Pop stars RWBY & JNPR AU:

(This is my head cannon to rapper Weiss. I do not own the picture you can find the link to it below.)

It's basically the same as in the show with a few differences.

First off each of the characters are famous popstars (a few of them hide their identities). Each of them specialises in different genre of music.

RWBY:

Ruby Rose: Alternative rock (like Linkin Park or Coldplay, your pick)

Weiss Schnee: Rap (Post melon/Eminem)

Blake Belladonna: Rock (Billy Joel/The Beatles)

Yang Xio Long: Pop Rock/Alternative Rock (Online depate about which one she acturally does. One Republic/ Imagine dragons.)

JNPR:

Jaune Arc: Techno/ Electronic Dance Music (He does both genres. Deadmau5/Marshmellow/Avicii)

Nora Valkyrie: Pop (Michael Jackson/Prince)

Pyrrha Nikos: Country/Punk rock/Hip pop/Rap/techno/ect. (Basically Queen's but on steroids and is injecting a 12 ounces of Heroine into their bodies 24/7)

Lie Ren: Alternative hip pop (21 pilots/Gorillaz)

Each of them are relative popular in the music industry and each of them have particular way of music and how they dress, sing, and act as their musician personas.

Ruby: While in beacon she's shy, cheerful, and socialy akward, but as a musician she's very vocal about her innermost thoughts, collected, and serious. Her outfit varies from concert to concert, but the few things that remains the same are a red bandana that covers her nose and mouth, clip on roses on both sides of her head, crimson sunglasses, and a crooked silver cross around her neck. Her songs are usually about Family, Faith in others, Hope in the future, the saddness of losing a parent, comradery, and making a stand.

Weiss: Weiss is...well Weiss, and this carries over to her musical side but with a few add ons. First she uses slang in how she talks and raps, very confident in her self to the point she wears tight clothes during performances, very relaxed, and can be very seductive. Her outfit consist of a white cap, her hair braided into a pony tail, a small white leather jacket with fur around the colar, red lips sitck, and big blue sunglasses, everthing else is changed. Her raps are mainly about corruption, broken family, imperfection, standing up to your fears, fighting back, friendship, and Love

Black: Blake, ever the quiet shut in, with no taste in humor. That also carries over to her musician persona with the add ones like being passionately involve with her songs, has a rythem in her movements, likes to have alot of symbolism in her videos. Her outfit change depending on what music is gonna be played, but there are a few consistenties. One is a top hat that she use to cover her ears, a doctor mask with a X over it, her hair tied in a bun, and black face pain that covers her forehead and half of her face, leaving bright eyes shinning through. She's starts her songs off slowly but quickly picks up the beat as the songs progess on. Her songs are fouces on Discrimination, poverty, standing up to the oppressors, making a change, finding a better path, blinded by propaganda, second chance, family, new beginning, friends, and moving on.

Yang: Yang ditch her normal persona and put on a much more serious one. Her oufit is pretty much the same except for ripped jeans black boots a bandana that hangs from her neck, her gelled and pulled back, and eyes are always red. Her songs focus on Family, moving on, abandonment, the posion of anger, friends, new beginning, and reality.

Jaune: He's the ever lovable idiot, shy, and clumsy from time to time, but as a DJ however is a diffrent story. He's very energetic, dance so smoothly that it rivals Michael Jackson , and plays music with hypnotic melody. He wears a helmet that has gold outlines and a black visor that takes up most of his head, but has a smiling emoji symbol as his default setting but changes as his facial expression does under the mask. He also wears a nice black suit, unbotten, with the shirt out of his pants, a blue tie, and white converse. His songs don't have much dialogue, but they're still have themes in them abbout Family, self acceptance, black sheep of the family, Hope, Friends , being a leader, love, and being happy.

Nora: Nora is very much the same. She a long pink skirt, miss match socks, a jean jacket with a heart on the back, and lot of bracelets on each arm. Her songs are about finding a place to belong to, love, not giving up, happiness, friends, Destiny, new beginning, and faith.

Prryha: The champion of Mistral and slayer of hearts. This girl kerps most of her normal character but has a more energetic, confident, and bubbly vibe from her with the voice that is equal to Freddie Mercury. Her outfit has a gold king crown, a red feather scarf around her neck, star shape sunglases and lets her hair hangs down. Her songs focus on loneliness in fame, Family, believing in yourself, Hope, Destiny, Champions, standing up for what right, and faith in others.

Ren: Again doesnt change much, personality wise. He a spike leather jacket, black eye liners, let his hair be messy, has combat boots on, and has his father knife on his belt. His songs focuse on the departure if a family, finding a new one, fate, love, keeping your self in check, discrimination, poverty, friends, self acceptance, and moving on.

They're also all rank in the top 10's in youth bands/musicians category under musician titles. (I know that these are terrible, but it's all I could think of.)

P.s. Jaune and Weiss are dating, much to the annyonace of Pyrrha and Ruby, and Weiss showers Jaune in heart shape love letters, and Jaune showers her in affection and chocolate, she also super shy about the relation ship. Blake has a relationship with both Yang and Sun, but both blondes annoys her to no end. Ren and Nora are together, as they should be.

𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐘 𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐊 ⎯ 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞.          the sea is in his blood and his heart is owned by the ocean, harry’s style is often influenced by the swashbuckler style and this even seeps into his attire style choices whilst in auradon. whilst sailing the heavy sea’s harry’s style is very much drawn from his father and other pirates he has seen in both style and colours. in homage he adopts his fathers signature red.

on the isle it was very much a take what you can and give nothing back with items and the same was for clothing. some people knew how to sew and adapt clothing for that whilst harry wasn’t one to learn. when he was younger most of his clothing came from his fathers crew and that’s where it all started. harry grew up amongst pirates, he was one from an early age. as a pirate there’s alot of tasks he must be able to do from swabbing the deck to duelling so his looks very much incorporates the idea of loose fitting clothing for better movement. he needed that freedom in his clothes to act quickly. 

the shirts he wears have the puffed sleeves and hang low, the breeches have holes which gil filled with tartan flecks for him, the black coat he wears a sign of status amongst the wharf, red waist sash worn underneath his belt (which has his flintlock tucked into it), worn leather boots, cross body holster for his sword with silver buckles. all items of clothing harry wears on a daily basis. there are very few days the look differs but on some occasion it does - an old tri-cornered hat can be pulled on top of his bandana, a shirt with shorter sleeves worn under a leather vest or even a waistcoat pulled over his shirt. harry’s jacket on the isle was not made out of leather, he reserved the material for his belts and boots.

now accessories and finishing touches make a look. like many pirates harry has a thing for all that is silver and gold, often pocketing rings and earrings for himself. on his hand he has multiple rings some even stack upon his fingers. most of which are just plunder he gained over the years but a few one noteable ring feature. a ring that belonged to his mother, one of the few items he has of hers, it’s silver with a skull on it definitely seen better days but he will not be seen without it. that sits upon his finger and whilst he may change the other ones, switching them as he pleases he shall never part with it.

then there’s his hook, not an accessory - he is actually very attached to it. after the incident of him as a child involving tick tock croc and some (croc) eggs. his father got him a hook, one that belts onto the upper of his forearm and his arm. with leather straps the hook itself is fashioned out of the silver of an old blade. in addition to similarities of hs father harry also has a pocket watch, an old one that would be in pretty got condition if the glass face hadn’t cracked. the watch always sits in his jacket pocket (or attached to his waist coat) but it is always on hand for when he needs it.

the eyeliner. just that’s it. before getting out the barrier he used what he could which at times meant expired make-up but most of the time he applied soot or coal for the devilish look. he thinks the bright blue eyes piercing through the dark fog is menacing and only adds to his intimidating stature.

this pirate look he adopted is one that doesn’t leave him in auradon, it is near enough identical par from his outfits being somewhat newer. in arc’s where harry forced to give up the piracy or stays at auradon prep there are strong links back to his sea loving life in his outfits. loose clothing is here to stay. dress shirts be lightweight and breezy but stay firmly tucked into his belt. pants still give room for movement with often cropped bottoms or fabric bundling at the tops of his boots. 

the style he wears in auradon has clear echos to that of piracy however it often draws on more the feeling of being free than the actual looks. the grunge-esque style creeps in to replace the grim of the isle with sneakers being drawn on and beaten up. it should be noted that harry maintains the heavy eyeliner and excessive rings look in auradonified style.
