#im sowwie#BUT ive gotten sick gains recently so im not gonna argue with the results#like holy shit#i started actually eating and making sure i get enough protein and got muscle practically overnight#it's really helped me break out of the issues ive had with eatinf#it was hard for the first week bc i wasnt used to actually eating enough food#but i noticed immediate results abd that made it so much easier#like i was super fucking scrawny a month ago#i am. decidedly not scrawny anymore#still relatively scrawny but like i look like i work out now#also had to say byebye to a few shirts bc my shoulders are too broad but that's a sacrifice im willing to make lol#also my pullup max tripled in 1 week so uhhhhh HELL YEAH#was reminded of my old post bc i saw a ffxv post and ffxv always makes me feel like working out#but i cant work out rn bc i have a pre-migraine#and i couldnt find my og protein shake post but felt the urge to update#bc im very proud of myself#i can actually look at myself in the mirror and not hardcore cringe or get upset
