चैतन्य भारत न्यूज नई दिल्ली. कोरोना संकट के बीच सीबीएसई ने नौवीं से बारहवीं तक के पाठ्यक्रम को 30 फ��सद तक कम करके भले ही छात्रों को राहत देने की कोशिश की है लेकिन इसे लेकर अब राजनीति शुरू ही गई है। इस पर केंद्रीय मानव संसाधन मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’ का बयान सामने आया है। वैसे तो सीबीएसई ने करीब 190 विषयों के पाठ्यक्रमों को कम किया है, लेकिन इनमें सबसे ज्यादा चर्चा सोशल स्टडीज (एसएसटी), पॉलिटिकल साइंस और बिजनेस स्टडीज जैसे विषयों से हटाए गए चैप्टरों को लेकर है। फिलहाल इन विषयों से जो अहम चैप्टर हटाए गए हैं, उनमें राष्ट्रवाद, नागरिकता, धर्मनिरपेक्षता, लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार, फूड सिक्योरिटी जैसे चैप्टर शामिल हैं। As @cbseindia29 has clarified, schools have been advised to follow the #NCERT Alternate Academic Calendar, and all the topics mentioned have been covered under the same Academic Calendar. The exclusions are merely a 1-time measure for exams, due to the #COVID19 pandemic. — Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (@DrRPNishank) July 9, 2020 वहीं 11वीं कक्षा की किताबों से किसान, जमींदार और राज्य, बंटवारे, विभाजन और देश में विद्रोह पर सेक्शन- ‘द बॉम्बे डेक्कन’ और ‘द डेक्कन रायट्स कमिशन’, जो कि साहूकारों के खिलाफ किसानों के आंदोलन पर आधारित हैं, इन सभी चैप्टरों को हटा दिया गया है। कार्यस्थल पर भारतीय संविधान के तहत आने वाले फेडरलिज्म जैसे टॉपिक, स्थानीय सरकारों की जरूरत, भारत में स्थानीय सरकार की ग्रोथ जैसे चैप्टर्स को भी 11वीं कक्षा के राजनीति विज्ञान के विषय से हटा दिया गया है। शशि थरूर ने उठाए सवाल सीबीएसई के इस फैसले को मुद्दा बना रहे राजनीतिक दलों ने सरकार पर सवाल उठाने शुरू कर दिए हैं। सबसे पहले इस मुद्दे को कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता और सांसद शशि थरूर ने उठाया। उन्होंने ट्वीट कर कहा कि, 'जिन लोगों ने इन चैप्टरों को हटाने का फैसला लिया है, उनके इरादों पर शक होता है। क्या सरकार को लगता है कि ये चैप्टर आज की पीढ़ी के लिए सबसे बुरे हैं? मेरी सरकार से अपील है कि पाठ्यक्रम को तर्कसंगत बनाया जाए।' ममता बनर्जी का ट्वीट पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री और तृणमूल कांग्रेस की मुखिया ममता बनर्जी ने भी ट्वीट किया और कहा, 'मैं यह सुनकर हैरान हूं कि केंद्र सरकार ने नागरिकता, धर्मनिरपेक्षता जैसे विषयों को सीबीएसई के पाठ्यक्रमों में कटौती के नाम पर हटा दिया है। मैं इस फैसले का विरोध करती हूं और मानव संसाधन विकास मंत्रालय और केंद्र सरकार ने मांग करती हूं कि ऐसे जरूरी पाठ्यक्रमों पर रोक नहीं लगनी चाहिए।' सीबीएसई का बयान इस पूरे मामले पर राजनीति गर्म होने के बाद सीबीएसई ने आगे आकर स्थिति साफ की और कहा कि पाठ्यक्रम में 30 फीसद की यह कटौती सिर्फ परीक्षाओं के नजरिए से की गई है, ना कि इसे पाठ्यक्रम से पूरी तरह हटाया गया है। सभी स्कूलों से कहा गया है कि वह परीक्षाओं के नजरिए से हटाए गए इन पाठ्यक्रमों को जब भी और जैसे समय मिले, छात्रों को पढ़ाने की कोशिश करें। मानव संसाधन मंत्री का ट्वीट रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’ ने कहा है, 'इसपर राजनीति नहीं होनी चाहिए। मनगढ़ंत टिप्पणियां कर गलत विमर्श का प्रसार किया जा रहा है। सीबीएसई के पाठ्यक्रम में कुछ टॉपिक्स को हटाये जाने के बारे में बहुत सी मनगढंत टिप्पणियां की जा रही हैं। इन टिप्पणियों के साथ समस्या यह है कि वे गलत विमर्श को फैलाने के लिए चुनिंदा विषयों को जोड़कर सनसनीखेज बना रहे हैं।' उन्होंने कहा, 'राष्ट्रवाद, स्थानीय सरकार, संघवाद आदि तीन-चार टॉपिक्स को छोड़े जाने का गलत मतलब निकाल कर मनगढंत विमर्श बनाना आसान है, विभिन्न विषयों को व्यापक तौर पर देखा जाए तो दिखाई देगा कि सभी विषयों में कुछ चीजों को छोड़ा गया है। पाठ्यक्रम में टॉपिक्स को छोड़ना कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मद्देनजर उठाया गया कदम हैं।' ये भी पढ़े कोरोना संकट में छात्रों को राहत, CBSE ने किया कोर्स घटाने का ऐलान, 9वीं-12वीं के लिए 30% कम होगा सिलेबस CBSE 2020-21 बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के लिए जरूरी है 75% अटेंडेंस, यहां देखें सिलेबस CBSE Board : जानिए कब आएगा 10वीं-12वीं का रिजल्ट Read the full article
