Results of Recent Auctions From Near and Far by Ken Hall An emerald and diamond ring by Raymond Yard, set with an octagonal step-cut emerald of about 18.04 carats, sold for $5.512 million at a Magnificent Jewels Auction held June 19th by Christie’s in New York. It was a new world record per carat ($305,516)
