Metal detector will not work

All my trials developing a #metaldetector failed. Both coils, or even one, depending on the detector type, have to be placed in very unsuitable positions which avoids to detect the metal object. I failed with searching of a feasible way how to do it. Now I am going to move my focus on a #opticaldetection with #cmoscamera. My intention is to implement a primitive (or a little smarter than primitive) #imagerecognition routines. Any hints welcomed and appreciated! == Pokusy s vývojem detektoru kovového předmětu se minuly úspěchu. Obě cívky, nebo i jedna, podle typu detektoru, musejí být ve velmi nevhodné pozici a nepodařilo se mi najít způsob, jak to obejít s tímto typem detekce. Už v průběhu mě napadla detekce kamerou s použitím primitivního rozpoznání obrazu. Půjdu teď touto cestou a budu pracovat na dvou projektech s kamerou.

LCD display and white panel

I am preparing myself for another #embedded project. There will be a #cmoscamera and a #lcddisplej. Currently I do have only the LCD display. It is supported and seems to be easy to setup. It contains the #ILI9341 chip. An initialization of the chip does not work for now and I got only a white panel. == Začínám přípravu na další projekt a budu tam potřebovat displej. Bude tam taky kamera, ale tu zatím nemám. Displej by měl být velmi dobře podporovaný, ale zatím mi nefunguje. Nedaří se mi ho správně inicializovat a dostávám jen bílou plochu.
