I usually don’t reject patients. More complicated the #clinicalcase is, more excited I am. I like #challenge . But I sent Monsieur B to urgence after I saw him once. He’s an aged 85 gentle man, got #cardiogenicedema , #prostatichyperplasia He came to me with the requirement to reduce pain of the feet. Observation of the pitting edema around the ankles of the monsieur that meets the diagnosis of #traditionalchinesemedicine : #astheniaofcardiacandrenalyang He didn’t know this is caused by #heartdisease . I don’t want him got heart failure in front me, after I did #acupuncture treatment to #tonifythekidney and #supporttheheartYang , I called his daughter accompany him to go hospital for heart checkup.
