

Gebruikelijk is een afstand van 0 tot 20 meter ten opzichte van de daadwerkelijke positie. Er kan wel 50 meter of meer afstand zijn tussen de positie van het gps horloge en de locatie op de kaart (bij slechte ontvangst, bv tussen hoge gebouwen). In de open buitenlucht is het gps signaal over het algemeen zeer nauwkeurig. Het GPS signaal ontvangt men alleen buiten. Op de kaart wordt de GPS aanwijzer aangeven met een rode kleur.

Positie van het GPS horloge: De positie wijkt af van de huidige locatie. De aanwijzer op de kaart is Blauw.

Indien de locatie in het blauw op de kaart wordt weergegeven, dan betreft het de locatie via LBS (zendmast Telefonie). Deze locatie is niet accuraat voor uw gps horloge. Het GPS horloge dient u buiten te gebruiken voor een accurate positie bepaling.

De horloge modellen die ook WIFI tracking ondersteunen bepalen de positie aan de hand van SSID (Service Set Identifier). Het bepalen van deze locaties is mogelijk doordat de posities van Accespoints / wifi routers zijn opgeslagen in een database. Als het horloge een SSID detecteert van een accespoint / wifirouter, dan zal er een controle plaatsvinden in de database (verbinding via internet) en vervolgens wordt deze positie weergegeven op de kaart in de Setracker app.

Uw horloge geeft een gps positie met een bepaalde interval weer. Dit kunt u instellen via de Setracker app door de update frequentie aan te passen. Instellingen zijn 1 minuut, 10 minuten (standaard), 1 uur (powersave mode). Daarnaast kunt u de actuele positie op de kaart opvragen door op de aanwijzer te klikken. De app maakt gebruik van een Setracker server in Europa. Hierdoor duurt een update voor actuele positie bepaling slechts 10 tot 20 seconden. Op drukke momenten kan dit oplopen tot maximaal 30 seconden.

Gebruik GPS horloge in het buitenland: Kan ik het gps horloge in het buitenland gebruiken ?

Dit is inderdaad mogelijk. U dient dan wel een simkaart te gebruiken die in het buitenland werkt. Daarnaast dient u de APN informatie van het gps horloge aan te passen.

Gebruik GPS horloge buiten Europa: Kan ik het gps horloge buiten Europa gebruiken ?

Dit is mogelijk, hiervoor dient wel de regio aangepast te worden waarbinnen het gps horloge in die periode verblijft.

Gebruik van het GPS horloge door het Kind: Hoe kan ik voorkomen dat mijn kind het horloge uit zet ?

Op het moment dat u het gps horloge aan zet (en het horloge verbinding heeft gemaakt met de tracking server) kan het kind het horloge niet meer uit zetten. Met deze functie wordt voorkomen dat het kind het horloge uit kan zetten. Indien u het horloge uit wenst te zetten na gebruik of om op te laden, dan kunt u het horloge uitzetten via de Setracker app (zie onder).

Gebruik van het GPS horloge door het Kind: Wat gebeurd er als het kind het horloge zelf af doet ?

Onze modellen gps horloge bevatten een sensor. Zodra het contact met de huid verbroken wordt zal het GPS horloge via de Setracker app een Alarm afgeven op uw smartphone. Ook is het mogelijk om in te stellen dat u een SMS ontvangt zodra dit gebeurd (hou er rekening mee dat het versturen van een SMS ten laste gaat van het beltegoed van het horloge).

Nee, uw gps horloge wordt geleverd inclusief Lebara simkaart. Met de Lebara simkaart garanderen wij de juiste werking van het gps horloge.

Bellen naar het gps horloge: Als ik naar het horloge bel gaat deze niet over.

U dient het telefoonnummer waarmee u belt toe te voegen aan het telefoonboek. Telefoonnummers die niet in het telefoonboek staan van het gps horloge kunnen niet naar het gps horloge bellen.

Bellen naar het gps horloge: Kan ik voorkomen dat onbekenden naar het GPS horloge kunnen bellen ?

Ja, alleen nummer die ingesteld zijn via het telefoonboek kunnen naar het GPS horloge bellen. Onbekende nummer krijgen geen verbinding met het gps horloge.

Bellen met het gps horloge: Hoe kan mijn kind naar mij bellen met het GPS horloge.

U dient het telefoonboek in te stellen met het telefoonnummer van uw gsm of smartphone. Op het gps horloge kunt u dan het telefoonboek selecteren en vervolgens naar uw gsm of Smartphone bellen.

Bellen met het gps horloge: Hoe kan het kind mij het beste bellen in geval van nood.

In geval van nood kan het kind het beste op de SOS knop drukken. Hou deze vijf seconden ingedrukt en het SOS nummer zal gebeld worden.

Gebruik interface Setracker App: Wat is de chat intercom functie in de Setracker app ?

Via de chat functie kunt u een ingesproken bericht naar het gps horloge sturen. Het gps horloge ontvangt een melding en kan het bericht af luisteren. Ook kan u via het gps horloge een bericht inspreken en naar de app sturen. Hou er rekening mee dat er in beide gevallen data verbruikt wordt van de gps horloge (uploaden/ downloaden van voicebericht).

Gebruik interface Setracker App: Waar dient de Vind Uitrusting functie voor ?

Via de “Vind Uitrusting” functie kunt u het horloge laten rinkelen. Als u het horloge dan bv thuis kwijt bent hoort u de locatie aan de hand van het gerinkel.

Gebruik interface Setracker App: Voice care of monitor functie wat is dat ?

Via de “Voice care” functie kunt u horen wat er in de nabijheid van het gps horloge gebeurd.

Gebruik interface Setracker App: Waar dient het Alarm voor dat ik via de app kan instellen ?

Via de “Alarm” functie kunt u een Alarm instellen op het horloge (maximaal drie alarmen). Dit is handig als u bv met uw kind heeft afgesproken op een bepaalde tijd thuis te komen. Het alarm dat dan op het horloge af gaat herinnerd uw kind hier aan. Let wel op bij het instellen dat het horloge aan staat en dat de app verbinding heeft met het horloge.

Gebruik interface Setracker App: Wat is de beveiligingszone die je kan instellen ?

Via de “beveiligingszone” functie kunt u de radius instellen waarbinnen uw kind moet blijven voordat het alarm af gaat. Dit wordt ook wel Geofence genoemd. Handig bij u in de buurt of bv op de camping.

Via de “Voetafdrukken” functie kunt u de historische route opvragen. Vul eerst de datum en tijden in waartussen u de historische route wil.

Via de “Instellingen / Remote shutdown” functie kunt u het horloge uitschakelen en vervolgens opladen.

Hoe werkt Positionering bij een GPS Horloge!

Hoe zit het nu precies met GPS LBS WIFI Tracking ? Wat zijn de verschillende manieren waarop tracking plaatsvindt.

Afhankelijk van het type gps horloge / gps tracker zijn er drie manieren waarop tracking plaatsvindt.

LBS location based service

Hierbij wordt de positie bepaald aan de hand van de zendmast van de Telecom provider bv. KPN

LBS positioning is niet erg accuraat. Er kan soms wel 1000 meter of meer afstand zijn tussen de positie van het gps horloge en de zendmast van bv KPN. Het LBS signaal ontvangt men zowel binnen als buiten. Op de kaart wordt de LBS aanwijzer aangeven met een blauwe kleur.

  GPS Global posititoning system

Hierbij wordt de positie bepaald aan de hand van satellieten. GPS positioning is nauwkeuriger in vergelijking met LBS. Gebruikelijk is in elk geval een afstand van 0 tot 20 meter ten opzichte van de daadwerkelijke positie. Er kan soms wel 50 meter of meer afstand zijn tussen de positie van het gps horloge en de locatie op de kaart. Het GPS signaal ontvangt men daarentegen alleen buiten. Op de kaart wordt de GPS aanwijzer aangeven met een rode kleur.

  WIFI Positioning

Hierbij wordt de positie bepaald aan de hand van Wifi routers in de omgeving (inloggen is hiervoor niet nodig). Wifi positioning is nauwkeuriger. Gebruikelijk is een afstand van 0 tot 20 meter ten opzichte van de daadwerkelijke positie. Bovendien kan er wel 50 meter of meer afstand zijn tussen de positie van het gps horloge en de locatie op de kaart (afstand gps horloge t.o.v. de wifi router). Het Wifi signaal ontvangt men zowel binnen als buiten (binnen een kleine Radius van de Wifi router 50 tot 100 meter). Op de kaart wordt de WIFI aanwijzer aangeven met een groene kleur.

  Gebruik van het horloge en Setracker App:

Positie van het GPS horloge: De eerste keer dat u het gps horloge aanzet duurt positiebepaling langer.

U heeft het gps horloge voor het eerst aangezet en het gps horloge geeft geen juiste gps positie weer. De aanwijzer op de kaart is blauw LBS. De eerste keer kost het iets meer tijd om een gps fix tot stand te brengen. Het handigste is om het horloge bv 10 – 15 minuten in de tuin of op balkon. Uw horloge werkt hierna correct en zal de juiste positie aangeven (rode aanwijzer op de kaart). Als u een horloge heeft met GPS + WIFI dan kunt u ook als u binnen bent een correcte positie op de kaart zien (groene aanwijzer op de kaart).

Gebruikelijk is een afstand van 0 tot 20 meter ten opzichte van de daadwerkelijke positie. Er kan wel 50 meter of meer afstand zijn tussen de positie van het gps horloge en de locatie op de kaart (bij slechte ontvangst, bv tussen hoge gebouwen). In de open buitenlucht is het gps signaal over het algemeen zeer nauwkeurig. Het GPS signaal ontvangt men alleen buiten. Op de kaart wordt de GPS aanwijzer aangeven met een rode kleur.
