Learning@Teaching Digital Exhibition

Education is essential for a prosperous and healthy society, liberating the intellect, unleashing imagination, and building self-esteem. The public education system has been around for over 150 years, with a basic schooling model of 20-30 students taught by one teacher. Education should include sustainability, realigning schools to be relevant for future difficulties and teaching problem-solving competencies and specialized skills rather than pure knowledge to educate residents for the post-human period. The Sustainable Development Goals of the UN aim to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.

To develop customized, digitally supported learning and teaching environments, we will examine the history of teaching, present deficiencies of schools, and the future production of multimedia educational offers. We will also reflect on the architectural needs of new learning and teaching spaces.

This year, Studio Peter Ruge has investigated the theme 'Learning @ Teaching,' in which we explore the role of architecture in the future of education, whether formal, informal, or hybrid. We researched future teaching requirements, how learning solutions and venues may adapt to lifetime learning needs and the new manner of learning and teaching. This studio found appropriate study sites, investigated various educational concerns, future challenges and prospects, and investigated educational approaches.
