The message I’ve been hearing over the years is very clear. The #newparadigm #humanity is transitioning collectively into is one of remaining #flexible and #fluid and open to surrendering to the #mysteries of life. In my own life most things I intend to plan I’m noticing are met with obstacles or challenges to overcome or adapt to create more flow and beneficial outcomes. So I found it Interesting as #London flights have had major cancellations ( where I normally fly from ) this time due to an event I was due to attend ( more about that later ) near #Bristol I’d booked to fly out to Faro this time from there, a slight delay meant me seeing the sunset (ooops I was tired Monday when I said it was sunset lol 😂 in my previous post !) and missed my last train connection. I was a little anxious about not having a space to stay for the night ( as happened in my last visit here in April and ended off on the streets of #Faro freezing cold - more about that soon ) As I left the plane a young girl offered to help me with my case, even though it’s a small one this time ! ( I’m known to overpack usually 😂 ) She too had missed her connections and she was travelling so much further, I asked what she was going to do, she said stay at the airport till morning so we stayed together and had a cool comfortable warm night ( so different than last time I reflected upon ) Morning arrived and gracefully I caught the 1st airport bus, then train one of the morning yesterday, seeing the sun rise and arrived at my friends mobile home I’m looking after and caring for their #vegetables 🥕 and #fruit 🍎 patch there are creating here in #Tavira, one of my favourite places in #Portugal 🇵🇹 It was so hot 🥵 I Even went in the very ( normally) too cold pool (for me) and if it’s super busy I have my own pool to use. TEORIA - nasza lekcja zaczęła się od teorii, od wszystkich podstawowych znaków sygnalizowanych przez instruktora, ćwiczenia "na sucho" na podstawie 3 prostych kroków jak stanąć na desce i "złapać fale" 🏄‍♀️

PRAKTYKA - W końcu przyszedł czas na praktykę. Tu, miałam świadomość, że nie będzie tak łatwo, jak pięć minut wcześniej ćwicząc pozycje i kroki na plaży. Adrenalina, prędkość fal, robi swoje. Wyczuć odpowiedni moment na samym początku jest bardzo ciężko. Jest strach przed wywrotką, te zdarzają się bardzo często, w moim przypadku, póki co w jakichś 90 procentach.

W końcu chyba znalazłam jakiś Sport, który daje mi satysfakcję! Obiecałam sobie ćwiczyć przy każdej możliwej okazji💙

Próbowaliście już kiedyś? Macie jakieś miejsca (póki co te europejskie) ale nie pogardzę na przyszłość i dalszymi kierunkami do polecenia? 😁
