it was my father’s birthday today. we didn’t do much for it, because i’ve been sick. i told dmi about my plan last night, he didn’t say shit back. unsurprising, but still a little saddening.

i drank yesterday. wine. the cork was a bitch to get out. i felt like an animal scavenging. kinda funny. the base evolutionary nature of things never leaves us.

i’ll do it when he does, i hope. i really do think i won’t be a coward this time. i can’t be a coward this time, right? it’ll be easy. i won’t regret it. i’ll see him, i’ll see my grandparents, i won’t ache like this.

hopefully, six months to go. i hope for longer. i pray for longer.

i can’t speak to my therapist this week because of how sick i am currently. i’m really tired. my stomach aches.

i’m not going back on my medication.
