Third Eye Journaling Each night, write down one “ordinary” moment from your day. Now reinterpret it through the eyes of Shiva Consciousness. What else could it have meant?

Random Reality Reset Set an hourly chime on your phone. When it rings, shift your posture, take one conscious breath, and reimagine your entire day from the lens of opportunity.

Seed of Stillness Sit for 3 minutes daily. No mantra. Just be. No fixing. No becoming. Let life happen through you.

Reversal Play When something seems disappointing, say: “This too is a portal.” Then look again. What possibility is hiding behind that emotion?

I'm so sorry!! I completely forgot about this blog... things got a little stressful, but it's all fine now.

My symptoms have only been getting worse. The headaches are terrible now, but I've been taking medication for them, so it's not as bad. Not much to report other than that, you guys already know the symptoms.

In other news, I've been finding my mind drift towards topics of religion recently. I'm thinking about going into religious studies when I start college. But I'm not sure yet, this could just be a passing interest.

Lauren Divinere is the person in middle of JD and AH pics (picture courtesy: Dailymail). She was apparently one of the key witnesses in case...a friend of AH-the liar and gave testimony that she didn’t see any signs of bruising or marks on AH-the liar. To my surprise and utter disgust, this lady is backing down and claiming JD’s lawyer forced her to admit those things and on top of that, he MADE her talk about AH being verbally abusive to her then assistant Kate. 🤔 Makes you wonder how he’d know that she’d be the right person to call out AH’s attitude towards Kate. Well anyway the big question is what happened here...this whole thing has me worried about the case.

AH-the liar has been appearing quite smug and confident so far in face of all these actual evidences against her. I was wondering what’s up her sleeve, why is she so smug still...she must be planning something. She is a compulsive and pythalogical liar who schemes and schemes. Her every move is calculated, manipulative and decieptful, how come she is quiet and not retaliating...were my thoughts and then this happens. She convinced Lauren to take her statement back. I don’t know if she’s offered her a large sum of money, or blackmailing her somehow or has given her some false hopes of eternal bliss...the thing is, she pulled off this con.

It has me worried for what else she will pull out at the court hearing. 🙁

I hope there is real justice and she is exposed for her lies, abuse and deceit. I don’t care if she still gets to work on AquaMan 2 or continues as ambassador for L’Oréal. I personally won’t be watching that movie and haven’t used their products for a while now so it’s fine. What I care about is that she is exposed and is publicly made to apologise to Depp...recounting each and every lie she’s spouted about him.

Okay, my first real post. I've been obsessively researching Ardens-Numen disease since I was diagnosed, because the doctor said it was usually fatal. Who knows how much time I have left? At least it's still in the first stage. My symptoms so far are basic - headache, fever, all the usual. I'm getting tired a bit faster than normal, which is apparently normal. But other than that, it just feels like a mild flu to me!
