This September I had the possibility to perform at Brucknerfest. It was a difficult piece, but fortunately I could dance with such talented dancers as Damian, Kai, Maria and my one and only Bogi, who also stayed at my place for a few days. It was an interesting experience, but I was looking forward to get done with it, because I knew, almost right after the performance, we travel to Spain. We went with Maria and Kai to perform another piece there. Our professor was already teaching there, she travelled earlier than we and left also two days earlier. It was a wonderful 5 days, I literally felt like a princess, I could rest, laugh, swim and walk a lot, my colleagues were the best flatmates and friends, we had breakfast to Billie Holiday, we walked through the tiny streets of the city Alicante, we felt the salt and sand on our skin and we ate shrimp and fish for dinner. The conservatory where we performed, is a paradise, it is built on a hill, so after Linz we could also climb there to the studio to warm up and rehearse, but since it was 30 degrees, we were already sweating before we even started to move. It was an incredible atmosphere there, this mediterranean environment, plants, this old building and then some musician rehearsing his violin piece on the terrace and the dancers drinking coffee in front of the cantine. It was very much a movie-like picture. I could write about these few days endlessly, but first of all I would like to avoid giving here a trip review, second of all these few photos talk instead of me. I am grateful, very-very grateful.
