Fully-furnished rental, made with specific townies in mind. It's furnished to match the personalities of a fit, green fiend mother and her two adopted daughters (1 alien). They live on this lot and "own" the "shared space" next door. Using Cottage Living's grocery stall and the vegetarian takeout stall from For Rent, the building next door functions as a restaurant and grocery store. This lot was made for the Fordtown save and is placed on the Comfy Cubby lot in Newcrest. All CC used can be found by clicking on "CC List."

!! One room has things purely for decoration that are not functional.

Crawdad Quarter was the very first area I finished in the save and though my building has improved quite a bit since then, I still love how interactive it is. From left to right, we've got: Bayou Sentinel and Antiques, Ally's Salon & Spa, Ellington's Jazz Lounge, and Willow Museum & Streetcar Station. Alongside Magnolia Promenade, the neighbors have just about every community lot they might need!
