What the hell and fuck I was offline all day because of school (extreme cringe) and I almost didn’t see the blorbo post !!! I need to hear if your cyberpunk 2077 blorbos STAT!!!!!!! 💛

blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most): Just stat-wise I must've devoted the most brain power to either Johnny or Kerry, though they always kinda come pre-packaged with V, which I suppose is understandable. While Kerry and V just have a very interesting bond, especially when you see just how much of Kerry's behavior in front of others is just posturing, I'm pretty sure that Johnny and V would develop separation anxiety and rashes if kept apart for too long, so in one way or another V also has to make their way onto the top of this rank as an honorary blorbo 🏅

scrunkly (my “baby”, character that gives me cuteness aggression, character that is So Shaped): Kerry... you know that his skincare routine is insane and he probably uses facial cream that's made on the base of synth-crocodile's tears or something like this because his skin looks smooth as hell, but the beard adds a nice contrast of coarsness under the palms... He gets to be here because I simply deem his face the most squishable and I'm assuming that Nibbles would be too obvious of a choice. Also because I feel like I could grab his waist with my palm. And you know how weak I am to a man with a "pathetic divorcee" vibe <3

scrimblo bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave): MISTYYY!!! The Polish goth girl representation I've always wanted to see. I like that despite the easiest choice possible being to make her into a stoic, sardonic snarker, the developers made her into more of a perky goth instead. I love her sweater and the fact that it's asymetrical on the shoulders, that's how I usually wear my sweaters/t-shirts so she's just so #relatable. Just a small design detail I appreciate.

glup shitto (obscure fave, character that can appear in the background for 0.2 seconds and I won’t shut up about it for a week): Okay, we're really getting into some depths, but Yishen. "Who the hell is Yishen?", you might ask, bewildered. Well, she's the girl you can optionally interact with in Atlantis as Johnny during the Voodoo Boyz-induced flashback, specifically she's the girl by the vending machine that Johnny can help in exchange for info on where Rouge is, only that after Johnny helps her, she just dips with her soda instead. I've fell in love with the way she fucked him over, no idea why; I guess because I love women who trick men into doing the heavy lifting for them, and Johnny's such an ass that I think he deserves to be fucked over in small, daily situations constantly. The scream that I've scrumpt when I realized that she's likely the same Yishen from the "Your voice" comic is indescribable.

poor little meow meow (“problematic”/unpopular/controversial/otherwise pathetic fave): Fuck, I can't answer Johnny or Kerry again... Claire? She's pretty controversial on reddit due to her not being over her husband's death and still wanting to chase down his supposed killer despite knowing that Dean's death was accidental. Since the one of the main themes of this game is death and grief, I like that there is a character that definetly isn't handling it well. I've seen instances where the loved ones of those who died in accidents can't cope with losing their friend or family member dying in such a sensless way and they just convince themselves that they were murdered or that there's a hidden layer of conspiracy to their death. Claire is messy with how she handles Dean's death, but in a believable way, which makes her very human and, imo, sympathetic. I like her friendship with V too, I think that in a "Path of Glory" ending, where V inherits the Afterlife, they probably grow to become even closer friends. Also, her down with cis truck is sweet.

horse plinko (character I would torment for fun, for whatever reason): I would pull pranks on Saul with Panam, just for fun. I wanted to answer Panam at first, because she gets worked up really easy, but I think having her scream at me would make me cry tbh. I'd rather team up with her, plus she knows all the highly specific buttons Saul has that we can press.

eeby deeby (character I would send to superhell): Taking obvious ones out, maybe Meredith? I simply do not respect her and what she stands for 😤

Story Of A Hero- 18

It was one thing to stay overnight at a friends’ place. It was a whole other thing to move your stuff into your friends’ parents’ place- where they didn’t live anymore,- with no real idea how permanent the stay would be and no plans in place to leave. Wesley was fortunate that he had his classes to keep his mind occupied for the most part, but he couldn’t help but feel like he was a bit of a freeloading burden.

Meirs were unpredictable and did not make a habit of giving anyone advanced warning- It was thus no real surprise that Kero would be in the middle of doing something when he was suddenly called into work. Unfortunately that something was cooking dinner, but fortunately, Wesley volunteered to pick up where he’d left off so that William could eat and the house would not burn down from an unattended stove or… something. Either way, being able to help the people who were selflessly sheltering him made Wesley feel a little better. He platted the food and went to put it on the table, where William had papers strewn about and was working furiously on something. Noticing the movement, he looked up and gave a sheepish laugh. “Oh, um… Thank you, let me just… get these papers out of the way,” he said, hurriedly grabbing at them. Wesley gave him a fond smile and helped clear the table,and in doing so caught a glimpse of what the teen was working on. “Coral reef degradation? Neat! I mean- not really neat, degradation of coral reefs is actually a really horrible thing, but… Eh, you know what I mean.” “I do,” replied William with a nod. He was silent for a little while, digging into his food, before his eyes widened. “It just dawned on me. You’re studying marine sciences or something, aren’t you?” “Yup. Ocean sciences, specifically… And coral forms in the ocean, so if you need a hand, you just so happen to have the perfect houseguest.” William laughed. He really was fortunate. “I’m sure you have extensive knowledge on the factors causing the degradation and… Well, university textbooks are pretty solid sources for a research paper.” “True enough. You’ll certainly impress your teacher. Still Mrs Gibson?” “Yes,” William said, nodding. He’d forgotten that Wesley had also gone to Cassfeld High, and he wasn’t really sure why- After all, Wesley and Kat had gone to school together, and the excellence in science trophy had Wesley’s name on it- the same one that William was determined to get his own name on.

To William’s surprise, Wesley left the table, only to return with his textbook. They discussed the subject through dinner, smiles on their faces. William loved to learn, and the best way of learning was always from other people who were passionate about it. Researching things on your own was fun, but having someone excitedly explain concepts to you was an entirely different experience. On his side, Wesley also appreciated the chance to speak about something he cared about and give his thoughts on it. While he wouldn’t say that Kat ignored him when he spoke, he knew that oceans and marine life were not her cup of tea. Having someone who listened to him with equal interest made him forget the discomfort he’d felt about staying there.

It also made both of them forget time, and even their dishes set aside for the frantic scribbling and excited pointing… Until the doorbell rang. The two froze like deer in headlights, looked to the mess of the kitchen, and then back to one another. “You get the door. I got the cleaning,” Wesley said.William nodded, hopped up, and made his way towards the door, curious as to who or what could be bugging them at this hour. Fortunately, it wasn’t some kind of salesman or guest- It was just his sister and Sora, who stepped inside the moment the door was open. Kat ruffled his hair as she passed him by, but noting that Wesley was not within earshot, her expression changed from cheery to concerned. “How’s he doing, bud?” she asked softly. “I’ve been working on a project, I don’t know… I mean, he’s helping me with it and seems very happy to do so, so… That’s… good?” William shrugged. “Very good, yeah,” she agreed, and hung her and Sora’s coats up.

“Oh geez, it’s just you too. Hey,” Wesley called as they walked into the kitchen. He supposed he didn’t have to panic about getting everything clean or something- it wasn’t like Sora and Kat were guests who’d judge them. “Sup?” Kat chirped, settling onto one of the stools of the island. Sora sat beside her, carrying, as always, the large black sketchbook she was never seen without, and placed it down before her. “How are you doing? Settling in well?” Sora asked. “I’m good, it’s only Wednesday, so it’s not like I’ve had much time here,” Wesley replied. With William in the room, he didn’t want to really tell the girls how he felt, how he’d been feeling like a freeloader in someone’s house and how it was making him uncomfortable- He didn’t want William to worry or feel like he wasn’t doing enough to make him feel welcome. But the answer did not satisfy Sora at all; he could tell by the furrowing of her brows and the pout on her lips. “Are you sleeping well? Eating?” she asked. “We… literally just ate, Sora,” Wesley pointed out, gesturing to the pots that he was currently washing. “Has your mom called you? I hope she hasn’t been harassing you. I still think you should have changed your number, or gotten a restraining order or… something.” “Sora-” Kat said, causing her to pause. “What? I’m allowed to be worried, he’s our friend, and it’s not exactly easy to leave home for the first time in even the best of situations.” “I mean, true.. But we just got here and you don’t even say hi, you just start interrogating him, and you’re always getting on my case about manners and stuff.” Kat was glared at for a long time by her girlfriend, but eventually Sora conceded that Kat had a point, and she sighed. “Right, well. I was told that you and Kat discussed heroic outfits, and so I came up with a few ideas for you, hopefully they will cheer you up and encourage you,” she said, opening her black book to a page with four outfit designs, each different from the other but retaining a similar theme and color palette. Green eyes widened, and Wesley pulled the book over to give each one an in-depth examination like they deserved. “Hero outfits?” Asked William excitedly. “I want to see, can I see?” He looked over Sora and Kat’s shoulders, moving every which way to get a better angle, but Sora chuckled and patted him on the head. “Of course, and don’t worry. I designed one for you, too.,” she reassured him. He stopped, blinked, and tilted his head. “For… Me? You didn’t have to do that,” he said, but was incredibly touched that she would do something like that for him. Designing was a time consuming process, after all. That she would take the time to do something like that without incentive or pay was… touching. “I most certainly DID have to do that. Meirs are dangerous, and a metahuman’s costume is so much more than just a pretty, recognizable design. You’ve got that same hero spark your sister and Wesley have… You’re going to put yourself in danger regardless, and if it will keep you safer, I would gladly design a thousand outfits.” “Besides,” Kat interjected, “ I’m not 100% sure, but I always feel like my powers are stronger when I’m wearing the outfit, so… That’s cool. What’s most important is that even the simplest of outfits is an armor that keeps you safe, which is super important to your overbearing, adoring big sister.” “And me,” Sora added. Wesley looked up at them, wondering if maybe that was also why she’d made these for him, too. To keep him safe in her own little way. The thought made warm fondness bubble in his chest. Sora had quite a way of showing her love for people.

Speaking of love- “These are incredible, as always. You’re amazing, Sora. I just- Um.. I think this one…” “The short shorts one?” Kat asked, looking at which he was pointing at. It looked like a little sailor boy uniform, complete with a little sailor hat and high boots and, yes, short shorts. Wesley shrugged sheepishly, and Kat gave Sora a ‘told you so’ look. She returned the look with a glare of her own. “Not that it’s not good. It’s just not something I would wear? But the concept’s neat…” Wesley found that each was cool in its own right, and it was hard to decide which one was his favorite. One was a neat looking navy bodysuit with thick stripes of aqua on the ribs and a similar colored diamond on the chest. It had a neat shoulder cover, that Wesley wasn’t sure if he could call a cowl or not, because it looked more like a tiny shoulder vest thing with sharp sleeves reminiscent of icicles. The next had a cape with a fluffy trim, looking like it was made for winter. A coat with an orange and yellow zipper served as its base, with a thick blue belt in the center completed with a raindrop shaped clasp. But though they were both amazing, there was one that stood out above all-

It had elements from the others, yet came off as much simpler and sleeker in design. An asymmetrical white sweater that had, on one side, two aqua stripes at the rib much like the first one. However, they were not mirrored, and the other side had a black section from ribs to bottom, paired with a full black sleeve. The other side only had a short sleeve, colored the same as the stripes. This one had an actual cowl, dark navy with aquamarine asymetric design much like the rest of it. But what really completed it was the pants, with the same color palette of the cowl but used in a way that made it look like some cross between a gradient and ice climbing up navy pants. Wesley pointed to it, grinning. “I think I’m going to go with this one,” he said. Kat let out a laugh. “Told you the cape was too much, babe,” she teased, and was promptly punched in the shoulder- lightly, and playfully. “No, no! That one’s neat, but I like color contrast, and the white, and it kinda reminds me of Bayesh’s outfit but like… Icy snowy instead of fiery-burny. “ “Lovely,” Sora exclaimed, “That was,in fact, what I was going for.” She seemed more than a little proud of herself, and happy that he had liked any of them at all. Wesley returned her cheer momentarily, then noticed the eager William trying to get a look, so he took a quick photo and handed Sora her book back. “Anyways, you’d said something about a costume for Will?” he prodded, and she turned to look at the boy behind her again, frowning. “I hope you like it, your powers are not nearly as easy to design for,” she said softly, and moved the book, page open, to him.

“Wow,” William said, softly. He didn’t know what to expect. After all, telekinesis wasn’t a flashy power; It wasn’t even observable, really. Worse still, William couldn’t think of any heroes with the ability, fictional or otherwise on which to base his own outfit… At the exception, of course, of a few fictional females with awful, skimpy outfits. But this… A beautiful blend of awesome superhero suit and stylish fashion outfit, the design featured a grey coat with sleek silver accents and a hood with what kind of looked like wolf ears, but had straight edges. Beneath the hood was a plain looking mask with only silver marks upon where William assumed would be cheekbones adorned it until it became a shirt- not a bodysuit, thankfully-, adorned with a silver diamond pattern. The pants were darker colored, and had armored shin guards, to which William smiled fondly; Sora was certainly trying to keep him safe most of all, but still cool looking. He noted that the silver accents had a line with the words “Shiny! Maybe neon light type thing?”, and it went not only to the accents on the first, but to the design beside it- fundamentally the same, but with an almost reversed color scheme and neon green accents. Noticing how it confused William, Sora chuckled. “Your best friend has the same powers as you and you both work together, I designed this to match, just in case. White and silver for our white haired world, silver and green for our ginger go-getter!” She had a proud look on her face as she explained, and William couldn’t help but smile, too. “I’ll show him them,” he assured her, and took a photo to send to Percy and share in his excitement.

“Anyways, you had homework to do, right? Mind if we steal Wes? We got adult stuff to talk about” Kat asked. William stuck his tongue out at her, but shrugged. “Go ahead, I should get back to it,” he said, but it was obvious he was still thinking about the costumes even as he settled back down to work on his project.

The two girls and Wesley settled into the living room. Sora and kat sat on the couch beside each other, and Wesley sat in the armchair. “So..What did you want to talk to me about?” he asked them. “Oh, nothing,” kat answered casually “But I got a new expansion for SuperBattle, so you best get your gameface on and prepare to get your ass whooped.”

From the kitchen, they heard William shout “THAT’S NOT ADULT STUFF! NO FAIR!”
