Can we get some tokoyamixf!reader headcanons where he finds out she actually likes a lot of the same goth stuff as him (once when touring the rooms and the other by just talking or whatever) and his reaction? Like if would he crush on her/be too shy/etc?😳 lowkey self fulfilling cause I’m a chaotic goth who loves the idea of death and other otherworldly things 🥺

Tokoyami Fumikage x Reader

The black cross choker and dark eye makeup should have been a dead give away. But he still found himself surprised when you presented your room to the rest of the class. The first thing that caught his attention was the lack of light and the various sticks of ruby colored candles. The dark aesthetic of your room was welcomed as all of his peers had colorful rooms compared to his and he was glad that someone had similar taste in decor. 

Although it was just a small peek he caught sight of various things he also had a like for. Neatly stacked in a corner of your room was a small stand that housed various CD’s. He recognized some titles as he listened to them as well. He noticed an espresso colored bookshelf lined with some of his favorites reads but the framed movie posters on your wall had sold him. He figured that he should try talking to you more. 

And talk to you he did. It was strange at first since both he and Dark shadow had been a bit apprehensive but when he helped you find your cute skull earrings the both of you hit it off and spoke for hours. Dark shadow couldn’t help but in a couple of times but it was more than welcomed. 

“Okay favorite Movies go.” You had asked him. He had told you he loved all of Tim Burton’s films. And that he enjoyed classics like Nosferatu. And he had watched all of the Crow movies. He was shy about admitting it but one of his favorites was the phantom of the opera and the both of you spent hours talking about Ichabod Crane and how you would have handled the situation of the headless horseman if you were in the movie. 

The two of you spent hours talking about the supernatural. And both of you got in a lot of trouble for our curious wanderings in graveyards. The thought of the unknown mystified the both of you and you were glad you had someone to talk to cryptids about. Someone who won’t laugh or tell you that they’re not real. And hell you unlocked the chatter box in him when you mentioned the SCP foundation. Tokoyami loved controversial theories and you had realized that he was a huge nerd. 

During free periods you could find the two of you hanging out in the music room replicating your favorite songs. And you would be lying if you said you weren’t in love with his singing voice. And when Dark Shadow joined his chorus you were left with chills. You loved introducing him to things he hasn’t heard of and the both of you could also be found with your heads almost pressed together as you shared headphones. 

“I’ve read this book over fifty times already and Dark Shadow loves it too.” The both of you enjoyed sharing books and recommending reads. You had found out just how into Gothic Literature Tokoyami was. He spoke and quoted various books The picture of Dorain Grey, Edgar Allen Poe’s works, Frankenstien, Dracula, The hunchback of notre dame and you were glad he was your partner for english class when you had to re-enact shakespeare. 

Soon the both of you were almost as inseparable as he was with Dark Shadow. You couldn’t help but flush whenever your classmates teased you two about having a relationship. But the truth was that you were indeed crushing on the bird man. You really wanted to be the Sally to his Jack but you figured he liked you as a friend. 

Tokoyami was facing the same dilemma he was head over heels but he had no idea how to let you know. So he invited you out but botched it up and said as friends. But he was content that the two of you had a good time at the concert. Ad as the both of you sat in the trains heading to your dorms you gushed about the concert. 

Dark Shadow was pissed. Honestly he was tired of both of you skirting around it. The way you both looked at each other should have been obvious and so the shadow took it upon himself to get the both of you together. And while you two were talking about the performance he blurted it out. “Fumikage wants you to be the Morticia to his Gomez”

Que the awkward silence and the burning of cheeks. And while Tokoyami was reprimanding his shadow you spoke up. “I-Is that true?” “I uh I yes. I like you and would like it if you were my own Anabel lee.” “Only if you can be the Victor to my Victoria.” The way the both of you liked pinkies and looked away from each other biting smiles and bruning faces was found to be adorable by the others in the cart. 

And so the both of you started dating. And there wasn’t a doubt in anyone's mind on what couple should be voted the cutest of the grade.
