Somnus, like his sister, is the son of Error and Dream, but since in essence, he took more from the first than from the second, the scale of his abilities is much worse.

Essentially, his job is to maintain a balance between Nightmare and Dream. (like his brother and sister)

However, because he is not Nightmer’s son, he is not able to somehow influence the nightmares themselves, so his ability is to penetrate other people's dreams under various images to help others get rid of grief, pain, and sadness, even in dreams. Actually a kind of hypnosis.

However, if you attack him, you should not expect that he will only stand, waiting for pain.

Although he is not Error or Fantaza, and he has no connection with threads, he can still control the code and dreams.

His main ability is Hypnosis or Trans.

Somnus is able to force any of his enemies into the arms of Morpheus, and if he so desires, his victim will forever remain shrouded in the eternal darkness of images. Quietly dying in a dream.

Something like this had nearly happened to Fantaza once due to Somnom's careless use of his power. Therefore, now he has become more accurate and scrupulous in his work.

Because of what, in the end, he became a terrible perfectionist. Which, however, I think is only for the best.

As for the character, oh lion cub. Absolutely. Literally and figuratively. He is a rare owner and proud.

Proud as hell, jealous as a bitch, harmful as a thousand capricious children (again, if he wants), partly a tsundere, but he will not admit it for anything.

Fantaza can send prophetic dreams and see / control on the “thread of fate”.

She can both break this "thread" and build a new one. But it takes too much effort, so usually, she doesn't do it. Unless only in special cases.

Fantaza cannot somehow influence the “thread” if it is too strong or is strongly connected with the plot or story, but otherwise, it all depends only on the owner of the “thread”.

Usually, she comes to monsters/people in a dream standing at the crossroads of choice and helps to make a decision through a prophetic dream, or by asking him directly whether they want to ruin their "thread".

The Threads of Fate have several kinds:

💜 - Violet - Failure, most likely you better not go out without an umbrella today and look carefully under your feet because such a failure is also a plot engine and is comparable to legion-sized cats with broken mirrors.

💛 - Yellow - A story, plot or just a strong connection, carrying some important event in the future, well, it just means that fate made its turn and something starts;

heart - Red - Love, Soulmates, an ideal couple, or pleasing to the plot, fate, and in general;

💚 - Green - Happiness (Good storyline or a happy fate);

💙 - Blue - Sadness, trials, suffering, drama. The presence of such a thread means that the character will face a difficult fate and tests will fall on his soul;

The threads of Fate, as a rule, are mainly found only in the characters of AU, and among the interuniversity inhabitants they can either be from the very beginning, or they will appear with time, or even never be and never will appear.
