श्रीनगर: कश्मीर में सालाना होने वाली अमरनाथ यात्रा आज से शुरू हो रही है. वहीं, खुफिया रिपोर्ट ने इस यात्रा पर आतंकवादी हमले की चेतावनी दी है. प्रशासन ने सैटेलाइट ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम शामिल करने के साथ ही सुरक्षा पैमाने को उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुंचा दिया है.

यह 40 दिन लंबी अमरनाथ तीर्थयात्रा आज जम्मू से शुरू होगी, यह स्थान गुफा से 200 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर है. अमरनाथ की पवित्र गुफा दक्षिणी कश्मीर के पहाड़ी क्षेत्र में स्थित है.

इस यात्रा के लिए 2.30 लाख यात्रियों ने पंजीकरण कराया है. अनंतनाग और गंदेरबाल जिलों के पहलगाम और बालटाल आधार शिविर से आज 2280 यात्रियों के पहले जत्थे को उप मुख्यमंत्री निर्मल सिंह हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया.

पुलिस महानिरीक्षक मुनीर खान द्वारा सेना, सीआरपीएफ और राज्य के कई डीआईजी को लिखे गए खत में कहा गया है, ”एसएसपी अनंतनाग से प्राप्त किए गए खुफिया इनपुट के मुताबिक आतंकवादियों को 100 से 150 श्रद्धालुओं और करीब 100 पुलिस अधिकारियों की हत्या करने को कहा गया है.”

महानिरीक्षक ने खत में कहा है, ”इनपुट को एचयूएमआईएनटी(हयूमन इंटेलिजेंस) के तौर पर देखा गया है और आगे इसकी पुष्टि की जरूरत है.” उन्होंने कहा कि इस स्तर पर किसी आतंकवादी संगठन द्वारा हमले की संभावना को खारिज नहीं किया जा सकता है.

खत में कहा गया है, ”यात्रा दस्ते पर हमला गोलीबारी के रूप में हो सकता है, जिससे देश में सांप्रदायिक तनाव फैल सकता है.” ये खत वाट्सएप्प ग्रुप में भी शेयर हो रहे हैं.

उन्होंने खत में यह भी पूछा है कि किसकी कॉपी लीक होकर सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हो रही है.

जम्मू-कश्मीर के डीजीपी एसपी वैद ने कहा है कि किसी ने लोगों में घबराहट पैदा करने के लिए इसे फैलाया है.

पुलिस, सेना, बीएसएफ और सीआरपीएफ को मिलाकर यहां 35,000 से 40,000 सुरक्षा बलों को तैनात किया गया है.

सीआरपीएफ के विशेष महानिदेशक एस एन श्रीवास्तव ने कहा कि इस यात्रा को किसी भी घटना से बचाने के लिए सबसे बड़ा सुरक्षा तंत्र स्थापित किया गया है.

खुफिया चेतावनी के बारे में पूछे जाने पर उन्होंने कहा, ”मैं सार्वजनिक रूप से इस पर बात करना नहीं चाहूंगा लेकिन आप कश्मीर की स्थिति को जानते हैं. हमने खुफिया इनपुट के आधार पर मापदंड बनाए हैं और सुरक्षा का सही इंतजाम किया है.”

El Salvador seems to be looking to a future fully integrated with bitcoin. The country which had made history in September as the first sovereign nation to make bitcoin a legal tender has taken another step forward in its adoption of the cryptocurrency. After investing millions of dollars into BTC, El Salvador has announced the next phase of adoption of the digital asset. This time, in the form of a Bitcoin City.

El Salvador To Launch Bitcoin City

President Nayib Bukele, now infamous for his push for bitcoin adoption, announced the plans to build a Bitcoin City in the country. The city would be built in the eastern region of La Union and be powered with geothermal power for a volcano. The city would be totally tax-free, save for a value added tax (VAT).

El Salvador’s futuristic city was announced to cheers from attendees at a week-long promotion of BTC in the country. The tech-savvy and bitcoin maximalist president has driven the adoption of bitcoin in the North American country, although this has not come without pushback.

Nevertheless, Bukele remains fully committed to the adoption of bitcoin in the country, saying that “this is going to make El Salvador the financial center of the world.” In addition, residents of the proposed Bitcoin City would be able to realize gains from their crypto holdings without being subjected to taxes on these holdings. “Invest here and make all the money you want,” the president stated.

How Will The City Be Funded?

The estimated costs of building the Bitcoin City have been put at around 300,000 BTC. In order to finance the project, El Salvador will be issuing the world’s first bitcoin bonds. The $1 billion bonds would be funded by part of the value added tax (VAT) collected from residents. Bonds will last for a 10-year period and offer a 6.5% yearly return on investments.

The tokenized bonds will be denominated in U.S. dollars and issued via the Liquid Network, as announced by Chief Strategy Officer of Blockstream, Samson Mow. According to Mow, development for the bonds have been months in the making after they were first proposed to the president following talks about El Salvador’s plans to adopt BTC as a legal tender.

The $1 billion funds raised will then be split into two parts. Firstly, $500 million will be used to purchase more bitcoin. This will grow El Salvador’s BTC holdings significantly. The second half of the funds will go towards building energy and mining infrastructure for the city.

Although Mow expects the $1 billion bond to fill up quickly due to the participation of whales, the bond is completely democratized to remove barriers to access. In his announcement, Mow explained that investments as low as $100 would also be allowed for the bond.

To enable the creation of the bond, El Salvador plans to pass a government securities law, in addition to a license to Bitfinex Securities so they can process the bond. “This could pave the way for other Liquid security tokens like the Blockstream Mining Note (BMN) or Exordium (EXO) token to be listed on a regulated El Salvadorian securities exchange,” said Mow.

नई दिल्ली: सरकार ने आने वाली एक जुलाई से टैक्सपेयर के मौजूदा आधार नंबरों को पैन कार्ड से जोड़ना अनिवार्य कर दिया है. आयकर नियमों को संशोधित और नोटिफाई करते हुए सरकार ने पैन के लिए आवेदन करते समय 12 अंक के बायोमेट्रिक या नोमिनेशन आईडी को देना अनिवार्य कर दिया है.

वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने वित्त विधेयक 2017-18 के टैक्स प्रस्तावों में संशोधनों के जरिये आयकर रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए आधार को अनिवार्य कर दिया था. इसके अलावा पैन को आधार के साथ जोड़ना भी अनिवार्य किया गया था, जिससे कई पैन कार्ड के इस्तेमाल के जरिये कर फर्जीवाड़े को रोका जा सके.

राजस्व विभाग ने कहा है कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति जिसके पास एक जुलाई, 2017 तक पैन नंबर है,  उसे धारा 139 AA की उपधारा (2) के प्रावधानों के तहत अपने आधार नंबर की जानकारी आयकर विभाग के प्रधान महानिदेशक  को इसकी सूचना देनी होगी.

राजस्व विभाग ने आयकर कानून के नियम 114 को संशोधित करते हुए कहा कि ये नियम एक जुलाई, 2017 से लागू होंगे. यह नियम पैन के आवंटन के आवेदन से संबंधित है. कुल 2.07 करोड़ टैक्सपेयर अपने आधार को पहले ही पैन से जोड़ चुके हैं.

देश में पैन कार्डधारकों की संख्या 25 करोड़ है जबकि 111 करोड़ लोगों को आधार संख्या दी जा चुकी है. इससे पहले इसी महीने सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आयकर कानून के उस प्रावधान को उचित ठहराया था जिसमें पैन कार्ड आवंटन और आईटी रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए आधार को अनिवार्य किया गया है. हालांकि शीर्ष अदालत ने संविधान पीठ द्वारा इस मुद्दे को निपटाने तक इस पर आंशिक स्थगन दिया है.

LUNGSOD NG CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro, Mayo 4 (PIA) -- “Kailangan paigtingin ang pagpapatupad ng Barangay Monitoring Network (BMN) na siyang magmo-monitor sa mga taong dumadaan sa inyong lugar.”

Ito ang ipinaabot na mensahe ni Gob. Humerlito ‘Bonz’ Dolor sa mga opisyales ng 426 barangay sa lalawigan isang araw bago ipatupad ang General Community Quarantine (GCQ) nooong Mayo 1.

Ayon sa gobernador, tungkulin ng BMN na maglagay ng harang sa daan para imonitor ang mga naglalakad at dumadaang sasakyan sa kanilang nasasakupan kung sumusunod ang mga ito sa social distancing, pagsusuot ng face mask at pagdadala ng quarantine pass bago patuluyin sa kanilang pupuntahan.

Dagdag pa ni Dolor, “hindi ito maituturing na checkpoint dahil ito ay bawal kundi monitoring lamang para masiguro kung ano ang pakay ng paglabas at kung sila ba ay kabilang sa mga frontliners na itinalaga ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID).”

Bukod dito, kung magsasaka o mangingisda ang dadaan ay kailangan kumuha ng sertipikasyon mula sa city o municipal agriculturist na nagpapatunay ng kanilang propesyon ngunit kung sila ay patungo sa ibang bayan, kailangan kumuha ng sertipikasyon mula sa City o Municipal Health Office na nagpapatunay na wala silang sintomas ng virus.

Layunin ng nasabing hakbang ay para masiguro na hindi makakapasok sa barangay ang mga posibleng may dala ng nakamamatay na sakit at paaalahanan ang umiiral na GCQ.

Samanatala, nag-abiso ang City Disaster Risk Reduction Office (CDRRMO) at Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Office (MDRRMO) na alamin kung sino ang mga naipit sa lockdown o na-stranded na hindi taga Oriental Mindoro upang matulungan na makauwi sa kanilang pamilya o pinagtatrabahuhang lugar.

Ayon kay Brgy. Ilaya Chairperson Jesusa Narsoles, “Bilang bahagi ng aming monitoring, magiikot kami para hanapin ang mga taong na-stranded at aalamin ang kanilang pagkakakilanlan, lugar na pinagmulan o lalawigan at edad, sa gayo’y mabigyan ng travel pass at makabalik na sa kanilang lugar.” Matapos nito ay kanilang isusumite sa DILG sa pamamagitan ng mga barangay secretaries ang listahan ng mga pangalan para sa tamang koordinasyon sa lugar na kanilang pupuntahan. Why I Participate in Magickal Anthologies #Magick

I often get asked why I participate in anthologies (especially certain ones) and while I don’t really owe anyone an explanation at all, I thought I would share three major reasons to answer the question once and for all.

1. To share my ideas with an audience outside my existing audience. These seemingly small articles actually draw new magicians to my work, perhaps giving them more practical, real-world applications for magick. I am a practical magician who has dedicated her life to sharing practical magickal applications meant to manifest real change in a person’s mundane life (not just their perception of reality). If you know me, you know that I’m light on the esoteric fluff and purple prose and these articles are no exception. If I can introduce even one magician (who was maybe dabbling before, or who was keen on Hollywood stereotypes) to practical magick, and give them a realistic view of it, and share with them the Daemons and Magick that have enriched my life, then I’ve helped to enrich their lives.

2. Yes, I know some of these anthologies are heavy on the purple prose and esoteric poetry that some magicians, including myself, cringe at. I think my articles balance out those types of anthologies that may be philosophy heavy by offering a different technique or viewpoint. As a matter of fact, I view it as I’m doing a service to magicians everywhere by offering an alternative viewpoint. Everyone who contributes to these anthologies is in this to inspire our fellow magicians.  

This means that instead of running around railing against or whining about occult books that have no practical use for me – I’m actually contributing to these books on behalf of people like me, who want something more practical. Change is made through contribution, not complaining or criticizing.  If you have no intention of contributing, then you might as well be pissing in the wind with the criticism. So if you have a complaint about the books being produced — get out there and write the kind of books you’d like to see. How do you think working with Daemons respectfully became the norm? A handful of us who didn’t like the cocky ceremonial magick approach started producing our own material for like-minded practitioners. We didn’t sit around complaining about or criticizing the techniques we didn’t like.

Kind of like Liz in my OTS series. She mocks the “Black Magick Network” – scoffs at it even because she doesn’t like the sales tactics and the types of magicians the Network attracts. She thinks the network panders to dabblers and stereotypes. But instead of idly sitting by criticizing and whining about it, she agrees to a job as the programming director for the BMN in order to change that and make the network into something more useful to working magicians like herself.  Basically what I’m saying is if you aren’t contributing by trying to make something better with that contribution, you should quit complaining, ignore it, and walk away. IMHO, it’s my hope that my participation will encourage other practical magicians to also contribute.

3. Many years ago I pledged to serve the Daemonic Divine and share the life-transforming magick I’ve learned to help others of like-mind. Will Daemonolatry techniques work for everyone? No, of course not. Magick is a very individualized practice that requires tweaking based on each magician’s individual challenges, fears, and psychology. That’s part of the process of magick and also the reason for the self-work. Hollywood style magick doesn’t exist. It’s not one recipe that works for everyone 100% of the time. If it were – everyone would be practicing magick. So if you’re not one of those folks for whom anthologies are useful to find inspiration in, great, don’t buy them. But if you are someone who finds them useful – then I hope my contribution has inspired you in some way, even if that inspiration is that my particular methods don’t work for you. Either way, I’ve helped teach you something about your own magickal process, so I’ve done my job successfully. (As an aside here, every time someone has a really positive or really negative reaction to my work it’s a win for me, because it produced a reaction. That is exactly what writers set out to do!) 

In closing – anthologies exist to give magicians a wide variety of viewpoints and inspiration for their own work. They’re not gospel. Anthologies also help new magicians find techniques, beliefs, and paradigms that draw them, furthering their own self-discovery and helping them along their individual paths to discover their own great work. The pros of anthologies far outweigh the cons IMHO.    

So these are the reasons I include my work in anthologies that not everyone is keen on. Because it’s not about me. It’s about being the change and inspiring others.

不知道過了多久，已經過了多久

昨天，某爸的臉書說已經半年了；一年前的今天，我還在字神外的多拿之咖啡廳一邊聽許醫師一邊不情願的打開自神的講義

從上一篇6/30到現在，發生太多事情了。唐綺陽說我下半年會越來越好,,,我想如果用對比的話確實如此。

從上一篇以來，我開始回歸到完全是自己的生活，正如同以前的一個人，不同的是，我已經變成了不同的樣子

我難得認真地刷遍近十年國考考古申論題，瘋狂的在出國前三週報名個人教練課，也很不可思議的只用一週完成國考重點小本，然後又神奇的排在國考榜單第十名，這比我以前揚琴比賽還屌

很多人在國考花了一年未能如願，我在國考方面付出的心力可能還不如申請學校以及面對自己這一年內心的痛苦。當然我過去三年的上課與筆記也不是用假的。

八月，我搬到了新的城市波士頓，我很神奇地完成了不可能的任務，我進了三週的語言學校，但其實是跟著哥哥一起當波士頓觀光客，我們遊歷了很多地方可以說。在這裡，沒有一個朋友是舊的，除了在本校區的張教授（但其實也是七月才見到面）我完全沒有任何的思��之情，對我來說，��處不是家，而且ˊ終於看到自己的新房子以及這一兩個月中來來去去的室友，真的很興奮。

八月，我也在裝死，假裝自己國考沒有過然後就至少還有美國碩士

八月，哥哥在語言學校見到一個日本正妹，哥哥順便講了他的戀愛心得，雖然我的觀點是不管是第幾任，我想都要用心對待，但是也許真的經歷太多，又...

八月底，我終於進入新的tufts大家庭，終於見到BMN的同學還有其他人，八月底，我和哥哥把握最後機會衝到尼加拉瓜，八月底，我開始知道我們的艾德溫同學是foody, ，八月底，我見到了我個人覺得數量有點多卻又很正常的中國同學，八月底，可能有一個人開始喜歡上我。

剛開始，我參加了台灣同鄉會，大家烤肉得很開心，但是現場不是台大的就是陽明的就是建中就是北一女還有延平中學還有第二代移民勝利組

剛開始上課當然是辛苦的，畢竟人家再怎麼覺得我的英文好，永遠還是落後本國人一大截，老師問的問題我常常抓不到，同學常常很知道如何順著邏輯問問題，我很著急，很興奮，很挫敗，很挑戰。我見識到自己的渺小與無能，見識到同學如何在biochem 討論課上丟出自己的問題討論然後本來期待我也能夠有點貢獻但是我卻講不出來也不確定我講的對不對還被同學關切是不是英文跟不上。

剛開始，我滿腔熱血報名了別的program的寫作課，老師早就警告過不是給外國人練作文用的我還是不管第一堂課有BMN聚餐照來，然後每一個作業都被打B-,因為各式各樣的問題，然而很多同學早就在幾週前就和TA排好討論行程

剛開始，我一直覺得可以逃避一輩子的R最後繞了一圈還是回到了我身邊，我真的很不會coding但是也必須面對現實，面對21世紀不得不擁抱大數據的現實

剛開始，和大家一起吃飯是快樂的，現在已經很習慣和大家一同午餐，只是如果都是聊美劇或是政論節目或是墨西哥美食，因為實在太多我根本不知道在說什麼

剛開始，我報名了DPD program, 折騰了一個多月，拜托李宗儒兩度到教務處跑腿跑到他快母湯，又拜託學人幫忙寄信匯的錢一百年之後才到台灣。現在還有畢業證書的問題要解決我很怕趕不上。我最後想報名DPD還是因為我希望能進臨床磨練以及將來有頭銜工作會順暢一些些

नई दिल्लीः रेलवे को टिकटों की बिक्री के साथ टिकट कैंसिलेशन से भी शानदार कमाई हो रही है. यात्रियों के अनुरोध पर उनके रिजर्व्ड टिकट कैंसिल करने के एवज में भी रेलवे मोटी कमाई कर रही है. रिजर्व्ड टिकटों को कैंसिल करने के बदले वसूले जाने वाले चार्ज से रेलवे का राजस्व वित्तीय वर्ष 2016-2017 में 14.07 रुपये अरब पर पहुंच गया है. ये इसके पिछले साल के मुकाबले 25.29 फीसदी ज्यादा है.

मध्यप्रदेश के नीमच निवासी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता चंद्रशेखर गौड़ ने सूचना के अधिकार आरटीआई के तहत यह जानकारी रेलवे से मांगी थी जिसके बाद उन्हें रेल मंत्रालय के रेलवे सूचना प्रणाली केंद्र सीआरआईएस से ये जानकारी मुहैया कराई गई है.

साफ है कि मुसाफिरों के अनारक्षित टिकटों को रद्द किये जाने पर वसूले जाने वाले शुल्क से भी रेलवे का खजाना भर रहा है. गौड़ की आरटीआई अर्जी पर 13 जून को भेजे जवाब में सीआरआईइस के एक अफसर ने यात्री आरक्षण प्रणाली (पीआरएस) के तहत उपलब्ध जानकारी में ये बताया गया है.

अनारक्षित टिकटिंग प्रणाली/Unreserved Ticketing System आरटीआई से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक अनारक्षित टिकटिंग प्रणाली (यूटीएस) के तहत बुक कराये गए यात्री टिकटों को रद्द किये जाने से रेलवे ने वित्त वर्ष 2012-2013 में 12.98 करोड़ रुपये, 2013-2014 में 15.74 करोड़ रुपये, 2014-2015 में 14.72 करोड़ रुपये, 2015-2016 में 17.23 करोड़ रुपये और 2016-2017 में 17.87 करोड़ रुपये की कमाई हासिल की है.

गौड़ ने बताया कि रेलवे ने टिकट रद्द कराये जाने पर तय कटौती के बाद यात्री को धन वापसी (रीफंड) के नियमों में बदलाव को नवंबर 2015 में हरी झंडी दी थी. इसमें टिकट कैंसिलेशन फीस को पहले से लगभग दोगुना बढ़ा दिया था. इन संशोधित कायदों को सरकारी जुबान में रेल यात्री (टिकट रद्दकरण और किराए का प्रतिदाय) नियम 2015 के रूप में जाना जाता है.

बहरहाल, जब उन्होंने एक अलग आरटीआई अर्जी के जरिये इन नियमों में संशोधन से जुड़ी फाइल नोटिंग का ब्योरा मांगा, तो रेलवे बोर्ड के एक अफसर ने उन्हें 8 मार्च को भेजे जवाब में सूचना के अधिकार अधिनियम की धारा 8 (1डी) का हवाला देते हुए कहा कि चूंकि यह जानकारी रेलवे की वाणिज्यिक गोपनीयता का हिस्सा है. इसलिए इसे मुहैया नहीं कराया जा सकता.

गौड़ ने कहा, रेल टिकट रद्द कराने पर मिलने वाले रीफंड के नियमों की यात्रियों के हित में समीक्षा होनी चाहिए. रेलवे को कम से कम वेटिंग लिस्ट के उन टिकटों को कैंसिल करने पर कोई चार्ज नहीं वसूलना चाहिए, जो चार्ट बनने के बाद भी कन्फर्म नहीं हो पाते हैं.

मीरा कुमार के नाम का एलान होने के बाद बिहार गठबंधन में नीतीश के साथी लालू यादव ने कहा था नीतीश को अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करना चाहिए. अगर मीतीश ऐसा नहीं करते हैं तो ये उनकी ऐतिहासिक भूल होगी.

राम नाथ कोविंद ने भरा नामांकन राष्ट्रपति चुनाव के लिए एनडीए उम्मीदवार रामनाथ कोविंद ने अपना नामांकन दाखिल कर दिया. इस मौके पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, बीजेपी अध्यक्ष अमित शाह, लाल कृष्ण आडवाणी और मुरली मनोहर जोशी भी मौजूद थे. नामांकन भरने के बाद रामनाथ कोविंद ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति का पद दलगत राजनीति से ऊपर है. कोविंद का मुकाबला 17 विपक्षी दलों की उम्मीदवार मीरा कुमार से है.
