Shipping Cassandra and Leliana is so funny because I feel like the only people who actually do it have either only played Inquisition or don't think much past "Well they're the Left and Right Hands of the Divine" because you KNOW they only get along to the extent they do in Inquisition because they've never had an actual conversation because the second Leliana opened her mouth about her theology in front of Cassandra, they would have been trying to strangle each other

For the opinions meme - how about Varric, Krem, Zevran and Sten?
WOOOOH it's a lot! Thank you ask some more. 👀
SOOOO let's spill some tea, shall we. *crack knuckles*
Varric:
First impression: "Omg that's some chest hair." Of course. Nah it was like at first sight even without those, give me an unreliable sarcastic narrator and I'll be content.
Impression now: After reading some analyses and writing him... I still like him a lot as a character, but it's true that he's for sticking with the status quo and is terrified of changes, BUT he changes his mind if you push him enough (a lot), so that's ok. Leave Bianca dude seriously I'm suffering for your sake.
Favorite moment: The fake solo EPIC fight at Bartrand's. Iconic, you go man. Also, the descriptions on ships in Hard in Hightown without a hint of research. He just doesn't care and it works and it's a best seller. You go, Varric.
Idea for a story: I don't think anything about him will ever top the fic "Ask Varric" but I'd love to be proven wrong of course. (It's the fic I read when I'm sad it just sparks joy). I'd just love to see him coping with a Spirit Cole and learning that it's not the end of the world, he's still him. Alas I tend to focus more on my OCs. Maybe I'll try it one day or another, but it's not that day (and if you are reading this and find it a good prompt, be my guest, write it and please tag me)
Unpopular opinion: A centrist character that doesn't want change is actually a good counterpoint for Hawke.
Favorite relationship: *looks at DadWolf AU* AH-EHM. No, joking, I love a good fic that ships him with Cassandra.
Favorite headcanon: Bisexual in the closet, clearly had a one-night with Solas when they both got drunk I read the comic panels and listen LISTEN no homo bro
Krem:
First impression: I think I thought he looked very cool and had a very nice voice, I liked how professional he was and the dynamics of the Chargers from the start, the more he spoke the more I liked him.
Impression now: As above, I can't say much on how it was written but I like him very much as a character, I wish we saw more of him in game and that he was a romanceable option but alas
Favorite moment: I live for his dynamic with Bull they're just... The ultimate found family and they melt my little dark heart.
Idea for a story: Oh damn... Anything exploring his character more, honestly. I will be honest and say I'm not really shipping him with Maryden (I don't like Maryden much...?). Maybe something having him and Dorian in the same room. Add Fenris for the perfect Tevinter reunion and just dig in the chaos. Hateful Eight style. (Sorry Dor I don't think you're surviving this in one piece)
Unpopular opinion: Is there an unpopular opinion about Krem? No, I think my opinion on him are pretty average.
Favorite relationship: Chargers the ultimate Found Family all the way. With Bull, as in platonic. Or you know what. He makes plushies. Josie plays with them. KremxJosephine??? (it's farfetched and I really thought of it right now and with a beer in my belly. But...)
Zevran:
First impression: "Dude who gave you the assassin licence, Elmo?" No listen Zevran is the epitome of the character I like most. Cocky, histrionic, there for show, very charismatic. I was there and I liked him from the start.
Impression now: Same as above, it didn't change much. I only love him more after knowing all of it, he deserves all the love and praise he can get and some more.
Favorite moment: His recruitment is honestly an iconic epic fail come on what's there not to love. But also his banter with Alistair.
Idea for a story: I will write it sooner or later: Zevran and the Warden making spritz in the camp with what they could find/distill themselves. Listen, Antiva is Venezia, hence it's a SHAME that one of his gifts is not a glass of Spritz (the most typical cocktail from the... City or region I won't say or Ali will beat me with a newspaper if I get it wrong). In my mind the Dalish can and will distill alcohol with everything, as good old south mediterranean old people, the Arlathvens are basically a big reunion to share drinks. I will sooner or later write Alyra missing some good homemade liquor, him missing spritz, and the pair combining forces to recreate something with the resources they have. Raiding a tavern, Alyra distracts the host and Zevran slips behind the counter and steals Aperol.
Unpopular opinion: Not really an unpopular opinion but he's Italian not Spanish. The name also sounds from Veneto, if you read it with the accent on the a. Zevràn. It's me being picky, tho, I really don't have ANYTHING against people portraying him as Spanish and using Spanish for Antivan! I saw some very nice iterations. I don't think I have opinions about him that are really unpopular tho.
Favorite relationship: I'm a sucker for a good Zevalistair fic. I said it.
Favorite headcanon: Even in a platonic relationship, he still checks in regularly with his friends from the Blight. They all have a discount.
Sten:
First impression: I was pretty cold about him? Like ok, I'll free him just to piss the Nun off, but meh it sounds like a character I don't really like, too much a boring Paladin for me, meh.
Impression now: He likes cookies and he approves when you disagree with him? OMG I STAN *badum tsssss* Jokes beside, I think he's kind of… A missed chance? He's an interesting character and believe me I generally find his kind of character extremely boring, but… He doesn't have as much insight as the others have, it would have been nice to see more, have some more cut scenes with him or a more complex personal quest that wasn't just a "find the missing object".
Favorite moment: The cookie admission.
Idea for a story: Him and the Warden meeting again, with him as the Arishok. A good old reunion.
Unpopular opinion: I think the real missed chance in romancing a Qunari is not him but the Arishok in DA2 and I will die on this hill.
Favorite relationship: He and the Warden. Or with Morrigan.
Favorite headcanon: He didn't use "Kadan" for nothing, he sincerely had feels for the Warden.

DAI: Companions, Advisors, and Love interests reacting to a Dalish Inquisitor whose clan became seafaring after the fall of the Dales (like the Inuit or Samoans). (can't remember if I sent you this one)
I went more Samoan than Inuit, but tried to keep it flexible.
Cassandra: Fascination with the Inquisitor’s culture. She loves the sea, and it must have been wonderful to be so close to it all the time. Though she does not think she would care for eating fish that often. She half-remembers her parents taking her and Anthony to the shore when she was very small, and remembers loving it. She would encourage the Inquisitor to tell her as many stories from home as she could.
Iron Bull: Right, that makes sense. No home on land, why not turn to the sea to find a new one? Not an option for everyone – he knows he’d be grouchy after spending a lot of time on a boat, in part because he’d be banging his head every time he moved. He’d like the stories, too, drinking them in and letting them wash away the memories of Seheron for a time.
Blackwall: He would feel kinship to the Inquisitor. Being adrift without staying in one place from time to time … he knows that feeling. On land, on sea, it’s all the same, isn’t it? He would ask whether there might be prospects for the Inquisition to garner resources or people there – or possible Grey Warden recruits.
Varric: He’d want to hear the stories, all of them. The fairy tales, the histories, the ghost stories, everything. Possibly to compile into a book, possibly to inspire, but mostly to hear them, to learn the culture. He’s familiar with the Dalish, but this is new, and thank the Maker, not dangerous.
Sera: All that water around, and hardly no buildings? Creepy. Mega. But they’re not super elfy, right? That’s to the good. The Inquisitor isn’t, and she hasn’t met anyone else from that … family? Clan, it’s a clan, yeah? And they must be all right, since she doesn’t know any Jennies that deal with them, so … brilliant, water elves.
Cole: The Inquisitor’s thoughts feel like the ocean, swells and falls, storms and calms. He likes it best when they’re calm, but even the storms feel natural and cleansing, clearing away the flotsam and jetsam. But they miss the sea, the sound, the smell, and so he works hard to find small things, seashells and bowls of sand. One day, he manages to figure out a way to make something that’s close to the sound, and wakes the Inquisitor gently with the familiar sound of home.
Vivienne: Seafaring elves? I suppose that’s better than it could be, so long as you don’t talk or act like a sailor, my dear. It would give you a rather unique perspective on some other cultures, since you would visit them so often. But the sea air has wreaked havoc on your skin and hair, darling, and we must have you looking your best. Perhaps a spa day in Val Royeaux, and some quick lessons in courtly manners while we’re there.
Solas: A shame the loss of the Dales would have caused an even greater schism in what was left of the elves after the fall of Arlathan. And what of their ways? Are they like the Dalish, misguided but well-intentioned? Or have they moved on like the elves in cities, ready to become base and common and lose their history for the sake of those that despise them? But no doubt there are fascinating tales there, and perhaps some wonderful dreams.
Dorian: That sounds absolutely dreadful, really. Sea travel is quite his least favorite way to get anywhere. But perhaps his experiences are colored with the disappointment that taints most of his childhood memories. He’s sure that is anyone could get him to enjoy spending time on a boat, it would be the Inquisitor. And fresh fish and rippling muscles sound nice enough.
Cullen: His family lived close to a lake, but that’s hardly the same thing, is it? He understands the rudiments of sailing, just not to the same extent the Inquisitor does, and is happy to put his knowledge to work with them leveraging as much of a naval strategy as they can. Not much, perhaps, but anything can turn the tide … god, he didn’t mean to make a joke, honestly.
Josephine: She would struggle a bit at first with how to spin their origin – no support from the Dalish, but less judgement from the human nobility. She is not sure it balances, but there is nothing for it. She would investigate to learn what the Inquisitor’s favorite dish from home was, and find a way to serve it every few weeks, just often enough to smooth out the homesickness she would know they would have.
Leliana: She is aggravated, because the Inquisitor’s clan is so hard to get agents into, but have more knowledge of their ways than most of the others. A salt water fish tank would appear in the Inquisitor’s rooms one day, stocked with bright fish and sea stars, as well as a stack of letters from home so they could read them and have a little piece of familiar in all this strangeness.

My intense Game of Thrones Dragon age Dream after drinking an oyster shot before bed
Tumblr media
That time the Inquisitor became a god and married the black Divine
So above is the long story short, if you don't want to read the whole dream.
Holy shimmering shininigans, my friends! You would not believe the dream I had! It was like Dragon age meets game of Thrones. I woke up feeling like the sand man had slapped my subconscious with a LOTR sized epic!
So the world setting is post Trespasser.
- Liliana is the Divine
- Cassandra was her right hand, and leader of the new Seeker order.
- Vivienne was the left hand, and leader of the reformed circles. They weren't compulsory, but available for a safe place should mages chose it.
- the red Jennies and Sera continued to do their amazing thing
- BlackWall was helping rebuild the wardens
- Cullen was training a new wave of Templar who were meant to keep the good for the past, but minus the oppressive and cruel tendencies
- Bull and his charges were aiding the inquisition, making regular visits to Tivinte, to see Dorian and help him with his efforts to free slaves, particularly the elves.
- the Inquisition was made a peace keeping organization absorbed into the Divine's honour guard.
- Inquisitor Lavellan was trying to prove Solas wrong by working to restore and educate the elves, building a kingdom for them to go to and call home, with infrastructure and sovereign rights
- Lavellan is also training warriors, like the arcane warriors of old.
- she was working to transition the role of Inquisitor to Cassandra, so that she could fully dedicate her efforts to the elves.
- even when she seperated from the inquisition she was still very much a part of it and the two groups continued to help one another.
- while all this was happening, she went fade and dungeon diving, looking for a way to protect the veil, or find a way for everyone not to die if it burns down, or just bloody something- all with the help of Morrigan.
- in this one Lavellan drank the well, so Morrigan and she have been working to hear and understand the voices, learning more about ancient Magic's and the truth.
- they use this knowledge to learn from the mistakes of the ancient elvhes, but still make use of their techniques.
- All seems like it is going into a positive direction, but unfortunately, things seemed to go South when the Qunari started moving to invade. Starting with Tivinter.
This immediately starts a whole bunch of discussions. On one hand, nobody wants to ally with Tivinter, on the other hand, they don't want the Qunari to get more power before they spread to their side. Plus, most of the inquisition is sympathetic to Tivinter now that Dorian's efforts are spreading with changing the ways of sacrificial slavery to not.
The freed slaves making their way to the elvhen haven Lavellan is building.
- So as $h#+ starts to hit the fan, there is a disturbance in the veil. Lavellan finds Solas in the fade, he doesn't make himself hard to find, knowing she thinks it could be him.
He explains it is not, and is in fact some of the Evanuris trying to break through, taking advantage of the weakened veil.
He mounful admits that this could force him to speed up his plans.
Then there is a heated argument that goes something like this:(Arbelas was there, like his right hand, and I obviously made it more coherent with my waking mind)
Lavellan: "No!"
Solas: "I'm sorry, Vhenan, but I cannot let the Evanuris break through. It would mean the end of everything, and no one would succeed. It would have all been for nothing."
Lavellan: "Then we stop them!"
Solas: "It's not that simple."
Lavellan: "Some of it is. Like the part where you can't just destroy the world every time you don't know how to fix a problem!"
Solas: "I do not make this choice lightly." He insisted.
Lavellan: "It is not your choice to make. You *don't* get to decide which world lives, and which ones dies. For a man who claims not to think himself a god you have the arrogance of one."
Arbelas: "You would really choose the world of the shems over the world of your people?"
Lavellan: "My people are here, and they will rise by their own strength and perseverance, not by stepping on a foundation built by the blood of thousands and thousands of slaughtered innocence. Anyone who would, does not deserve it. And anyone who would, is not my people."
Solas looked at her with regret. His heart wanted to follow her, the administration he had for her strength of spirit-... And it was true, she had accomplished so much...
Solas: "I am sorry, but there isn't a way you could stop the Evanuris."
Lavellan: "You don't know that."
"I have lived for over 1000s of years, and know the Evanuris more than anyone-"
Lavellan: "You know nothing! You didn't know Corypheus would survive the blast, you didn't know a mere mortal could take and weild the anchor, didn't think anyone could go physically into the fade, you didn't think people could band together and set aside their differences to fight for a common cause, that those people would continue to help eachother even after the danger is passed...that people can change their natures... " She rose her head high again. "I will find a way to stop them, without destroying a world, even if it means I lose myself in the process... You can either help, stand there and watch, but if you so much as even try to break down the veil now, I chop off the grim head of yours and shove it up your fatalistic arse!"
Then she stormed off from the Dream. Before the intense emotions attracted demons.
- So after she cools down, she and Morrigan get chatting, and they inform the other of their additional problem to deal with.
- long story short, the remnants of Mythal hidden in the mirror speak to her and transfer their power to her, with extra knowledge.
This causes some big changes. She grew a magical lyrium arm, her hair bleached all glowy and magicy white, she practically oozed magical energy, much more connected to the fade, almost similar to the Titan and the dwarf who's name I can't remember, but still remains grounded.
- so the big battle comes and she uses her knew elvhen god power to shut those Evanuris back in their, with the help of the United forces and even Solas.
- but there is still the threat of the Qunari. But both Ferelden and Orlais do not want to help Tivinter, believing that the Qunari trying to take over would weaken them, making it easier to fight against them and it would get rid of Tivinter for them. The Inquisition is still finding it difficult to choose because they are a Chantry religious force and the Tivinter Imperium is quite blasphemous, and even though they don't want the innocents within to suffer, they could not justify all those who would die to protect the corrupted.
- Negotiations still take place, especially after they heard of Lavellan's new ancient elvhen magister power.
- long story short, Lavellan agreed to marry the Black Divine in exchange for the freedom of all the elvhen slaves. Her power would protect them against the Qunari.
- from here it gets extra angsty.
- Solas confronts her and is pissed. She is pissed at him too.
Solas: "You sell yourself to the very one who represents everything you claim to despise!"
Lavellan: "Do you have any idea how hypocritical you sound after all that nonsense about walking the fatal path alone. Where you would sacrifice yourself and the world, all I would do is use my own life. And in doing so, my people are free, and a new kindgom is arising."
He let out a rare burst of emotions, anger directed at the situation, at himself, pain, loss, that feeling of helplessness when you realise you don't know all the answers, and can't fix all the problems.
Lavellan: "I only wish you finally had faith in me before I lost my faith in you... But it is too late for that now. What's done, is done and we have to look to the future."
Solas: "No one has seen the power you weild since the time of the ancient elves. They already feared you when you were just the Herald, and now..." He said with earnest worry in his eyes.
Lavellan: "I know... and this will be my burden to bare."
- the Qunari attack and she goes Avatar state God mode sinking the ships using Mythal power to summon dragons and shit. Causing the remaining ships to retreat.
- after the battle even the Tivinter people she saves are shit scared of her. The Black Divine is on a power trip cause he is convinced he married a god.
- after killing all those people her face was stoic, she flew off on a dragon.
- This calmness freaked people out. Especially her friends. Bull, although Talvashoth, was shook from seeing so many of his people killed. Sera was spooked by the magical killing coldness. Etc
- and then people started spreading rumours about her using blood magic for her power and again, long story short, they mournful made a plan to kill her thinking she was taken over by an elvil elvhen god magsiter.
- she feels heartbroken, but knew it was coming. She isn't mad, but goes to her dragon tower thing.
The reason she was cold, was because she didn't want to seem weak infront of all the elf hating magisters. And ended up breaking down when she flew up to her tower.

whats your fave dai party banter? mine is with cole and dorian, when dorian is kinda like "be careful where youre going with these daggers i was casting fire spells at the enemies" and cole is just like "it can't hurt me, it's friendly fire" and then dorian (and me) kinda goes "that's- that's not really what you think it means" (i always disable friendly fire bc im a noob and i can't stand to involuntarily hurt my allies but cole, sweetheart, please don't get in harm's way)
Heyaa!!
Omg nonny :’D First, I’m completely with you on this one - this is such an adorable banter omg. It has everything, Dorian being concerned, Cole being adorable - this is beautiful. (and i feel you on the friendly fire stuff, just.. let’s limite damage ahah)
I don’t have a fave banter, mostly because i’m still discovering some banters i didn’t have before, and a  l o t of them are gold.
Then, I generally love Cole’s banters. He’s always sweet and adorable and always with the most amazing replies, it makes me so happy.
then man there’s so much banters i love. I love Varric/Dorian always betting about stuff, Varric/Vivienne was an extreme amount of fun.Bull has a lot of dialogue I really like (especially with Sera and Vivienne, I love how strategic he gets with them to different extreme, and well, always soft spot for his dialogues with Dorian) but I really, really love his dynamic with Cole (he calls him “my squirrelly kid” i’m gonna cry). There’s something in Cole/Cassandra dynamic that i find really sweet too bc it starts very badly but they end up pretty close? it’s adorable.
…. so ye I’d say Cole’s banters are always a win.
edit: i ended up making a list of some of my fav and I actually love too much banters to just narrow them down i love those dorks
As for my favorite favorite, this is so hard to pinpoint one banter, they are all so cool? I can’t narrow down one orz
huuuh maybe a few randoms i really like: (which ended up being a long list so under the cut ;O take care!)
Varric: Okay, try it again, you’ll get it.Cole: Knock, knock.Varric: Who’s there?Cole: Me.Varric: (Sighs.) Me who?Cole: Me, and I’m telling a knock knock joke.Varric: Uh… that was… closer. Keep trying.
Cole: I like your horns, The Iron Bull.Cole: But they’re dragon horns, not bull horns. You could have named yourself The Iron Dragon.Iron Bull: Oh, shit. That would have been better.
Cole: You got to pick your name, The Iron Bull.Iron Bull: Sure did. Thanks for sticking the “the” on there, too. Most people forget.Iron Bull: It kinda makes it sound like I’m not really a person. Like I’m this dangerous thing, you know?Cole: You made it a joke on yourself, making a mockery, so you would never be that.Iron Bull: It kills the joke if you explain it, kid.
Dorian: Ah, Solas. You startled me. You’re always so… nondescript.Solas: Please speak up! I cannot hear you over your outfit!
Blackwall: Sera and I were just talking about you. We need you to settle a question for us.Solas: (Sighs.) Sera’s involved? So this question will be offensive.Blackwall: Yes, probably. Sorry.Blackwall: You make friends with spirits in the Fade. So… um, are there any that are more than just friends?Blackwall: If you know what I mean.Solas: Oh, for… really?!Blackwall: Look, it’s a natural thing to be curious about!Solas: For a twelve-year-old!Blackwall: It’s a simple yes or no question!Solas: Nothing about the Fade or spirits is simple, especially not that.Blackwall: Aha! So you do have experience in these matters!Solas: I did not say that.Blackwall: Don’t panic. It’ll be our little secret.Solas: Ass.Blackwall: Now who’s twelve?
Blackwall: Do you have any advice for fighting demons, Solas?Solas: Survive the first thirty heartbeats, and you’ll have already won.Blackwall: So I should try not to die? Helpful.Solas: I mean that demons are rarely intelligent enough to change their tactics. If you focus on defending yourself, you will see the full range of their abilities within the first thirty heartbeats. By then, you should be able to find a weakness and exploit it.Blackwall: Ahh, that is helpful! I will try to remember that.Solas: Also, try not to die.
Vivienne: Varric, darling, what manner of villain am I in your novel?Varric: You’re the scheming duchess, coldly maneuvering her political rivals into a trap.Vivienne: Yes, but what am I wearing? You are not going to describe me in anything less than the latest fashions, are you?Varric: I’m… going to spend the next few weeks researching Orlesian gowns, aren’t I?Vivienne: Yes, my dear. And my mask should be inlaid with opals.
Varric: I can’t wait for Chuckles to say something about the VeilSolas: I don’t always mention the Veil.Cassandra: You do. Always.Dorian: You do. You really do.Iron Bull: Yeah, you do.Vivienne: Of course you do, darling.Inquisitor/Blackwall: Yes, you do.Cole: You do think about it a lot.Varric: See? Told you.
Dorian: Come on, just answer the question, Varric.Varric: My mother didn’t raise any morons, Sparkler. I won’t touch that one.Dorian: You must have an opinion. And you’re a dwarf! Completely unbiased!Varric: There’s no way I’m answering “which inquisition mage is the best-dressed.” Not for all the gold in Orzammar.Vivienne: Also, the answer is obvious.
Varric: So, Sparkler, what do you think of the Inquisition so far?Dorian: It’s interesting, I’ll give you that. An archdemon attacking me is a first.Varric: Five royals says you see something weirder before the day ends.Dorian: I don’t think I should take that bet.
Varric: What do you think, Sparkler? Ten royals says the next thing we run into farts fire.Dorian: I’ll take that bet. I win either way.
Dorian: You owe me twenty royals, Varric. I’d like them paid in candied dates.Varric: I haven’t lost that wager yet.Dorian: You said we’d be ass-deep in trouble. This is more like knee-high.Varric: I didn’t specify whose ass, did I?Dorian: Leave it to a dwarf, always lowering the bar.
Varric: I got to ask, does any of this shit make sense to you?Dorian: To me? Are you referring to the giant hole in the sky? Or the creature out of Chantry cautionary tale who wants to be a god?Varric: Either. I’m feeling generous.Dorian: What’s the problem? Someone shows up, tears the place apart, declares himself king? That’s half of history.Varric: Corypheus is that terrifying drunk nobody’ll ask to leave?Dorian: Even after he puts a hole in the ceiling. Terribly common.
Blackwall: Corypheus. One of yours, isn’t he?Dorian: One of mine? Like a pet? Like a giant darkspawn hamster with aspirations of godhood?Dorian: ‘Dorian, why can’t you look after your little friends? Corypheus peed on the carpet again!’Dorian: In this analogy, the carpet is Haven.Blackwall: Is he or is he not a Tevinter Magister?Dorian: Meaning 'the source of everything bad and evil in the world’? They are the same, yes?Blackwall: Certainly feels that way at times.
Varric: I can’t believe you picked the absolute worst of my books to read. Why not Hard in Hightown?Cassandra: I have enough mysteries and investigations of my own.Varric: What? You don’t want to solve more in your spare time?Cassandra: Then you killed my favorite character in Chapter 3, so I threw the book across the room.Varric: Ah, a critic. Say no more.
Iron Bull: “Blackwall.” “Iron Bull.” We could fight crime!Blackwall: Isn’t that exactly what we’re doing? Right this minute? More or less?Iron Bull: Oh yeah.
Iron Bull: You could’ve been one of the Chargers, Blackwall. You’ve got the stature, the attitude…Blackwall: And you’d be my boss.Iron Bull: Hey, I’m a great boss. I’m a firm believer in No-Pants Fridays.Blackwall: I’d rather fight for a cause.Iron Bull: Hey, No-Pants Fridays is a cause.
Sera: So do all Gray Wardens have beards?Blackwall: Just me. I stole all the beards, and all the power held within. There can be only one.
Solas: Have you ever had any interest in learning magic, Sera? While it has not manifested naturally, there are ways to determine whether arcane gifts lie dormant within you.Sera: What? Don’t make me think about that. I have to sleep at night!Solas: Sleeping would give you the chance to explore the Fade. I could introduce you to spirits.Sera: Right, you’re messing with me on purpose!Solas: Why would I do that? It is not as though I know who filled my bedroll with lizards.Sera: Heh. Fair point! That was pretty good.
Sera: I sent a box of rabbit raisins to some Lord What’s-his-tits in your name.Vivienne: That explains the letter of gratitude. They were, by all accounts, delicious.Sera: Ewww! Ew, ewww!Vivienne: You underestimate both the fragility of his holdings, and the severity of tribute demanded of him in the past.Vivienne: Perhaps he was grateful it was not a stew made of some lesser cousin.Sera: That’s lies, right? Must be lies.
And one that i just find beautiful:
Solas: You truly are content to sit in the sun, never wondering what you could’ve been, never fighting back.Varric: Ha, you’ve got it all wrong, Chuckles. This is fighting back.Solas: How does passively accepting your fate constitute a fight?Varric: In that story of yours—-the fisherman watching the stars, dying alone. You thought he gave up, right?Solas: Yes.Varric: But he went on living. He lost everyone, but he still got up every morning. He made a life, even if it was alone.Varric: That’s the world. Everything you build, it tears down. Everything you’ve got, it takes. And it’s gone forever.Varric: The only choices you get are to lie down and die or keep going. He kept going. That’s as close to beating the world as anyone gets.Solas: Well said. Perhaps I was mistaken.
And i’m stopping there bc i already copied and pasted a lot of the wiki and i’m not even done with half of my favorite quotes, so i guess those should count
hope you like it nonny ;O
Take care ;O
