Mont-d'Or is gonna have a damn breakdown sometime. Mans is exclusively rage, stress, pride, and cheese.

#i interpret him as like. the one who does everything essentially #so much of the crew's general administration and bureaucracy falls on him to some degree #and mama is NOT someone you wanna piss off #so there's very little room for error #and then he still has to handle Cheese Island and the prison library #he has to hold the braincell for a bunch of his siblings #smth tells me he adamantly refuses to take sick days or time off #so when shit eventually bubbles over *he's just gonna keep working* and make it worse #or who knows #maybe he already had a breakdown and his current attitude is from him running on fumes for who knows how long #idk i love this mean fucker and i want his siblings to feel bad for him so he Must Suffer #charlotte mont d'or

One piece really popped tf off cus every volume has a waiting list at my library

#I want to start the next volume but it’s a 4 week wait #and I know that’s just how libraries work cus everyone gets the book for two weeks #but who takes two weeks to read a volume of a manga #the person who currently has the ebook of volume 13 and taking the whole two weeks I just want to talk #i placed a bunch of holds up to volume 20 to try to get a hold on a couple at once #I will have a strategy

said i'd watch heartstopper THEN good omens but all these shitposts are making me scared that i've done things in a SEVERELY wrong order

#these posts like heartstopper was great! good omens killed everyone in a 500 mile radius #hmmm???????#i'm in danger #then again SOMETHING in heartstopper was a trigger for my mental health cause it went down big time each time i watched eps #i'm still not sure what #so maybe good omens will seem good in comparison #and then there's red white and royal blue........but i'm waiting to read the book first #cause i'm a nerd #i have it on hold currently at the library. just waiting for it to come in

It's official, my ipod is as good as dead TT.TT

#noopa rambles #poor lad has been with me for damn near a decade at this point #I think I bought it in late 2013 #it currently only works when a specific set of headphones is at a very specific angle #no other set of headphones works #and this week it also started to randomly turn off when I tried to turn the screen off #bc the same button is also the power button #except you should hold it down for a few seconds for the power to go off #instead it instantly dies when I touch the button #the gods of music were in my favour today #I found a walkman and ordered it so I'll get a new music player #it's got half the amount of memory compared to my old boi but I shall make do #I considered waiting and seeing if ones with a larger memory becomr available #but with how few mp3s there are these days I decided to just go for it #the memory should hopefully be enough bc in theory my current ipod music library should fit #but the memory is 8gb and I currently have like 7.4gb of music #so if the thing has stuff that can't be deleted that takes memory I'll have to do some deleting :(#still better than none and better than being forced to use my phone for music #I just. do not like it is bad gimme an mp3 any day

i saw a post floating around that provided a link to pirate the hundred years' war on palestine by rashid khalidi which like, fine, if that's the only way you can access that book i won't judge. but i would also encourage you to consider if you can request it from your local library, bc that shows the library that there is interest in books about palestine that are sympathetic to palestinians and critical of zionism. and if you can purchase the book, that shows publishers that publishing a book that is sympathetic to palestine is profitable. and that's a pretty big deal! the hundred years' war on palestine is actually on the new york times bestseller list right now, bc there is so much interest in this book at this current moment. that sends a message to publishers. so like pirate if you must, but know that library holds and book purchases do have a tangible effect
