Scrapyard Mutt - Gunflame (Reference: Junkyard Dog from Guilty Gear)

Charge and shoot a short ranged flame wave that deals above average damage and ignites. Letting go early does a feint that encourages enemies to charge and get in better range. Maybe a synergy that changes appearance to be similar to dragon install and increases range + damage.
