Zara Larsson’s new holiday EP, Honor the Light, is the perfect record to get you in the holiday spirit. Larsson gives us a brand new track “Memory Lane”, which is the most outstanding and catchy track on the album. Here the new track below: Multi-platinum global pop phenomenon Zara Larsson released her new holiday EP, Honor The Light via Sommer House/Epic Records. From good times to seasonal gloom, each track on the festive collection nods to a different aspect of the holiday season. The project is set to play a pivotal role in Zara’s upcoming holiday performances in Sweden — also titled Honor The Light — on December 8 and 9 in Stockholm and December 16 in Skellefetea. Just last week, Zara gave fans a first taste of the music with the release of the original song “Memory Lane” (which Uproxx praised as “vulnerable”) and a reimagining of “Winter Song” by Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson. According to former Alameda Research CEO Caroline Ellison, a single tweet from Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) contributed to the failure of cryptocurrency exchange FTX.Testifying in Sam “SBF” Bankman-Fried’s criminal trial on Oct. 12, Ellison reportedly placed part of the blame for the collapse of FTX on CZ’s social media activity. In the now famous tweet on X (formerly Twitter) from Nov. 6, 2022, CZ announced that Binance would be liquidating its holdings of FTX Token (FTT) “due to recent revelations that have came [sp] to light”.As part of Binance’s exit from FTX equity last year, Binance received roughly $2.1 billion USD equivalent in cash (BUSD and FTT). Due to recent revelations that have came to light, we have decided to liquidate any remaining FTT on our books. 1/4— CZ Binance (@cz_binance) November 6, 2022 The liquidation of the tokens, according to many reports, caused retail investors to follow Binance’s example and withdraw funds from FTX. The run on the platform led to FTX halting withdrawals and filing for bankruptcy on Nov. 11. According to Ellison, although the tweet “contributed” to FTX’s collapse, the main reason was Alameda borrowing $10 billion from the exchange “it couldn’t repay”. She first took the stand in SBF’s trial on Oct. 10, testifying to Bankman-Fried directing her to have Alameda take billions of dollars from FTX without users’ consent.CZ pushed back against claims one of his tweets "destroyed FTX" in a Dec. 6 thread, saying "no healthy business can be destroyed by a tweet". He pointed to Ellison's own social media activity from Nov. 6, claiming Alameda's offer to buy Binance's FTT holdings "was the real cause for people to dump" the tokens.4. “CZ’s tweet destroyed FTX” No healthy business can be destroyed by a tweet. Her testimony on cross examination from defense counsel Mark Cohen seemed to focus on Bankman-Fried’s knowledge of Alameda’s operations.On questioning from Cohen, Ellison testified that she “might have said that [SBF] might not have known” about her concerns “putting FTX customers' funds at risk”. Assistant U.S. Attorney Danielle Sassoon called the claim “vague”.Ellison took the stand on the seventh day of SBF’s criminal trial, which began on Oct. 3. She was one of the first FTX and Alameda insiders to plead guilty as part of an agreement with U.S. authorities for her testimony.Bankman-Fried has pleaded not guilty to seven criminal charges in his first trial, expected to run through November. He will face an additional five counts in a March 2024 trial.

Không giống như CZ, “kẻ mạo danh kim cương” được sản xuất hoàn toàn trong phòng thí nghiệm, Moissanite là một khoáng chất có trong tự nhiên tương tự như kim cương, được phát hiện lần đầu vào năm 1893 bởi Henri Moissan. Dù thế, loại khoáng vật này trong thiên nhiên vô cùng hiếm nên tất cả Moissanite hiện nay là được nghiên cứu thông qua tổng hợp nhân tạo.

Moissanite được sản xuất trong phòng thí nghiệm lần thứ nhất bởi Jöns Jacob Berzelius (người đã phát hiện ra silicon). Dù thế, Edward Goodrich Acheson mới là cá nhân chính thức thương mại hóa Moissanite để dùng làm đá mài sắt và cắt công cụ.

Moissanite lần đầu tiên được giới thiệu trên thị trường nữ trang vào năm 1998 và từ đó tới nay rất được ưa chuộng tại Mỹ (thường gọi là kim cương Mỹ). Moissanite được chế tác với nhiều kích thước khác nhau mà giá chỉ bằng 1/15-1/20 so với kim cương thiên nhiên.

Ngoài độ cứng và tính chất khúc xạ ánh sáng tương tự kim cương, Moissanite cũng có độ dẫn nhiệt hoàn toàn giống. Do vậy, dùng bút test kim cương trên cơ sở dẫn nhiệt không thể phát hiện được Moissanite. Chính Vì vậy Moissanite được ứng dụng để làm các mẫu trang sức.

cách Hodgkinson đã được khám phá bởi Alan Hodgkinson cùng với Gem-A vào khoảng giữa các năm 70. Cách thức này được sử dụng để nhận biết kim cương tự nhiên với các lọai đá quý không màu hoặc kim cương giả.

Giữ mặt bàn hoặc crown vô cùng gần với mắt của bạn và liếc mắt, nguồn sáng sử dụng là nguồn sáng đơn sắc (đèn bút, đèn cầy, vvv…) trong phòng tối. Ánh sáng phản chiếu sẽ nhận biết sự khác nhau của các loại đá quý.

Độ bền: Moissanite có độ cứng theo bảng Moh’s là 9,25. Đây là một điểm mạnh khó có loại khoáng vật nào sánh được. Bởi vậy những loại trang sức Moissanite có độ bền không thua kém kim cương là bao.

Chiết xuất: Moissanite có chiết xuất kép và thông số chiết xuất là 2.65-2.69. Chỉ số của kim cương là 2.417. Nên Do vậy độ tán sắc của moissanite vô cùng cao.

Trọng lượng: Hai viên moissanite và kim cương cùng kích thước thì Moissanite vẫn còn nhẹ hơn kim cương khoảng 10%.

Moissanite có các đặc điểm và đặc tính đầy đủ giống nhau với kim cương CVD và kim cương tự nhiên. Cho nên nếu nhận biết riêng lẻ thì người sử dụng sẽ khó thấy được sự khác biệt.

Moissanite có khối lượng riêng thấp hơn kim cương CVD, sự khác biệt chỉ khoảng 0.20g/ cm3 – vô cùng khó cảm nhận trong điều kiện bình thường. Cho nên, để nhận biết và định vị chuẩn, người sử dụng chắc hẳn đặt bên bàn cân để so sánh, nếu cùng kích thước và thể tích giống nhau mà viên nào nặng hơn thì đó là kim cương CVD.

Độ cứng theo thang đo Mohs thể hiện kim cương CVD có độ cứng giống nhau kim cương thiên nhiên là 10, trong khi đó Moissanite chỉ là 9.5. Độ cứng này cũng rất khó cảm nhận và phân biệt chính xác bằng cảm quan bên ngoài. Nhưng người dùng có thể sử dụng bút test kim cương chuyên dụng tại Jemmia để xác định đá nào là Moissanite và viên nào là CVD.

Còn xét về độ lấp lánh, thì rõ ràng Moissanite đạt ưu thế hơn do chiết suất ánh sáng cao và nổi trội hơn kim cương CZ. Cũng trong điều kiện bình thường, khi nhìn xuyên qua viên Moissanite bạn sẽ khó nhìn thấy phía sau do ánh sáng bị dội ngược, bẻ cong và không còn tính tròn vẹn. Trong khi đó, kim cương CZ tuy bị bẻ cong, nhưng nội dung và hình ảnh ở phía sau vẫn chắc hẳn nhìn thấy một phương pháp tương đối mờ nhạt.

Moissanite và kim cương CZ tương đối dễ phân biệt bởi có khối lượng riêng và độ cứng, cũng như thành phần cấu tạo, sự hoàn thiện của những viên đá là khác nhau.

Moissanite có độ cứng ổn định và tốt hơn, đạt 9.5 theo thang đo Mohs, trong khi đó kim cương CZ thường không ổn định và độ cứng cao nhất chỉ là 8.5. Điều này trong điều kiện thực tế bằng các tác động vật lý (cọ xát, r��i rớt…) có thể kiểm chứng ngay.

Kim cương CZ có khối lượng riêng nặng hơn 1.8 lần, Cho nên nếu cùng cầm trên tay, viên kim cương CZ có tỉ lệ “đầm tay” hơn so với Moissanite.

Một phương pháp phân biệt đơn thuần khác là rọi tia sáng đơn sắc vào viên kim cương, nếu tia sáng xuyên qua trọn vẹn thì đó là kim cương CZ bởi chiết xuất ánh sáng thấp nên dễ dàng cho tia sáng rọi. Còn nếu tia sáng xuyên qua bị tán sắc thì đó hẳn là Moissanite bởi chiết xuất ánh sáng đủ cao không làm tia sáng rọi một phương thức viên mãn được. Các bạn cũng có thể kiểm chứng điều này trong điều kiện ánh sáng thiên nhiên, bởi Moissanite sẽ lấp lánh nhiều hơn kim cương CZ do phản xạ ánh sáng dữ dội hơn.

GOATWHORE‘s latest full-length, Vengeful Ascension, was released last June via Metal Blade Records. Their seventh full-length offering and second recorded reel-to-reel was captured at Earth Analog in Tolono, Illinois with longtime soundman and comrade Jarrett Pritchard (1349, Gruesome) and serves as the band’s highest charting album to date ranking in at #4 on Billboard’s Heatseeker Chart, #6 on the Hard Rock Sales Chart, #11 on the Independent Chart, #16 on the Hard Rock Chart, #18 on the Rock Sales Chart, #49 on the Top 200 Current Albums Chart, and #59 on the Top 200 Chart upon its first week of release.
