Seeding is based on this tier list, all songs are outlined by their original tier (top to bottom: red orange green cyan purple pink). All top tier songs have been given a bye for Round 1, giving us essentially a bracket of 64 (so there won't be a crazy drawn-out Round Robin finale)

Equestria Girls Song Tournament: Results of the Semifinals!

Welcome to the Show beat Under Our Spell with 54.55% (100 to 120 votes), while Unleash the Magic beat Battle with 52.51% (123 to 136 votes)

This is an even closer average win margin (53.53%) than the semifinals of the Brony Music Bracket (59.07%)

Because Unleash the Magic won, the tournament will not come down to Dazzling vs Dazzling

The three biggest landslides were Awesome as I Wanna Be (86.80%), What More Is Out There (88.28), and My Past Is Not Today (90.09)

Impressive that Awesome As I Wanna Be was that big a sweep, considering that a) it isn't a full song and b) it wasn't going against a song described as "Bad" in its own title.

The three closest matches were Life Is A Runway beating Legend You Were Meant to Be (52.88%, 101 to 90), We've Come So Far beating the EqG Opening (52.17%, 84 to 77), and Shake Your Tail beating True Original (51.35%, 72 to 76)

The first upsets were So Much More to Me vs Invisible, and Rise Up! vs A Friend for Life (both C tiers beating A tiers)

Friendship is Magic vs Equestria Girls Tournament: Results of Round 1

The three biggest landslides were Smile Song (76.61%, 131 to 40 votes), A True True Friend (79.53%, 136 to 35 votes), and This Day Aria (85.71%, 174 to 29 votes).

The biggest landslides were just the top 3 FiM songs, in the same order even!

The three closest matches were Unleash The Magic beating Becoming Popular (60.37%, 86 to 131 votes), A Kirin Tale beating Awesome as I Wanna Be (59.04%, 111 to 77 votes), and Raise This Barn beating My Past is Not Today (56.6%, 193 to 148 votes).
