FUCK you don't understand how important it is for me to have Andrew with Hazel Eyes. Because then, he's all gold.

Blond hair, and slightly tanned white skin, and bright hazel eyes. He's the definition of a golden boy. Nature and genetics tell you that he should be a golden ray of sunshine and fortune and fame.

But he isn't.

He is not shiny and not valuable and he isn't even wanted. He is not good enough, not golden. He is just- a boy. A boy with a great face and hair and eyes and with a past so fucking bloody that not even the brightest gold ray of sun can shine through some of those shadows.

Not until Neil, the boy that has also been doomed for the start but was gifted with a physical appearance good enough to make people faint, comes in. He looks at him like he's the most important thing in the whole world, and Andrew always finds himself with absolutely no idea of what to do next.

And it's amazing.

He's not a your golden child, or your perfect trophy boy, but he definitely becomes a treasured man. Not because of his face, or hair, or hazel eyes. But because that's what he DESERVES.

ANOTHER headcanon that once Jean gets comfortable enough around Jeremy (and the team in general) physical touch becomes his safe haven. Casual touches whenever they're out and about, and he never turns down a good cuddle session. Just him healing <3
