Good Morning all ☀️☀️☀️☀️ Today's breakfast inspiration is Plain Dosai with roasted gram chutney and coconut milagai podi mixed with sesame oil . Dosai is always #inseason . 🌎🌎 🌎🌳🌳🌳🌳🌎🌎🌎 Eating in a banana leaf is not only a part of our culture that dates back to centuries but also imparts a great flavour to the food prepared .Banana Leaf also aids in digestion and has so many anti - oxidants that builds our immunity and prevents serious diseases. Finally it is very hygienic as you only use it once. The used leaf plates becomes manure to the plants or food for the cow. How I wish I could eat in a banana leaf every day 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 . It is possible friends and fellow foodies, if we plant enough Banana trees in our community . As a part of the #earthdayweek , let us do our small bit in planting this amazing tree in our homes and in our apartment complexes .
