Pentagon Pursuit | Part 39 | First Taste Of European Champions League
#FM24 #PentagonPursuit Part 39: First Taste Of European #ChampionsLeague. Robaato Rasamu begins the final leg of his #PentagonChallenge adventure in Europe. And he discovers exactly why #FCBayern are still so dominant in German football. Read here:
After one season in Germany, Robaato Rasamu had worked his magic to inspire VfB Stuttgart to their highest league position in 34 years and European Champions League qualification. So it was feasible – unlikely – but feasible that he could wrap up this Pentagon Pursuit inside 19 years of management. Not one to get too carried away, Rasamu was more focused on strengthening Stuttgart in key areas…

2021/22 Ghana Premier League: Week 4 Match Report- Accra Lions 2-1 Bechem United
Accra Lions secured their first win of the season after beating Bechem United at the Accra Sports Stadium on matchday four of the Ghana Premier League.First half goals from Christopher Acheampong and Rauf Salifu ensured the Lions roared for the first time this season, with Augustine Okrah pulling one back for the visitors. The hosts started the game on a good very good note with back to back corner kicks in the first ten minutes, but the Hunters came into the match as the clocked ticked. However, Accra Lions, who were on top of their game grabbed the opener after a beautiful piece of play saw Christopher Acheampong receive a pass which he cooly slotted home.Six minutes later, the Accra based club profited from another brilliant play between forward Fredrick Akatuk and Rauf Salifu as the latter was fouled in the box. Salifu elected himself for the spot kick which he expertly converted for the second.Bechem winger Francis Twene had to be replaced after picking up an injury in the first half.Lions maintained the two goal advantage as they went into the break, but Bechem United returned strongly.Just on the hour mark, Augustine Okrah connected to a corner kick to halve the deficit for the Hunters.Accra Lions coach Rainer Kraft made three quick substitutions, bringing on Fredrick Asante, Fawzan Shawkan and Abdul Rashid Abubakar for Fredrick Akatuk, Evans Ampofo and Abass Samari.Augustine Okrah came close with a long range effort but that did not trouble Fredrick Asare, who was outstanding for the hosts.Lions next travel to Bibiani to face Gold Stars.  source: https://ghanasoccernet.com/

Pentagon Pursuit | Part 38 | Bundesliga Bullies Bayern
#FM24 #PentagonPursuit Part 38: Bundesliga Bullies Bayern. Robaato Rasamu enjoys a great first season at @VFB as he leads Stuttgart into a 4-way title battle, including a 5-0 battering of 29-time consecutive champions #FCBayern. Read here:
Robaato Rasamu had made a solid start to life in Europe, guiding VfB Stuttgart to just one defeat in his first 14 games and challenging the dominant FC Bayern at the top of Bundesliga. As a result, he’d already earned the love of the Stuttgart board and supporters, who both gave him A+ ratings in January 2041. Rasamu continued selling players that wouldn’t cut it, bringing in £4.7m for six…

Pentagon Pursuit | Part 37 | Rasamu Moves To Europe
#FM24 #PentagonPursuit Part 37: Rasamu Moves To Europe. With 4/5ths of his #PentagonChallenge complete, Robaato Rasamu goes in search of his first club in Europe, which needs to have never been European champion. And he gets the @VfB job. Read here:
In November 2039, Robaato Rasamu completed four fifths of his Pentagon Pursuit mission as his Athlético Paranaense side lifted their first-ever Copa Libertadores. Just to make that challenge even more difficult, Rasamu had no…

Kotoko supporters Chief in Eastern Region expresses disappointment in Manhyia
Acting supporter’s Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the Eastern Region, Nana Yaw Kumi has expressed displeasure about the new board of directors constituted by Manhyia to lead the club in the next three years.
On Thursday, a nine member board of directors headed by Dr Kwame Kyei was announced with the task of restoring the pride of the club.
A blend of corporate gurus and sports brains have been named on the committee by the life Patron of Asante Kotoko, Otumfour Osei Tutu II.
But Nana Yaw Kumi in an interview with Koforidua based Bryt FM took a swipe against Manhyia for neglecting the clubs National Circles Chairman, Christopher Damenya on the Board.
“In fact I wasn’t excited with the board because supporters were left out. I think it could have been prudent for Manhyia to consider our national chairman so that we can also share our views on the board”
“I will plead with Manhyia to get as a representative on the board. For now it is a nine member board and I’m told they will add two more people to it so I think it will be idea for Manhyia to consider the fans because we also play key role in the development of the club” he said.
Below is the list of Asante Kotoko new board:
Dr. Kwame Kyei – Board Chairman
Jude Arthur – Vice (Board Chairman Ghana Commercial Bank)
Kwadwo Boateng Gyamfi - Board Chairman Exim Bank
Kwasi Osei Fori - CEO Edmark Group/ Rockshore Mining Ltd
Lawyer Kwabena Mensah - Corporate Lawyer
Alhaji Abu Lamine – Businessman
Joseph Yaw Adu - former Director of Sports (Kwame Nkrumah University Science and Technology)
Evelyn Nsia Asare – Acting sports Director (Sunyani Technical University)
Baffour Kwame Kusi (Otumfuo Ankobeahene)- regarded the youngest chief in the Ashanti Kingdom.
