Something JUST occurred to me about Fear no Mort a few days ago: We all know Rick doesn't have a clue about the extent of The Horrors Morty went through in the Hole. By the end of the episode, he seems to understand it was more than spiders, but that's it.

The part I'm going insane over? When Morty tells him, "Diane was in there. Not in a good way." Rick probably just thinks he means something like Prime's creepy Diane-bots, doesn't he? 😭😭😭

"Does table salt go bad" and "first amendment text" and "richmond virginia suburbs" and other things I've asked the Internet this week.

It was almost warm enough a couple days this week to make park days a thing. I tried. My toes got cold.

I think banning TikTok as it exists today is probably a good idea, but the law to effect that change seems to be in conflict with the first bullet point in the bill of rights. If we lived in a time where precedent mattered, I might be more bothered about how this all plays out. Will the government give TikTok assurances they wont enforce the law that the government enacted to oust them? Who knows. Does it matter? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ At the end of the day, I think I'm mostly just sad about my TikTok (maybe?) going away.

Booked a trip to (the suburbs of) Richmond, VA for the middle of February. A couple nights in Tuckahoe and a couple in Chester. Mostly just a vibe check. I'm hoping to settle on a plan by early March.

Bot/con of your choise x reader

There is a bot/con stranded on Earth, alone and injured, they barely have the strength to pull themselves the safety of a cave not too far from where they crashed, animals evacuating the are as quickly as they could. They loose consiousness, thinking this'd be the last thing they see but one day, after the years have taken their toll on the bot/con, their optics finally flicker back on, light so dim the creature infront of them could barely tell the difference, and the same as them, the large alien couldn't tell what was infront of them.

The human did what they could, using whatever they had to connect or seal the cut wiring, mend the torn metal, doing what they could to stop the bleeding, cleaning away the rust, caring for this stranger the best they knew how to. It wouldn't heal the bot/con, but it'd keep them alive, that was enough for both of them

Till one day, they are found. The bot/con carried away to safety by allies who wonder how they could still live, what has been caring for their injured friend, and the human has to come back to an empty cave with no sign of their injured friend.

They couldn't move on their own, not far anyway.

So, had another human found them?

Judging by the size of the foot steps on the ground, no.

They were alone, their friend taken away to who knows where, who knows if they'd ever see one another again, who knows if they were even on the same planet.

All they had was the hope that whoever had found them could heal what the couldn't

The new ai sex spam bots on here are a whole new level of body horror to me. Like we've gone past uncanny valley, which is unsettling, into tripping the same panic alarms in my brain as when you see a moose on the ski trail ahead of you.

Sometimes I sit down to think about the true ramifications of how / what the Fizz Bots are to Fizzarolli,

Imagine robotic clones ( sexual, at that ) being made of you and they are not only modeled after you in physical appearance, but have a likeness to your personality, mannerisms and general demeanor. Imagine they say the things you would, possibly act in the same way you would.

What's worse, is that they're made in your likeness in real time; their production / manufacturing ages along with you,

Imagine you SEE these things being assaulted, used & abused in public; these clones take it all with a smile. Soulless, mindless... But as if that's not enough, then realizing that they may just have sentience. Or at least, they give off the impression they do. And on top of ALL that... they have chunks of your memories, your past; they're you, but at the same time, they aren't,

What do you do with that information? How do you treat them ( yourself? )? What's the end game?

I say this without irony and totally genuine,

the only real good 'Ai' (if you want to call it that) you should play around with is Cleverbot. Cause it's literally just a chatbot that's it.

It is NOT a generative AI. It is in no way like stealing data / info off the web or anything else. Literally the only way it 'learns' is via what people type into it that is IT

Response are made basically by it just searching through it's base of previously saved conversations to spit something out

Like it came about waay back in 2008 alright

And as far as I can find really nothing much has changed about it and is still just using the same algorithm or whatever as when it started

They've got a fairly easy to read and go through privacy policy you can look through.

You CAN technically make an account on/for it needing no more then usual password/username and email but like you don't have to make one.

Their privacy policy is pretty well written up so I'd say for a better understanding on how they handle like data/ program n such just give a skim through that
