Another week, another weekly roundup. I like how that sounds. This week I’ve got another bunch of things I’m interested in, watching, reading or whatever. In other words, If I like it, it’s probably something I’m going to talk about this week or in the near future. What can I say? I like to share. But before I get to the (more) interesting stuff I just wanted to mention I’m currently writing this…

notes: sims 2 reshade tweaking

just installed two of antisocialbunnysims's lots. so here's some shots of her lovely builds with the reshade i'm currently messing with (im obsessed with how she decorates and her builds are great for testing out how the reshade affects the ingame colours)

now looking at the shots, i might end up upping the saturation/hue for the oranges a bit to make it pop a little more like how it does in vanilla for the rug and lantern

though it might be a bit tricky because the red of the barn is affected by the orange hues in the lightroom efx as well as the wood pine flooring/doors e.e and i dont think im yet willing to compromise to those being more saturated) ᶦ'ᵛᵉ ᵍᵒᵗ ˢᵉⁿˢᶦᵗᶦᵛᵉ ᵉʸᵉˢ ᵗᵒ ᵇʳᶦᵍʰᵗⁿᵉˢˢ

but happy to say the sims 2 with NGlighting isnt as taxing to the fps as other games are for me! so thats a plus!

oh my god imagine if dead eggs trying to wake up their siblings bc they can't sleep that long. imagine the panic in their voices and how they're trying to shake them. and the only one who can hear them is tallulah. they know that. that's why they're trying to talk with her but she starts crying in her sleep. but never wake up

Back to QSMP designing! Take a Dapper little egg! (Dapper!)

Qsmp AU where everything is the same except for the fact that all the eggs have a mutation that causes them to have a random power.

Dapper sometimes thinks about how all his friends can do cool stuff, but he's just a clone of the person he loves most(Bad). He is not cool. But somehow, without fail ramon interrupts him(this time a comment about how they should rob cucurucho).

Dapper quickly stops himself from spiraling into an identity crisis to be silly and young. Those were the ol days..

Fast foward to the events of the ghostie streams, Dapper Richas and Pomme are hanging out but he feels odd. Quickly excusing himself to the bathroom where he briskly looks at himself.

But his breath smells like rot , his arms frail around numb, his eyelids stuck in and.... Exausted. He feels exausted to the point of wanting to sleep...

Is he dead?

No...

Is his dad dead..?

No no no no his dad can't be- he's just missing! Dapper tries to calm himself but he doesn't know that maybe his powers are special and unique, but will they be his doom?

Can he bring himself to accept his father badboyhalo's demise and move on? Or will he rot in a pit of grief because she can't bring themself to accept it.( figuratively and literally)

which egg would treat the masjid shoe racks as their own personal shoe store (because we cant wear shoes inside the masjid we put our shoes on a shoe rack outside the door and SOMETIMES you can get your shoes stolen, so its like a meme where ppl take pictures of the shoe racks and post them with the captions like "going shoe shopping")

This may be a dumb question, but do we know how many of the egg admins have left the project? Besides Dapper, Pomme, and Ramon’s obviously. Like, Sunny and I think Empanada’s admins aren’t hiding who they are (I think??? Empanada’s admin did a stream earlier?? If so it’s extremely chill) anymore but I don’t think they said anything outright about leaving? Or they just left and didn’t mention it? (Valid, btw-extremely valid).

Either way, I’m ok (accepting?) of whatever route they’ve taken. Like, it doesn’t mean they’re gone, you know? They’re still there, and they’ve made their own friends and communities which is so awesome to see. I just didn’t know for sure about the other admins.

Sorry for the rambles it is late and my brain cells have left the building lmao
