Le dernier arrêté pris par le ministre de la Justice, Me Malick Sall, a été riche en mesures individuelles. Celle qui attire toutes les attentions, c’est la nomination de Abdoulaye Hassan Thioune, précédemment juge du troisième cabinet au palais de Justice de Dakar. Ce dernier a été nommé juge du 2e cabinet d’instruction. Il est remplacé à ce poste par le magistrat Cheikh Diop.

Adama Ciré Dia, juge au tribunal d’instance hors classe de Dakar, est nommé juge d’instruction du quatrième cabinet en charge des mineurs. Le magistrat instructeur Khady Diémé Diédhiou, pour sa part, passe du dixième au cinquième cabinet. Il faut aussi noter que Véronique Faye, qui quitte le tribunal de grande instance de Mbour, a été nommé pour diriger le sixième cabinet.

Le jeu de chaises musicales s’est élargi au septième cabinet, où le magistrat Ababacar Faye, qui officiait à Kolda, est nommé juge d’instruction, en remplacement de Makha Barry, qui va désormais occuper le premier cabinet du tribunal de grande instance de Pikine-Guédiawaye. Parmi les mesures prises par le Garde des sceaux, il y a l’ouverture d’un deuxième cabinet au TGI de la banlieue dakaroise. Bamba Oualy, juge du deuxième cabinet de Diourbel, occupera ce poste.

Vaste mouvement dans les cabinets d’instruction de Dakar et Pikine.

Le ministre de la Justice a procédé, par arrêté ministériel, à la nomination de juges d’instruction au tribunal de grande instance hors classe de Dakar et au tribunal de grande instance de Pikine-Guédiawaye.

Selon Libération, Abdoulaye Hassan Thioune, précédemment juge du 3e cabinet au palais de Justice de Dakar a été nommé juge du 2e cabinet. Il cède son poste à Cheikh Diop qui était jusque-là était juge du 3e cabinet. Adama Ciré Dia , juge au tribunal d’instance hors classe de Dakar, arrive au 4e cabinet en charge des mineurs. Le 5e cabinet accueille Khady Diémé Diédhiou qui était au 10e cabinet. Véronique Faye, pour sa part, quitte le tribunal de grande instance de Mbour pour prendre le 6e cabinet. Au même moment, Ababacar Faye, qui officiait à Kolda, est nommé juge du 7e cabinet, en remplacement de Makha Barry. Ce dernier va occuper le 1er cabinet du tribunal de grande instance de Pikine-Guédiawaye. Selon le journal, un 2e cabinet y sera ouvert incessamment. Bamba Oualy, juge du 2e cabinet de Diourbel, va occuper le poste.

À noter que le juge Mamadou Seck du 8e cabinet n’a pas bougé malgré la préséance qui tient à l’ancienneté. Aussi, les 9e et 10e cabinet n’ont pas été pourvus en juges. Le 9e cabinet était géré par Sidy Thioub qui est décédé. Cette situation, relèvent des spécialistes interrogés par le journal, est à déplorer car les juges croulent sous le poids des dossiers. Les mêmes interlocuteurs estiment que Pikine qui a évacué les ¾ du contentieux pénal, devrait avoir plus de deux juges d’instruction.

The caste day for Cardiff was bad when Bamba was eliminated with an injury shortly before the break. One of the changes of Nuno saw Adama Traore on the right wing and that meant long-busting from deep.

From a corner in Cardiff I left at top speed and Bamba took him. But he left his knee behind and had to stretch out to leave the field. Andre Marriner showed a yellow color when he was lifted off the ground.

Ryan Bennett might have been lucky enough not to follow Bamba through the tunnel. Already warned – his tenth of the season to miss the next two games – he cut Joe Bennett into pieces. But Marriner gave him only a warning.

Gunnarsson had the only chance of Cardiff. In the sixth minute he swept on a cross of Victor Camarasa that John Ruddy, playing instead of Rui Patricio, rumbled and claimed on the third attempt that the Oumar Niasse swung by the line. Gunnarsson struck a distance of 18 meters just in time.

Adama was again involved in a move that gave Jimenez a new chance. Vetheridge surprised the first shot of Vinagre while Adama looked sadly at it. Matt Doherty struggled in the box and right in front of the Mexican striker, who overtook Bruno Manga and only looked at Etheridge to produce a second great save by diving right from him.

Vinijn shot out in the last minute during a break and blasted to finish, but Etheridge was right again, he quickly lifted his hands to push over.

           Le championnat à l'envers

Nîmes face à Guingamp: sur le papier, vu les statistiques offensives et défensives des deux équipes, on s'attendait à voir des buts. C'est raté, et ce sera forcément une vraie déception pour des Guingampais qui perdent leurs premiers points de la saison, gardant leur place de leader mais arrêtant une série qu'on espérait devenir historique. Dans ce contexte, le déplacement à Angers, passé à côté de son sujet sur le Rocher, fera office de révélateur. Cette équipe a-t-elle ce qu'il faut pour tenir toute la saison, dans la foulée de son sorcier Nolan Roux, qui ne quitte plus la place de leader depuis l'an dernier?

  Angers, on vient de le dire, a donc laissé Monaco faire le plein. Et la surprise, c'est que ce résultat n'est presque pas une surprise. On connaît la capacité des hommes de Stéphane Moulin à craquer sous la pression, pas avantagés par leurs problèmes dans le jeu aérien, mais on découvre celle de leur adversaire à faire des matches de très haut niveau. Une révélation pour une équipe qui a montré du flair sur le marché des transferts et ajoute un mental de candidat au podium, avec un fonds de jeu bonifié par les multiples changements de systèmes. Pas sûr que ça dure indéfiniment, mais tout ce qui est pris n'est plus à prendre.

  La dernière histoire de cette journée de milieu de semaine est évidemment celle du FC Nantes, dont le coach fait déjà l'unanimité. Si ses principes tactiques peuvent parfois surprendre, son sens de la communication en interne comme en externe, avec des petites touches sympathiques (la gestion de son compte Twitter rappelle un peu celle du maître Michel), rend encore meilleur un excellent départ. Deuxièmes, les Nantais ont rappelé face à Nice que, quand tout va dans le bon sens, les résultats s'enchaînent. En espérant que la direction ait le courage de garder ce cap...

Parents of school girls abducted by Boko Haram in Dapchi secondary school in Yobe state have released the names of 105 girls missing by Saturday. The parents said they were the only source of credible data, dismissing figures provided by the state government as false. The parents, who have created a group to collate names of the missing girls, advised the governor of Yobe state to stop listening to “fake data” given to him by security operatives. “Governor Ibrahim Gaidam must call us to a meeting so that we can give him a firsthand data on the number of our daughters that have gone missing since the attack on Monday,” said Mr. Bashir Manzo, who acts as the chairman of the Forum of Missing Dapchi Schoolgirls Parents.

The governor had on Friday, while hosting governor of Kano state, Abdullahi Ganduje, said 86 girls were missing after the attack on Monday. Mr. Manzo, who spoke with PREMIUM TIMES by phone, said they created a forum to check such “misrepresentation”. “We have decided to form a forum not for any other purpose other than seeing that we also contribute to how our missing daughters can be rescued and brought to us safely,” said Mr. Manzo. “So our forum has since been collating the bio-data of all the girls that are not accounted for. And to achieve the best result, we do not take information from any third person or through phone call except by physical presentation by the father or mother of the missing schoolgirl. “When any parent come here to meet us, he has to give us his name and the name of his daughter; her class and then we also collect his phone number along the name of his town and local government area. “So far, from what we have collated as at today Saturday 23rd February 2017, we have a total of 105 schoolgirls who have not been seen since the attack of Dapchi on Monday 19th February. This list did not come from the school management or any government source but (was) collated by us from the parents of the girls. “As far as we are concerned, the governor is still being fed with fake information about these poor girls. Our major concern now, is for us to have a direct meeting with the governor of Yobe state so that we could tell him the home truth about our daughters that have gone missing. “Whatever report that is given to him, (if) they don’t tally with what we have, amounts to fake information. He needs to know that truth and only we the parents that can confirm it to him that our daughters who are students of GGSTC Dapchi had been kidnapped by Boko Haram. “From the feelers we are getting it thus seem the governor is still not been made to understand that these girls were abducted; he is still being made to believe that they had gone missing because they ran into the bush and have not been able to find their ways back to town. “The fact of the matter is that all those that fled into the bush had been brought back to the school on Tuesday, and a roll call was taken after which they had all gone home to meet their parents. “So far, we have a total of 105; we don’t know if there could be more of them,” he said. Mr. Bashir said his teenage daughter, Fatima Bashir, a Junior Secondary III student, is amongst the missing girls. Boko Haram gunmen on Monday attacked Dapchi town of Yobe state and went away with students of the town’s girls’ secondary school. Neither the military nor the management of the school have given yet an accurate figure of the schoolgirls that were abducted. The minister of information, Lai Mohammed, visited Dapchi on Thursday where he told the media that the federal government still needs “some few days” to confirm the figures with the parents. Cardiff up to second in Championship after nervy win over Middlesbrough

Cardiff City climbed up to second place in the Championship with a gritty win over Middlesbrough.

On the day an earthquake struck south Wales,[1] Cardiff City Stadium was an epicentre of inactivity until Sean Morrison headed the hosts in front.

Chances remained rare, with the best falling to Junior Hoilett, whose shot was saved by keeper Darren Randolph.

Cardiff are now two points clear of third-placed Aston Villa, who lost at Fulham.

A sixth Championship match without defeat for the Bluebirds also means they are now 11 points clear of Preston in seventh outside the play-offs.

Middlesbrough, meanwhile, remain ninth, four points adrift of the top six.

A meeting between teams managed by Neil Warnock and Tony Pulis was always likely to produce a rugged, physical encounter, and so it proved.

Neither side was able to keep possession or attack fluently in a disjointed first half, with efforts on goal largely limited to long-range strikes from Hoilett and Boro’s Adama Traore.

Predictably, it was a set-piece which led to the goal.

Hoilett whipped in a deep, in-swinging free-kick towards the back post, where Morrison rose above Ben Gibson to glance in his second headed goal in a week.

Cardiff had beaten Bolton here four days earlier with two goals from set-pieces and this was another functional, professional display.

They had to withstand pressure late on as Boro launched a series of long balls into their penalty area, but Pulis’ side were unable to fashion any genuine scoring opportunities against Cardiff’s resolute defence.
