AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, my fav game of ALLL TIIIMMMEEEEEE is Shadow of the Colossus and I am SO FUCKING STOKED that they’re doing a PS4 remake. Holyfucking shit, this game- This game is so simplistically beautiful. Back in the day when it was released those graphics were THE SHIT and it was GORGEOUS. Back then I’d just wander around the empty world aimlessly between beating up Colossus. Then the designs of the actual monsters…. HNNGGHH. The big bison who wanders by the sea ALWAYS made me sad to kill, cause it always looked so depressed.But the flying one? Fighting that one was good shit. Same for the water serpent and having to dodge the electric spikes and just- They were all fun and I cried at the end of that fucking game and I can’t wait to play it again in HD.My second fav game that I’d kill for a full remake of would be Silent Hill 2. (or 3, I love 3 too but 2 got me more) Just- The entire mood of that game and how fucked up everything was just- It was glorious. Okay, between 2 and 3… 3 had more disturbing moments, not even action moments that fucked my shit up. But SH2’s story….and just all the monster designs and atmosphere and just- UGH I LOVED IT. I haven’t played a game that creeper me out and actually SCARED me since those two and I am endlessly sad that Silent Hills isn’t gonna happen because I’ll never get my psychological horror fix again.Honorable mentions go to Wildstar for being my ideally constricted MMO with the perfect art design and my fav MMO combat that even after 3 years I keep cominmg back to and still love, Black & White 2 for being the fucking BEST god sim game ever and it's a fucking TRAGEDY that EA took the series from Lionhead so we get no more,  FF7 for being my first FF game that I played to death and found ALL the secrets for, Horizon Zero Dawn for being a mingling of all my fav things in one game that scratches my adventuring/monster beat up itch that I’m being a disgusting completionist in currently, Journey for being a game that made me fucking cry and being the BEST low key game to play when sick, and the Pokémon series for being a series I still love eons later.
