I draw SU canon character with SU OC in anime style. Well, I draw them in present part and their young part

Andy DeMayo and his friends Richard Skyler is Andy's shy friend, when he was high school. He's Pilot like his friend, Andy. He love drawing as as much as being a pilot. Stanley Grant is who became friend Andy and Richard, because he saved Richard from jock bullies he had been in and withdrew. He's Police like his father. Although he's reckless, but he's good-hearted and loyal to his friend much. James [Hiroshi] Ueda is who became friend Andy and Richard from the event Richard got hurt from jock bullies. He's Columnist about of travel and tourism magazine and Photographer from hobbies he love is photography.   Daniel Ross is James's friend, when high school. Later, he became friend Andy and Richard, after he move back to the city where he was born and raised to return to his friends. He had a bad past, when he was teenage from jock bullies. He's Botanist and Botany Teacher in university dedicated to the study of plants and flowers.

Hanaoka Fujio - Ga/Pangga

Ga or Pangga is not really tagalog but from the dialects ilonggo (ilocos) and batangenyo (batangas). It is used as a term of endearment to your significant other, like babe, darling, or love.

And since fujio came from like the countryside or like a provisional place, I gave him Ga/Pangga because both Ilocos and Batangas are considered as provinces here in the Philippines and it only fitted I gave him this petname

I think Fujio would like to keep to call you something dear to his heart or something that reminds him of home since you are his home as a person, so I think he would choose this pet name to call you

Takajo Tsukasa - YAM

YAM is an acronym for "you are mine," not really tagalog but a popular endearment here in the Philippines

Now, tsukasa came from like a village or subdivision or wtv, so I don't really see him using a very native pet name. Instead, he would use a very trendy or modern pet name

Tsukasa really likes to play his feelings lowkey, and it goes the same to his possessiveness, so he would choose to call you this while still being bit possessive but not obvious

Todoroki Yosuke - Ssob

Once again, not really really tagalog since it is just 'Boss' but backwards, it is really popular here in the Philippines whether you call this someone to a friend or a significant other

I don't really see todoroki using a petname, so instead, I can really see his significant other call him this since he is pretty bossy and grumpy and this nickname or petname is usually given to someone who is exactly like todoroki

Tsuji and Shibaman - Lods

Lods is another term that is backwards and not tagalog, lods is idol backwards, but they removed the "I" and added the "s"

now since both tsu and Shiba came from kinda like the city instead of like a province, so I can really see them calling you a more trendy or modern pet name

"Lods" is usually used when someone is admired or looked up, hence the name, and it is more used as a friendly or teasing way, but it can be used as a pet name, and now both tsu and Shiba want to treat their significant other as both their best friend and lover, so I gave them this call sign/petname

Ueda Sachio - Asawa ko

"Asawa ko" translates to "my spouse" in English. It is a tagalog phrase

Many times, I have established that Sachio is sucker for domestic things or married couple shenanigans since he seems so family oriented or husband coded, so this is just perfect for sachio

I originally planned "misis ko" (or "my wife" in eng) because of this one famous actor here in the Philippines, Daniel Padilla, he called his leading lady this pet name in the movie "Can't help falling in love" (would recommend it but you gotta watch it with subtitles since it is 70% tagalog) and my mind just immediately thought of sachio

Odajima Yuken - Tangi

Tangi is a tagalog word that means 'special', 'only', 'exceptional', and many more

I can really see Yuken use this even though he probably grew up in a "very modern" or "Well off" environment

Yuken would call you this since like the the meaning of the word "Tangi", you are his special person, his one and only, the person that he would drop everything for just say it, so the call sign fits Yuken

Sawamura Shoji - Sinta/Aking sinisinta

Sinta is an old-fashioned word for love, and Aking Sinisinta basically means 'my love'

I have established multiple times in my blog that sawamura likes corny and cheesy yet meaningful stuff, so this is perfect for him, and like sachio, he is just so husband coded and mostly this pet name is used by spouses or long time partners already

Sameoka Shoji - Ligaya

The tagalog word 'ligaya' translates to happiness in English

Now we don't have Shoji's full background story yet, but from the way he acts, he has definitely been through something, like not everyone can be so stoic, but like every stoic character in hnl ypu just gotta break down his walls bit by bit to get to his well protected emotions

Like I said, shoji has been through something that we just don't know yet, and that something made him cold and guard his emotions, but him calling you ligaya, a word that literally translates to happiness, can only mean that he found his, once lost or hidden away happiness, he found or felt it around with you, "his ligaya"

Himuro Reiji - Akin

Akin is a tagalog word that translates to 'mine'

Now, like shoji, we don't really know reiji's backstory yet, so every hnl character, this man has issues, but unlike shoji and his stoic issues, this man has some sort of inferior issues, judging from his actions, bringing weapons to a fight (that counts as cheating), and his words, "winning is what counts that's all", he probably tried to play fair but still somehow he coudnt win and that gave him a harsh reality check, and that's where inferior complex comes from, on the surface he may just look like an arrogant piece of work but on the inside he's just threatened, he's scared because he knows that even if he tries to win, fair and square, something or someone will always come and take it away from him

This is where the pet name "Akin" comes in since he is threatened or scared. Those emotions lead to possessiveness and jealousy. You are HIS person, so he goes above and beyond to protect you, even as far as "cheating," though he doesn't just want to call you this because he's insecure he also calls you this because his proud and he want to show off that he can call a person like you his

Ryo Suzaki - Mahal/Hal

Mahal is a tagalog word that translates to love, and Hal is just a shortened version of it

Oh, Ryo, my baby, my precious boy, he would call you this because you are HIS definition of love, ever since he was a kid, he always thought that the meaning of love means devoting yourself to someone to the the point that you forget yourself in the process, but it was alright as long as he pleases the person he loves, right?

WRONG !!! And you have shown him that loving means that you don't have to devote yourself so much that you forget yourself just to prove that you love them. Loving means not forgetting yourself. Instead, it brings out the best version of yourself. Loving means that you can also love yourself in the process, and you have shown him that, and that's why you are his "Mahal," his definition of love

When I was growing up, Rashomon was one of those films like Federico Fellini's La Dolce Vita (1960) and Ingmar Bergman's The Seventh Seal (1957) that you had to have seen just to be considered culturally literate. Among other things, it's often cited as the career breakthrough of Akira Kurosawa and his frequent star, Toshiro Mifune. But if there's a key to the success of Rashomon as drama it's the performance of MIchiko Kyo in the female lead. Kyo was the star of another 1950s imported hit, Teinosuke Kinugasa's Gate of Hell (1953), and gave memorable performances for Kenji Mizoguchi in Street of Shame (1956) and especially Ugetsu (1953) as well as for Yasujiro Ozu in Floating Weeds (1959). She even crossed the Pacific to play opposite Glenn Ford and Marlon Brando (in yellowface) in the film version of The Teahouse of the August Moon (Daniel Mann, 1956). The nuances of Kyo's performance make Rashomon work; they keep us guessing whether she was the dutiful wife or the savage wanton. As I watch more and more Japanese film of the late 1940s, '50s, and '60s, it becomes clearer that this was a great period for female actors like Kyo, Setsuko Hara, Kyoko Kagawa, Kinuyo Tanaka, Isuzu Yamada, Hideko Takamine, and many others -- most of whose names are unknown to Americans today. As for Rashomon itself, while it remains essential viewing for the cinematically literate, I don't hold it in as high esteem as I do such Kurosawa/Mifune collaborations as  Drunken Angel (1948), Stray Dog (1949), Seven Samurai (1954), Throne of Blood (1957), The Lower Depths (1957), The Hidden Fortress (1958), Yojimbo (1961), Sanjuro (1962), or High and Low (1963). Rashomon feels arty and remote in ways that those don't.

Backstory

Angela Grant is Beautician at salon and Housewife. She's Stanley's wife, and Gabriella and Arthur mother.

She could see that he was injured and frightened, she couldn't help but feel bad for him. So, she knew that it was a group of "The Bullies Gang" that many students talked about. She just hoped Stanley wasn't one of the those jocks who did him.

1 weeks later, Angela met Stanley by accident. That moment, she decided to confess her feelings for him. Although, he told her he was a former gangster and told her to find someone better than him. Because, he didn't want her friends to hate her if they found out she was his girlfriend. But, she doesn't care what her friends think of her. Because, she could see that he wasn't a bad person at all. In which, she told him that she had has crush him for 1 year. At that moment, Stanley didn't expect that someone would like him, especially beautiful girl as her. It made him started fall in love with her and become to his girlfriend since then.

After Angela had been dating Stanley for a while, she learned the truth about him, he had harmed Daniel before. But, it was because he was forced by a The Bullies Gang to do so without any choice. Although Daniel had begged him. But, the incident in which Daniel was attacked and left school at that time, he was not the one who did it. Jock bullies he was part of were the ones who hurt him. Then he told her, after that event it made him realize that he had made the biggest mistake of his life by joining that those bullies. Plus, various events that happened to him and his family on the same day. Until, he decided to withdraw from the gang 2 days later. At that moment, Angela couldn't help but feel bad for Stanley. She could see that him felt guilty for himself because of that incident. But it made her know, Stanley was not as bad as her friends and other students saw. On the contrary, he's a good-hearted. He just went down the wrong path in his life. She has decided, she will always be by his side no matter what happens.

Until 5 months later, there was an incident where Richard was attacked by a The Bullies Gang. At that time, Angela was going home. But she saw her boyfriend standing among the students watching something on the field. So she went to see what was happening at the field. Then she saw Richard (at that time, she still didn't know him as Daniel) being attacked by 5 jock bullies gang that her boyfriend used to join and withdrew. She was shocked, she saw Richard being attacked in the same way as Daniel when 5 months ago. She saw Stanley attitude change after he saw that incident. She saw their bad posture and thought that he alone could not fight them, so she stopped him and hurried home.

Then, she watched her boyfriend run away from her to get what was right, she was very worried about him what would happen to him.

Later, after school time. Angela came home with worries that still hadn't gone away. She sat for hours waiting to hear news from Stanley. Hours later, she heard the phone ring, and she hurriedly answered it. She felt relieved that Stanley called her back, she asks about the incident that happened with him. Stanley told her the truth, he was attacked by jocks bullies after they found out, he would take their secret and tell the principal. But, he managed to escape from them, and made it to the principal's office. He's now at the hospital where Richard is being treated, and he was accompanied by Richard's father, the principal, and Richard's friends. She felt better that her boyfriend was safe.

5 Days later, It was the day Richard got out of the hospital and returned to school. Also, It was the day The bullies Gang got fired from school. Which, made Angela feel more comfortable. Because, she won't have to watch bullies 5 jock bullies other students again. Also, she's glad her boyfriend, Stanley made the right decision, and he's made new friends that are better than the gangsters he used to hang out with. Which, now her friends are more accepting of Stanley.

After Angela graduated from high school and university. She then studied to be a beautician at a beauty school. 2 years later, she became a beautician. Later, she came to work at a beauty salon near her home. While she was still studying beautician, she was still dating and keeping in touch with her boyfriend, Stanley. At that time, He was going to work as a police officer.

Crude Oil Dips as US Dollar Steadies with a Pending Debt Deal Vote. Where to for WTI?

The crude oil price retreated inside the range today after trying higher

The debt ceiling deal appears to be heading in the right direction for a resolution

US Dollar movements might determine crude direction. Will a debt deal undermine USD?

The crude oil price slipped on Tuesday but remains within a range despite the prospect of the debt ceiling issue being resolved this week.

It is being reported that US President Joe Biden and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy are actively encouraging lawmakers to vote in favour of the debt ceiling agreement when it is presented to the floor on Wednesday.

Markets have breathed a sigh of relief, most notably at the very short end of the debt market. The T-Bill maturing on the 6th of June is back to where it was prior to the debt ceiling concern alarming markets. It traded as high as 7.10% last week but it is around 5.15% today.

The US Dollar has steadied so far today and has made ground against the Aussie and Kiwi Dollars.

Australian building approvals for April were a big miss at -8.1% month-on-month while Japan’s jobless rate eased lower to 2.6% for the same month, down from 2.8% prior and estimates of 2.7%.

Bank of Japan Governor Kazuo Ueda appeared before Parliament today and said that the ultra-loose monetary policy stance will remain for now but hinted toward a change in tack if inflation was to fall toward 2% later this year.

USD/JPY has pulled back from yesterday’s 6-month peak, trading near 140 at the time of going to print.

The geopolitical space remains somewhat murky this week with China declining an invitation from Washington for their respective defence ministers to meet.

APAC equity indices are generally in the red although South Korea’s KOSPI index is in the green. Wall Street futures are pointing toward a slightly positive start to their cash session as they return from yesterday’s Memorial Day holiday.

Crude oil market traders are starting to focus on the OPEC+ meeting that will start on June 4th.

There have been some mixed messages from member states but there is speculation that another cut in production might be in the offering. When they cut in early April, the oil price gapped higher. See the chart below.

Today, the WTI futures contract is under US$ 72.50 bbl while the Brent contract is a touch above US$ 76.50 bbl. Elsewhere, spot gold is slightly softer, trading near US$ 1,940.

Looking ahead, after Swiss GDP figures, the Eurozone and the US will see consumer confidence data.

WTI crude oil has remained in a 69.41–74.73 range for three weeks which is well within the broader range seen over the last six months.

This range trading environment has been tricky for traders with several false breaks. That is when a new high or low is made, only for the price to abruptly move back inside the range.
