La canción habla del encuentro de Beren, hijo de Barahi y Lúthien Tinúviel. Beren era un hombre mortal, pero Lúthien era hija de Thingol,  un rey de los elfos en la Tierra Media, cuando el mundo era joven; y ella era la doncella más hermosa que hubiese existido alguna vez entre todas las niñas de este mundo. Como las estrellas sobre las nieblas de las tierras del norte, así era la belleza de Lúthien, de rostro de luz. En aquellos días, el Gran Enemigo, de quien Sauron de Mordor no era más que un siervo, residía en Angband en el Norte y los elfos del Oeste que venían de la Tierra Media le hicieron la guerra para recobrar los Silmarils que él había robado y los padres de los hombres ayudaron a los elfos. Pero el enemigo obtuvo la victoria y Barahir perdió la vida y Beren, escapando de grave peligro, franqueó las Montañas del Terror y pasó al reino oculto de Thingol en la floresta de Neldoreth. Allí descubrió a Lúthien, que cantaba y bailaba en un claro junto al Esgalduin, el río encantado; y la llamó Tinúviel, es decir Ruiseñor en lengua antigua. Muchas penas cayeron sobre ellos desde entonces y estuvieron mucho tiempo separados. Tinúviel libró a Beren de los calabozos de Sauron y juntos pasaron por grandes riesgos y hasta arrebataron el trono al Gran Enemigo y le sacaron de la corona de hierro uno de los tres Silmarils, la más brillante de todas las joyas, y que fue regalo de bodas para Lúthien, de su padre Thingol. Al fin el Lobo, que vino de las puertas de Angband, mató a Beren que murió en brazos de Tinúviel. Pero ella eligió la mortalidad y morir para el mundo, para así poder seguirlo, y aún se canta que se encontraron más allá de los Mares que Separan y que luego de haber marchado un tiempo vivos otra vez por los bosques verdes, se alejaron juntos, hace muchos años, más allá de los confines de este mundo. Así es que Lúthien murió realmente y dejó el mundo, sólo ella de toda la raza élfica, y así perdieron lo que más amaban. Pero por ella la línea de los antiguos señores elfos descendió entre los hombres. Viven todavía, aquellos de quienes Lúthien fue la antecesora y se dice que esta raza no se extinguirá nunca. Elrond de Rivendel pertenece a esa especie. Pues de Beren y Lúthien nació el heredero de Dior Thingol; y de él, Elwing la Blanca, que se casó con Eärendil, quien navegó más allá de las nieblas del mundo internándose en los mares del cielo, llevando el Silmaril en la frente. Y de Eärendil descendieron los Reyes de Númenor, es decir Oesternesse.

We will pick you up from your desired location in Gorakhpur for Pokhara via
Lumbini. In between our journeys, we will go for a sightseeing tour in Lumbini.
After reaching Pokhara you can relax. We will start our Pokhara sightseeing tour on Day 2. You can go shopping late in the evening or at Night.
