Sometimes I'm having a good day and then I remember that there is no longer a cute, squishy baby boy that I love with my whole heart waiting for me at home

#vent #I grew up with animals my whole life #I've literally never had an empty house before #Like obviously its always absolutely awful to lose a pet #But this one feels the worst because we also lost my childhood dog less then a year ago #And the afformentioned first time not having a still alive pet to soften the blow
