Bururu @Ignister
The trivia page for this little creature feels so wrong. "Bururu is the onomatopoeia for shivering," "the ears are wings," "it has an evil face." Wrong. This is a little upright sea slug with tiny arms. The big, match flame like eyeball is just a fun design bonus. Nothing evil here. Just a precious little guy with an adorable design. You know what, I'll just say it: I wish I looked like this.

The AI examined each card in his deck, reverently and with a single mindedness almost never seen. He’d been able to summon them in the Intraspace, but it was different to hold the physical cards that carried their code. The cards he designed and made with his own hands, pouring every bit of love he had for the family and individuals they represented into them.
He snapped his Duel Disk - also custom made by him - onto his wrist and raised his other hand to bring the cards down onto the blade one by one.

“I summon! Appear, those who help to guide The Dark! Pikari @Ignister!”
Tumblr media
“Hiyari @Ignister!”
Tumblr media
“Doshin @Ignister!”
Tumblr media
“Bururu @Ignister!”
Tumblr media
“And finally, Achichi @Ignister!”
Tumblr media
Ai knelt down and gave each individual monster a hug. “I miss you all,” he said, voice soft and smile sad. He continued to hold Achichi close. “I think you would have really liked it here...”

Movie Night
Commission for @kocappu
Fandom: Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains
Word Count: 543
Commissions: Closed
Synopsis: Ai, Roboppy, and the normal summon @Ignister monsters have a movie night together.
“Hey, hey, Big Bro, I’ve done my chores. Can we play a game together? Or watch a movie? Y’know, like we used to.” Roboppy begged, bouncing up and down on the balls of their feet.
Ai huffed. He crossed his arms and pouted. “Roboppy,” he began chidingly, “we are supervillains now. And supervillains don’t play video games or watching movies. That’s childish.”
“So, what do supervillains do then?” Roboppy asked, their little fists clenched together and eyes glittering, widening.
“Er, um…” Ai was taken aback by the question. He scratched behind his head. “I don’t actually know what supervillains do in their, uh, downtime…”
With such an admission, Roboppy won out over Ai and succeeded in organising their movie night. Something which was surprisingly easy despite the seeming limitations of their mobile hideout in the literal belly of the beast. Linguriboh made for an excellent hideout and with just a flick of a switch, and in an almost comical way, the wooden steering wheel was subbed out for a television stand. After that, Ai magicked up a lounge and a beanbag, as well as plenty of comfy pillows as well. Soon enough, he, Roboppy, and a few of his @Ignister monsters were all set up, neck deep – if they had necks – in soft, fuzzy pillows and blankets and the room dimmed.
And so, they settled into a nervous kind of peace, waiting to be scared as the movie’s opening credits rolled on top of establishing shots of the setting. Green pastures with clouds; scenes where children set the table tinted in sepia; the feeling of time going by in believable domesticity and normalcy. All of which was soon to be disrupted but they didn’t know how or why. It was kind of exciting.
Truly so, right up until such questions were answered by the movie. Ai quibbled greatly, holding onto a blanket with a rickety hold whilst his various minions – Achichi, Bururu, Doshin, Doyon, Hiyari, and Pikari  – made all sorts of terrified rackets. They bounced and vibrated beneath their blankets in absolute terror of the movie. All whilst Roboppy, who sat cross-legged on the floor with a blanket draped over their shoulders simply grinned a bigger and bigger grin as more blood and guts splashed across the screen. A cackle slowly moved through their throat and soon enough, as the climax settled in the movie, Roboppy was laughing maniacally.
“That was a great movie, Big Bro!” they yelled. “A fantastic comedy! I was laughing the whole way through! Humans are so silly.”
Ai stared, stunned and with a slackened jaw. “Uh… yeah…” he said as he stroked the rubbery skins of his poor, petrified minions.
“Let’s watch another one! According to my internet deep dive, this movie has a sequel, and everybody knows, sequels are always super good because its DOUBLE the content you just watched.”
“Roboppy.” Ai said; speaking their name, and only their name, it was almost a reprimand.
  “Yes, Big Bro?”
  “No.”
“Oh. Okay then.” Roboppy said. “But whaaaaat about-”
  “No.”
“Oh. Okay then.” Ai took a sharp sigh. “But maybe some other time. Just not,” he glanced at the monsters which quivered under his coat and blankets, “just not any time soon.”
Roboppy’s eyes lit up. “Oh! Okay then.”

We also have the remaining Ignisters.
*Pikari can add a Ai Spell/Trap from your Deck to your hand when it is Normal or Special Summoned. It can also make an Ignister monster be Level 4 for rest of the turn to summon Light Dragon.
*Bururu can send an Ignister to GY from the Deck when Normal/Special Summoned, and if it was used to Synchro Summon a Cyberse monster, you can target one Synchro Material used for it except itself, and Special Summon it.
*Doyon can add an Ignister to your hand from your GY when Normal/Special Summoned, and if it was used as a Link Material for a Cyberse monster, it can add an Ai Spell/Trap to your hand.
*Achichi can add a Level 4- Ignister to your hand from your Deck when Normal/Special Summoned and can destroy your battling Cyberse monster by banishing itself from GY at the start of the Damage Step.
*Doshin can Special Summon itself from your hand when you control an Ignister and can return a Cyberse Link to ED to get an Ai Love Fusion from your Deck to your hand.
*Hiyari can also Special Summon itself from your hand when you control an Ignister and can tribute a Cyberse monster to add a Level 5+ Cyberse to your hand from your Deck, and its Level becomes 4. If you Tributed a Link Cyberse, then it can add Ai’s Ritual to your hand from your Deck.
*Water Leviathan can return all monsters your opponent controls with 2300- ATK to their hand when Ritual Summoned. Once per turn it can target a monster opponent controls, return as many Link Monsters from GY to ED, and make that target’s ATK 0. Once per damage calculation, it can halve the opponent’s ATK during that damage calculation only. Pretty broken, but classically designed card.
*Earth Golem allows you to take no damage during the turn it was Fusion Summoned, and when it battles a monster Special Summoned from ED, it gains its ATK during the damage calculation. Once per turn, when it is destroyed by battle, it can Special Summon a Cyberse monster from your GY except itself.
*Wind Pegasus can destroy as many Spell/Traps as your Ignister monsters. If another monster is destroyed while this card is on the field, you can banish this card, target one card opponent controls and send it back to hand.
*Ignister AiLand is their Field Spell. You can Special Summon a Level 4- Ignister from your hand if you control no Monsters in your Main Monster zones, but you cannot Special Summon another Ignister with this effect that has the same Attribute and you must Special Summon Cyberse monsters only for the rest of the turn.
*Aidle Reborn is Quick-Play Spell that can Special Summon an Ignister from your GY, but you must only Special Summon Cyberse monsters for the rest of the turn. You can banish this card when there is a battle between 2 monsters alongside a card in your hand, and return an Ai Spell/Trap to your hand from GY or your banished cards, except itself.
*Ai Love Fusion is a Normal Spell that can fuse a Cyberse monster. If at least one of your materials is an Ignister, you can use opponent’s Link Monster as material. Great archetypal Fusion Spell, but Super Poly completely outclasses it.
*Ai’s Ritual is a Ritual Spell that can Ritual Summon a Cyberse monster. If you control an Ignister, you can banish your Ignisters from GY as Tribute. Very good card, but sadly it does not return to your hand.
