The AFM-PLUS work stations are currently available in 2 versions: Senior with 400 Kg weight carrying capacity and Junior, with 250 Kg weight carrying capacity.Both the Mild Steel Sr. and Mild Steel Jr. work tables share common qualities such as the international styling and world-class finish.

LED Light: AFM-TA-MS-JR comes fitted with a 20-Watt sleek LED tube light with 2000 lumens intensity that provides soft radiation-free, glare-free light.

Electrical Mounting Panel: Our industrial work bench has a sleek mounting panel equipped with high standard universal power sockets (5/15 Amp) and with standard MCB of 2 pole/32 Amp.

Ergonomic rack: The strategically positioned rack for hanging trays to hold special tools, cables, inspection equipment, etc. makes working so much easier and more convenient.

Sturdy Worktop: The worktop of this workshop table is a tough high pressure laminated particle board with ABS 2mm edge binding. It has 200 Kg weight carrying capacity and is Formaldehyde Emission – Class E1 (normally inflammable) as per EN 438.

Ergonomically Curved Edges: The user-focussed design of the ergonomically curved edges (50mm radius) of the table top minimises the risk of injury caused by bumping into sharp corners, and allows users to move freely.

Instrument Shelf: This is a high pressure laminated particle board with ABS 2 mm edge binding. It has 120 Kg weight carrying capacity and easily adjustable height, adding to the functionality of this smart and sturdy workshop table.

AFM-PLUS INDUSTRIAL CHAIRS

The range of industrial work chairs have proven themselves in tough industrial conditions. AFM-PLUS workstation chairs provide unmatched spine support and seating comfort over long hours of use. Messung can also provide a high chair/stool version where the height adjustment range is 580 mm to 840 mm, and a foot ring is added for seating comfort.

World-class mechanism: Messung's PU ergonomics chair, has a synchronous mechanism that enables users to enjoy a seat tilt of 7 degrees, and backrest tilt of 35 degrees with forward tilt of 15 degrees and backward tilt of 20 degrees.

PU-Integral Foam: Tear-proof, highly elastic PU-Integral Foam ensures optimal wear properties. It can be easily cleaned with Trichloro ethylene, Isopropyl alcohol (IPA), water, etc. Ideal for rough working conditions on workshops, shop floors and assembly lines.

The chairs are also available in synthetic leather and fabric variants.

World-class piston and spring: Proprietary system is available in multiple height adjustment range. The hard chrome-plated piston rod and spindle pipe provide extra reliability and corrosion resistance. Class-4 cleanliness level is achieved.

Sturdy PU-Nylon casters: The heavy-duty dual wheels of the five casters are tested for 1,00,000 cycles on hurdles to ensure strength, reliability and long life. Each 50mm diameter caster has a weight carrying capacity of 50Kg per caster.

Five-star base: The aluminium die-cast polished five-star base provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistant properties. The 700 mm diameter base provides better stability.
