PINEAL XT SUPPLEMENT
Sharper Mind and Deeper Sleep: My Experience with Pineal XT Supplements
I've always been fascinated by the potential of the mind and the role of the pineal gland. So, when I came across Pineal XT supplements, I was intrigued by their focus on supporting this mysterious little gland. Here's my experience after incorporating Pineal XT into my daily routine:
Enhanced Focus and Clarity
Within a couple of weeks of taking Pineal XT, I noticed a definite improvement in my focus. My mind felt sharper, and I could concentrate better on tasks, especially during those demanding work days. Scattered thoughts seemed to lessen, allowing me to approach problems with a clearer headspace.
Improved Sleep Quality
Perhaps the most welcome change was the significant improvement in my sleep quality. I used to struggle with occasional insomnia, tossing and turning for what felt like hours. Since taking Pineal XT, I now fall asleep much easier and experience deeper, more restful sleep. Waking up feeling refreshed has made a big difference in my overall energy levels throughout the day.
All-Natural Formula
One of the things that drew me to Pineal XT was its all-natural formula. I try to avoid harsh chemicals whenever possible, and the blend of ingredients like turmeric, Schisandra, and chlorella powder felt reassuring.
Overall, a Positive Experience
While I can't claim to have achieved any mystical awakening (though who knows what the future holds!), Pineal XT has certainly delivered on its promise of improved cognitive function and better sleep. If you're looking for a natural way to support your brain health and well-being, I recommend giving Pineal XT a try.

Beetlejuice the musical the musical the musical AU where the Maitlands have devloped a swinger-like lifestyle, celebrating their childless life and Beetlejuice, due to Juno’s abuse and neglect, has become a shy, quiet, and anxious demon who tries to trick the Maitlands into helping him be seen so he can escape into the real world and be with people like him. They LOVE Delia, but they’re pissed that all their stuff was thrown out, so they agree
But turns out their idea of scary is too much and Beetlejuice is pretty sure they would literally scare Charles and Delia to death so he quickly changes his mind
He tries to convince Lydia to say his name, but Lydia is more trusting of the two human ghosts than the demon who looks fresh out of hell
When the dinner happens, of course Lydia’s like “oh fuck” when everything gets TOO scary so she summons Beetlejuice to help
(note: the maitlands aren’t the bad guys here, they just have the same amount of brain cells as charles and delia and don’t really understand that a haunted pig chasing someone with a knife could actually be dangerous and they’re just really stoked about having ghost powers.)
Beetlejuice starts going off the rails when Lydia wants to bring her mother back and he’s afraid he’ll be alone again like in the musical

If someone has more knowledge of the industry please correct me, but to my understanding, usually toys aren't even made in house, not even by a different department within the company. Hasbro and their incredibly well done "toy bait" shows like MLP:FiM is the exception. They're made by a toy company with a lisencing deal from the media company. Sometimes executives will intervene and require changes in the product to make these deals more lucrative- more costume changes or designs that are easier to turn into toys. But what becomes a toy and how isn't really even ruled over the same set of executives. That's how Disney-Lucasfilm executives greenlit Star Wars The Force Awakens having a female lead, while their toy partners still saw the franchise as male and excluded Rey from early merch. Toy companies are incredibly behind the times, still mostly having clearly defined male-female market demographics and doing atrocious market research. If they'd given a couple hundred lucky families with children of a range of ages the chance to see the movie early, and then asked them their favorite characters and character appearances, this merch could have been on store shelves a month after launch.
Although, considering how long it took Baby Yoda/the Child merch to hit shelves, it's possible that Disney holds the licenses to any characters and costumes that don't apear in pre-release material very close to their chest, and that toys not based on marketing material are already in devlopment. Disney just wouldn't let them start early.
Its just that my overall point is that all the idiocy everyone earlier in the thread described isn't even the fault of the executives overseeing the works themselves (those people can still make pieces of media worse in other ways). It falls on the executives of toy companies and the executives who negotiate these partnerships. And if those people had less brain rot, we'd have a gult of Steven Universe and She-Ra Princess of Power (Netflix reboot) toys that match their toy-bait like aspects that would make Cartoon Network and Netflix/DreamWorks a boat load of money. Historically cartoons made most of their money through merchandising, not the shows themselves. So any cartoons you love, you want them to have a lot of toys, even if you're not interested in buying them. It will make the network well disposed to them, any everyone wins- well until the show jumps the shark.
I love disney films, don’t get me wrong but hate them as a corporation and it’s so fucking funny to me seeing the response to encanto and how disney’s weirdness about luisa has affected them
because isabela is the stereotypical pretty ‘perfect’ character, they expected her to be very popular with little girls. but she wasn’t as popular with them or kids in general even nearly to the extent they thought she would be: the isabela merch isn’t selling much and the demand for luisa merch is extremely high because kids regardless of gender seem to adore her
bc of misogyny and gender stereotypes, they didn’t expect kids to like the strong muscly lady but boy were they wrong. and I’m so glad the kids showed the mouse right up on their bullshit lmfao

Your Brain and the COVID-19 Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic which has spread from China, through Europe and is now increasing in the United States, in addition to the reaction by the World Heath Organization, Centers for Disease Control, state governments, state dental boards and the non-stop media coverage, is causing tremendous anxiety and uncertainty among the dental community. Congress has enacted legislation (HB6201) to expand sick leave and the dramatically expand the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) which will now apply to business under 50 employees, causing dentists to scramble to decide how these changes could affect their business. The 2 trillion dollar stimulus package, S3548 Care Act, contains loans for small businesses to keep people employed provides some hope for dentists hoping to keep their teams in tact, but comes with the stress of trying to get approval before the money runs out. This environment has created tremendous anxiety and stress for dentists. Your practice needs leadership now more than ever! As leadership coach, Joel Small says, "Your leadership legacy is being forged right now!"
Modern neuroscience has come a long way with the devlopment of the fMRI (functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging). This technology allows researchers to see the brain in action by visualizing the neural activity in real time. David Rock, of the Neuroleadership Institute, coined the term neuroleadership to describe the application of the findings of modern neuroscience to leadership. This article will help you understand how your brain works and provide some tips to help you to better manage your own anxieties and negative emotions and better communicate, teach, train and mentor your team. A Quick Summary: The brain can be divided into the limbic system and the cortex.
The limbic brain is considered the primitive part of our brain because it is focused on survival. It is constantly scanning our world for threats and rewards. It the the emotional center of our brain and closely tied to memory. It has the ability to work at tremendous speeds and has inconceivable capacity. The limbic brain is the strongest part of our brain and will typically overpower/override our cortex. This part of your brain is causing you, and your team, to feel great anxiety in the current situation. The cortex, and especially the prefrontal cortex (PFC) is the younger, conscious part of our brain. It is the center of conscious thought, reasoning, decision making, memorizing, inhibiting, recalling and moderating social behavior. The PFC is slower, limited in capacity and easily fatigued. While our cortex can easily be overpowered by the limbic brain, modern neuroscience shows that intentional or mindful use of our PFC can change the electrical activity of our brain. By consciously activating this part of your brain, you can inhibit some of the negative emotions and threats you and your team are currently feeling. Your Brain During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Right now, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, your limbic brain is highly aroused and likely overpowering you prefrontal cortex, making it harder to make decisions and keeping you focused on the negative emotions and threats you are feeling. These threats include how to keep our teams employed, how to make rent, how to manage debt and cash flow, how to manage patient and employee concerns, how to interpret the laws that have been passed and applying and qualifying for loans with the CARE Act, just to name a few. Add to the fact that many employment lawyers and accountants are recommending layoffs or furlough for that team that you have worked with side by side for years. The 24 hour, non-stop media plays a huge role in activating a threat response in our brains to the current situation. Constant coronavirus headlines, drastic modeling predicting dire consequences make it worse day by day. Everything around you is stimulating the "fight or flight" reaction of the limbic brain. It's no wonder that we are all feeling threatened! Overarousal of the limbic system overpowers and reduces the resources to the prefrontal cortex. This inhibits understanding, critical thinking, decision making, memorizing and inhibition, all of which you need to be the leader your practice. When the prefrontal cortex is overpowered, the we tend to do more "automatic" thinking and tend to respond more negatively to situations. We say things that we don't mean and that may trigger threats to the people around us. Because the limbic system is more affected by threats than rewards, you will find that threats to the limbic system come on faster, last longer and are harder to change. It becomes difficult to see the positive and we become more risk averse. We can only see the glass half full. Neuroscience has shown that intentional use of the prefrontal cortex can change the electrical activity of the brain. The following techniques can be used to "put the brakes" on the negative emotions/anxieties that your limbic brain is currently focused on. These techniques can be helpful in every aspect of your life and help you as a leader.
Symbolic Labeling: The act of consciously putting words to the emotions that you are feeling, expressed to yourself or others, actually stimulates the right ventrolateral prefrontal cortex (RVLPFC) which is the center of inhibition for your brain. This will help inhibit the negative emotions/anxiety that you are feeling due the powerful limbic response of your brain.
Reappraisal: Reappraisal is another conscious activity of the prefrontal cortex which has been scientifically shown to inhibit the limbic response of the brain. Reappraisal is the conscious activity of looking at your situation from different perspectives. This requires more focus and energy, but has been shown to be more powerful than symbolic labeling at changing your brain's activity. Reappraisal can be done in the following ways:
Reinterpreting: Consciously choose to reinterpret your current situation. Look for the positives and find opportunities in your situation. For example, "I have time to re-evaluation our systems" or "I have time to get more CE done" etc.
Normalizing: Take a few minutes to focus upon what is normal about your situation. For example, "I am in the same boat as all the other dentists around me. We are all working through this together. etc."
Reordering: Consider reordering what your values are in the situation. "My team or family's health is the most important thing right now." "I have to make this tough to decision to protect our practice so our team can have a job in the future."
Healthy Brain Habits: Re-evaluate these habits in your life and prioritize them for better brain function.
Sleep - get enough
Nutrition - find balance
Exercise - make time
Breaks - time correctly
Mindfulness Training - practice
Understanding how our brain works will not only help us in times of great anxiety and concern, but will also help us as leaders in our practices. Stay tuned for more brain hacks that will help you as a leader in your practice.

Rant
what is a society?? lately I can’t seem to get this question out of my head. I’ve been so depressed and semi-spiteful to the world and towards society as a general, but then I start thinking about what is a society. A community who more or less live together. I can’t understand why people won’t help other people in their community. A simple helping hand to one single person, if everyone did this, the community, no the world would be a better place. That would be possible if the community agreed as a group or atleast in a large majority and worked together. However, human beings have a conscious, a will and desires. These traits lead them to their own individuality, which is what can make the world such a great place, yet also a place of desolation and despair. For as long as mankind has been on the earth, we have been killing one another for our own power as a country, to expand, for resources, for money, religion, to protect one self from the enemy. These reasons can generally be meaningless and all it is, is profit and expansion to be simple. This can not be a justification for killing people, directly or indirectly. People in power who cast their eyes away from the poor and weak who voted them into power as they swore to help and protect the people of their city, of their community. People who sometimes swindle public money into their own personal accounts for self use, while the country is indebt, while hundreds of thousands of people die of starvation, some in poverty, some in our communities aswell. This system sickens me to the core when I think about injustice’s carried out to people in the world. We for thousands of years who have killed one another and have now come to these times today in the 21st century have endured to create this ‘peaceful’ era we have today. All those deaths and have led to this point where we have created a time in which people can live freely and strive for what they believe in, or so they say. That is not possible however, you see many good hard working people who day in and day out get dealt shitty hands in life, but they do not complain, and they continue to keep moving foward, for a purpose perphas, a loved one, something as simple as they want to live, whatever reason it is, they continue each day and move foward. Not all of these people will be ‘good’ people but I can imagine that they will compassinate in their own way and help people out as they understand what enduring is and know how hard it can be. People that exploit the weak for profit or any matter are not good people. These people exist around us everyday. It is people like them, no like us (as a collective) that have created the world we live in today and nobody but we are to blame.
This leads to the thought, what is good and bad? and how do we or more so, how can we justify what we define as good or bad as a community but also as an individual? how does this allow us to live our lives and live in the times we have created. The notion of good and bad is created through environmental factors as we are raised, what those around us believe in and what they think about things. This isn’t always the case as early stated about individuality, some people are just born not caring for others or being aggressive, it’s is just part of them and you can’t tell someone, they must change to fit into the society. So, what is good and bad. These are constructs that we as humans have created to help make decisions more logically, so we can live ‘better’ lives knowing we were ‘good’ or ‘bad’. A bad thing to me is to hurt someone, physically or mentally. That is, if you intended to hurt said person or persons. But what if they were unintentional of the pain they cause you, where do you draw the line with accepting that it was unintentional and knowing that something might have been wrong and you did nothing, or maybe didn’t want to help. How can you accept that they hurt you and you won’t ever get an apology or even recognition for what they’ve done to you. This shouldn’t be an acceptable thing but it is, it is an everyday occurence. People talk about the right thing to do and what is good. But how can you justify the reasons of someone else who has lived in another state of war for all their lives while we have lived in peace in comparison. Who are you to judge what is good and right. Maybe your country has interferred with affairs in another country and resulted in ravaging said country of wealth, peace and people. Then justify how it had to be done for the sake of your country, yet what about their country. What about all the people who died as a result of these decisions made by people in power. Who say it is for the benefit of their country that these actions had to be taken.
It’s simple though, the more you look into it, the more one can only realise that it is within human nature itself to be selfish as your top desire is to keep yourself alive, and this might extend to your family but thats it. This is the strongest desire of man kind. It is only right that man will act ‘selfish’ for himself as the world in your eye reolves around you with a brain as intriquite as ours. As I see it, this desire comes out in two ways, the strong willed and the weak willed. Sort of simple isn’t it, that isn’t the case however. The strong willed may be the ones that will do anything to live and trample over others to survive; it can also be said that the weak who suffer through this are also the strong willed as they perservere to enjoy the small beauties that the world has around them. It’s knowing the weakness of yourself and others that you can be strong and rise to protect or endure what you believe in. Those who are weak willed can also be people who trample over the lives of others as they desire materialistic things in this world missing the true beauties living around us every day. They miss out on what the world can really have to offer and once something bad happends to them, they are unable to accept these things. None of it matters though as with everything, ash to ash, dust to dust, all living things will come to an end as eternity isn’t as long as you think.
As I conclude my little rant (sorry), I just want to leave you with one more thing to think about or notice I suppose quickly. Have you ever heard of Yin and Yang. An ancient chinese symbol which represents light and darkness, and that these two coexist within one another to create one. Simply, in all good, bad can be found and in all bad, good can be found. These notions that we have created coexist as they create the embodiment of humanity which is devloped through the society that we live in. One step forward, two steps backwards.

Talking to Toddlers Honest Review – Worthy or Scam?
You are dealing with lots of stress and anxiety as it relates to being a parent that is why you are currently watching this video right now. Despite the love you have for your kids, they sometimes drive you crazy by their actions.
When your kids act in this manner, you may feel as though that you have failed as a parent, but nothing can be further from the truth.
Chris Thompson, the creator of this program will walk you through all
That you need to know when it comes to knowing how to accurately read the reactions of your kids.
Most of the current problems you are facing with your child are not your fault. This is one piece of good news.
No school teaches you how to train your kids and neither do kids come with an instructional manual on how to be trained. The only type of training that relates to parenting will only teach you how to hold a baby etc.
Though these are important, there are no training instructions on how
to train toddlers who are between the age of 2 and 4. Kids at this age provide the biggest parenting stress.
Though, you can learn as you go, would it not be better to learn from someone who has experienced this first hand? For reading this right now, you should give yourself a solid pat on the back and congratulate yourself.
Here are the top 4 lessons every parent need to know and apply.
Number 1, behaviour of any person regardless of their age is driven by emotion not logic. People act on emotion and later justify it with logic.
Since kids do not have the luxury of being logical at their age, they act solely from an emotional point of view. If your child becomes repulsive of your actions, he is acting based on his emotions.
This means that you need to understand and then change your child’s emotional state. To do that, you use some specific language patterns.
With this language patterns, you will be able to tap into the emotional state of your child. What is common is that most parents act based on logic.
For example, they tell their child if he or she does not act on their instructions, the child will not eat dinner. This is completely counter-intuitive. It never works.
Number 2 is over-using the word NO. When you as a parent cry no at every opportunity, your kids will stop listening. As humans, we – kids inclusive are programmed to notice differences.
To make your kids notice differences, Chris shows you the language techniques you need to master and apply. These techniques seem very easy but are almost magical.
Number 3, you must have a rapport with your kids. By having a rapport with your kids, you are able to develop an emotional relationship with your kids. This program will show you lots of ways by which you can create rapport with your kids.
Rapport is a crucial emotional being before you change a child’s emotional behavior.
Number 4 is language. This is a power tool and in the talking to toddlers program, you will learn a ton of tactics that will help you in using the right language with your kids.
For example, instead of saying to your ‘stop jumping’, you can instead say sit down. Also, you can ask your child to hold the cup with both hands instead of saying do not spill your milk.
Statistics have proven that positive statements like this will make your child obey you at each time. In talking to toddlers, you will learn the right communication strategies which are highly effective and very powerful.
By learning these communication strategies, your life becomes more peaceful, you enjoy the love, nurture and emotions that are associated with a wealthy family life. From his statistics, Chris has discovered that his talking to toddlers program haas been used in over 58 countries.
Why is Chris Thompson Qualified?
He is the creator of the talking to toddlers program.
He learned how to use the power of the brain to shift his emotional state.
He then was able to apply these techniques to how he relates with his kids.
He practiced these techniques on his first child and was able to document his entire process after throwing out the ones that did not work.
One of the many techniques he is going to show you is the distraction method which he successfully applied on his daughter.
The first step in using this technique starts with building rapport. And when this is combined with the other part of the distraction method, the result is an instant success.
By developing these communication strategies a little further, he was able to develop the toolbox for parents which he not only practiced with other parents to great success as their kids became better behaved and also be able to make better choices.
With the success rate he achieved both with his kids and with other parents, he devloped all these in to a program called talking to toddlers.
Benefits
The techniques work on any age group. Some wives have used these techniques on their husband as well
It has been tested and proven to work with many parents
The examples are geared towards 2-6-year-olds
How to get your kids to say yes instead of no

How to quickly that bad mood.
How to use natural emotional cues to install a magic button in your child that you can push to change your child’s mood
