Used to differentiate distributed processor technologies (defined by Processor Vendor, Brand, Type and Model Number) based on cores.

Client Device

Meant for (small) device embedding. It has 3 limitations:

the device cannot have more than 6 cores

Multiple entitlement cannot be combined for cores, e.g. 2 purchasing 2 entitlements would not enable the user to have a 12 cores machine use.

However, for other 2 types (users / "derived applications") multiple entitlements can be combined on 1 machine, e.g. 3 client device entitlements would allow a client to use 3 "derived applications" with 1 simultaneous user OR 3 simultaneous user using 1 "derived application" on a 6 cores machine.

Fintech Startup BondIT Raised $4 Million

The Israeli fintech startup BondIT has raised an additional $4 million in a Series B funding round. Last autumn the Herzliya-based company initially raised $18.2 million. This time Fosun Group hosted the Series B round. The major investor is part of the Hong Kong holding Fosun International Limited. The two have been collaborating since last year. The head of Fosun International Guo Guangchang praised the startup’s technology by saying it “compliments its own financial ecosystem”. He further emphasized that it can potentially disrupt and transform the way wealth managers handle everyday operations. Fosun noted that the investments made are partially because the group is intrigued by the market in Israel. Financial advisors who use BondIT’s software can take advantage of its machine learning algorithms and data calculations to make more precise income predictions and recommendations. The technology also enables them to evaluate risk factors, trade faster, and enhance client engagement. BondIT’s platform helps users comply with the current regulatory frameworks, does statistics, and improves efficiency by automating the creation of client portfolios. BondIT was founded in 2012 in Herzliya, Israel and the last year was quite intense for the fintech startup. It had penned a deal with Fosun, thus entering the tremendous $7+ trillion Chinese market.
