I love Alec with wings!! 🥺 as for other options - hmm something like fish scales? His shoulders would look SO GOOD with iridescent fish scales all over them. Cat ears or dog ears? Those could come with larger, sharper canines. He could have some non-animalistic warlock mark too, like most of the main tsc warlocks, but I can't really imagine him with coloured skin and I have no idea what warlock mark he'd have sksjsjsjs

DUDE. re: my last post. I know THAT belial is dead but as of 2010 or smth his first every non herondale blood progeny exists??? I know it’s probably not gonna come up in plot whether old belial has like. ceased to exist completely or become a regular demon trapped in some hell realm (guarded by elyaas? who wishes ‘bill’ herondale well? Another thing I wonder sometimes is whether TLH Belial could successfully make Janus a vessel (this was one of my biggest pre-ChoT theories, before we knew they were two Belials.) Like, is Janus related closely enough? Does enough blood connect them?

Max Lightwood-Bane is enrolled for primary school right? So there one day they ask all the kids to draw pictures of their family.

And Max draws his brother Rafe and his fathers, and his aunt Clary and uncle Jace and aunt Isabelle and uncle Simon and grandma and grandpa and uncle Ragnor and aunt Tessa and aunt Catarina and uncle Jem of course, but he also draws Elyaas the demon and when asked he says, "My daddy and bapak say he's a lesson in resisting temptation."

I can just imagine the looks on the faces of his teacher and his dads.
