Something I've noticed is that even in kink-positive spaces, it just seems to be more socially acceptable to be a sub than to be a dom.

I like to roleplay murderous rape monsters (literal monsters, the kinds the monsterfuckers go nuts for), and I like noncon fanfic from the prepetrator's POV (please someone write more of it, lol).

There are tons of people who like to explain rape kinks with exuses about defanging trauma, or about ceding control, or about not being held culpable for your own desires. But I very rarely see people even acknowledge that rape kinks from the other end even exist. And none of the friendly helpful explanations for fantasizing about being the victim actually apply to people who fantasize about being the prepetrator.

But you can't RP as a victim if you don't have someone else to RP the perpetrator. You can't sub for a werewolf if there are no werewolf doms.

Rape kink and other violent dynamics with clear perpetrator and victim roles are where it's most obvious, but I see the same trends for anything Dom/sub. "Kink-positive" means celebrating being a sub and telling other subs that they're not screwed up in the head for experiencing their own sexualities, but there's pretty much nothing out there for the doms.
