"Snap a Photo, Keep the Memories"
After their date, Cleo and Frankie decided to take a selfie over the bridge they visited. It's always best to live in the moment. But sometimes, once the moment is over, it's nice to look back on a picture or two and cherish the memories that come with it. ⚡💎

Un-dying a doll is a waiting game. You want most of the dye off but you don’t want to destroy the resin in the process. After about twenty minutes in the acetone bath most of the tan dye had been removed. Her resin was SOFT. I put her in an ice bath to help disperse the acetone effects. The resin will remain soft probably well over a day and then harden up to a workable state again. As of now she is a pleasant peachy color to the eye. I’ll have to evaluate her in the daylight to see if any light sanding needs to be done.

Running by to say your custom dolls are breathtakingly beautiful and have brought such a smile to my face !!!
I'm so new to the world of dolls and monster high !! [ I am mostly just posing my g3 monster high dolls!!] I'm so glad I found your blog !!! It's so cool!!!
Hope you have a wonderful day / night - I can't wait to see more doll stuff <3
You have no idea how much you just made my day. It is a rare treat when anyone tells me how much they love my work. Thank you so much for popping into my askbox today my dear, it means so much!
Welcome to the doll world! I hope you have so much fun exploring. My askbox and DMs are always open if you wanna chat. 💜 Can't get enough of it! Obviously I love customizing, but I'm also a big fan of the original Monster High series, and I'm enjoying parts of G3 too.
Here, as a little treat, let's give you all a sneak peek of my most recent custom. I'm still editing her photoshoot, but I grabbed a few photos on my phone that are good (for context, usually I use a DSLR).
This is Julep! She's a G3 Lagoona doll, and the jumping off point for her design was actually her cape here. My cousin is an amazing crochet artist and very graciously gifted me this piece she made herself, and I knew I had to make someone special to wear it.

Full shot of Sarah-Kate in the 90s Kenner Rogue costume, sans my episode review.
Was doing a bit of garage sorting and found one of our old containers of Barbies and the Rogue suit was in it. I was so ecstatic and immediately went to carefully hand wash it.
The headband is just some material I had in hand, and the belt is random Barbie, but the suit and jacket are original and I’m so happy they’ve both held up so well after all these years of storage after many years of serious play.
