Short Twisted Wonderland Theory: How I Think They Escaped Overblot Grim In The Last Loop
From YouTube...
This has something to do with the letter and the golden contracts. Which are seen in Deuce's SSR Dorm and Azul's SSR Dorm
If Trey, Idia, and Lilia are working together, or at least Idia and Trey, then there must have been a reason why that piece of paper lasted through time.
Leona did make a contract with Azul, which Azul didn't remember. But, we did see it in Azul's SSR. Leona turned all the contracts into sand, even if he didn't meet any of the conditions.
I think we should keep in mind with unique magics: We don't know the limits to them.
If we can see it in this loop, then Azul's contract has a power stronger than the power of "looping worlds". This actually makes sense because magic isn't perfect; it's hard for someone to do something as "turning back time" while it erases people's memories, like powerful people like Lilia and Malleus, as well as those who are observant.
So, I think Trey and Idia must have made a letter using Azul's "It's a deal" as a base, which lead them to create a letter out of parchment, or just paper.
I also said, there is a chance that Octavinelle might have died. If that did happen, then it's still possible to get something like a contract. Contracts have conditions that need to be met, Vil has the power to create a curse. He may not be able to undo the curse, however, it's possible that if he touched the paper and used his curse and put some conditions into it, the paper may last through loops, like the contract.
The Grim blot is something we can never beat. And this is where the small potion bottle comes in.
If we can't defeat them, then shrink them.
Trey has a bottle, which I assume is the "Drink Me" potion, which has the power to shrink. I don't think it lasted long on Grim, but it could have bought some time.
If it was written during that time, I can assume it might have overlapped with Malleus's blot, then the letter's meaning would change a little. I also think this would also be a letter to MC, but indirectly.
The OG letter:
"Sorry for quarrel.
Beginning curse Seem
Be your Zephyr now.
Zinger new info.
Messiah Leaser is
Mr. Vanrouge.
Keep inside
Sin Smith
Learn Groove!"
The argument would be with Malleus and Idia, which got Trey and some other members of hearts in.
The over-blot count down would still be the same but, the part of the "zephyr", would probably be the person who receives Malleus's true love, which I assume is "friendship"
The "Learn Groove" or unexpected things could also point to the over-blot; which can be unexpected.
Here's the OG contract written:
"I am wishing mate
I wishes senior siring
nephew smiling
inwhere inway amaging waiting
winner winter welcoming
where wide whichever via where wiser anniversary"
Another thing, Azul Ashengrotto isn't the type to make a contract with someone without threatening them, so if we read it like a threat it can also be read like this:
"This is a contract (ambushing) until the end of the year (winter of victory, which I assume is the Grim fight). When the deadline is exceeded (After the anniversary), I shall come to pick you up. I hope you make a wise decision. We will be expecting (waiting for you) your answer. I (Azul) wish everyone, including your brother and nephew a smile. (He's probably threatening Leona with people he cares about)"
This may sound very cruel, but if I'm correct about Leona setting up Azul to blot, then this makes sense. But, this contract is destroyed by Leona, so there's nothing to worry about now.
If it's written by Azul now, it can be read as something like:
"I (Azul) want a companion to correct the loop.
I wish Cheka and Leona's brother to smile regardless of the fact that they were also involved in this situation.
I will be waiting for you to find an opportunity to win and have a fight. (Like in the tutorial)
We shall arrive at the place where the winter of victory, or the place where MC wins and returns to the world.
After the wise anniversary, which is the victory about the decisive battle, and MC's return to their world, I hope that time can go forward forever, and not in a loop."
I think Leona remembers because of his bodypaint... So-
~~~
Again, you've seen this before I disappeared
Guest Lecture Esther Teichmann
Ester’s work is based around the usage of different mediums among exhibition pieces. It sees the likes of moving image and photography come together as one to create a singular piece of work. She also creates storylines to be used within short films which I will speak about later on. Overall I found the way that she delivered the guest lecture made her work feel duller than it looks. ester started her career by studying at the royal college of art, where once finishing her BA she moved on into further higher education by completing a MA and PHD.  Once graduating university she then spend several years working as a freelancer; through this time she worked as a producer for a number of jobs, worked among the fashion industry as a photographer and also assisting other photographers on jobs.  For me, It was interesting to see that someone had spent a fairly large chunk of their life working as a photographer freelancing but decided to move into gallery’s. In a sense, this makes me feel slightly nervous about finishing university as this is the area I want to move into is freelancing. A lot of her work is revolved around boats and water, which can be seen within the images below. Looking at her website, It again doesn’t make her work look as stunning as it really is, but a personal quote I really like from it is”Esther Teichmann calls for a new way to look at photographs, not as mirrors of or windows into the world but as portals between the personal and universal, reality and the supernatural and photography and other mediums”. I really like how she has this way of understanding the universe and photography.
Tumblr media
My favourite piece of work from Esther, which involves paint as well as photography.
Ester is interested in (her own words) slippages; where other mediums form to create one singular piece of work EG galleries.  Ester creates the vast majority of her work herself, unless she brings in other artists such as string cortetts to create audio to create a different ascetical feel of the gallery. If we were to look into how audio affects our everyday lives, it would be an immense journey throughout the brain. This is something that ester is trying to create within her gallery spaces, an immense journey, She started during our lecture that “listening gives a different feel to a photographic or film piece rather than reading or watching it ourselves”.  An example of this I can bring to light first hand is the time-lapse that I am currently working on with the south bank collective. The film itself can be received as quite dull (Digging a hole in the ground) but with the added usage of music, it draws the viewer in and makes them want to see more.  Looking back to the first theatre performances, they used certain props to create a audio aesthetic to make the shows more interesting, for instance using twigs breaking to give the sound of bones breaking, using milk bottles to give the effect of wind howling. This is similar to how Ester uses voice within her exhibitions as well as using musical pieces (Heaps, M. 2009).
Video with dancer
For one of her works (I didn’t catch the name as the microphone wasn’t working properly) It involved using a dancer, a photograph, a short film and a voice over. Esther started off with 6 months of choreographing with the dancer, this included a ton of filming which ester then spent a number of hours sitting down and compiling down into one singular film which would be on a 20 minute loop. The video of the dancer gave me a sense of calm, this could be down to her natural movements of energy, there wasn’t a single harsh movement within her dance, and everything is extremely soft and flow. Both films are projected life size to give a sense of perspective.  Ester also tries to make her exhibitions interactive by making the viewer’s walk around the gallery spaces.
In 2012 ester created a film called in search of lightening, the video itself features a time-lapse of a lightning storm in the town where she grew up in, in Germany.  She wrote a audio narrative to go over the top of the video, which although make me feel slightly erray it also gave me a really calming peace inway? Mainly because of how soft the actress who played the part of the voice sounded so calm and fresh.  The audio piece was written whilst she was in the middle of getting ready for her PHD, and she mentions that she wrote it extremely quickly during an actual lightning storm; she mentions about how the space she used to create the work really added to how the story came across in the end.
 Heavy the seas was a combination of work from 2013,14 and 2016. It involved live performances at the gallery itself; involving live musicians. It was first made for a exhibition in Germany but then became a larger project, it involved a two screen piece on a 20 minute loop. When the musicians wasn’t at the gallery, it involved a 7.1 3D surround sound channel, with the music playing for 10 minutes and then silence. If I’m perfectly honest, I didn’t quite understand this part or why the music only played for 10 minutes. Another part that she introduced to this project towards the end of 2016 was cyanotypes. This made me feel quite pleased as the first women to ever create a photobook (anna Atkins) used the exact same technique; this being cyanotypes of seaweed.  I did some research into this last year as a part of my photobook research, and found that Anna Atkins was the first female photographer in the world to reach known about book status with her book “Cyanotypes of british Algae”. A Cyanotype is basically light sensitive paper, to create a Cyanotype you simply lay an object on the paper and expose it to daylight for a period of time.
