slow burn or love at first sight - I’m aroace, I do not understand instant attraction. Plus, being badly burned by several shows being unable to handle love at first sight just hurts this one.

fake dating or secret dating - I honestly want to see more of this

enemies to lovers or best friends to lovers - Z u t a r a

oh no there’s only one bed or long-distance with correspondence - I need to see more of this lol

hurt/comfort or amnesia - some amnesia fics do it well, but hurt/comfort takes my preference

fantasy au or modern au - I have so many Fantasy AUs lined up for a lot of my fandoms lol. And of course, a lot of them take place in present time so *shrugs shoulders*

mutual pining or domestic bliss - I need more couples being couples.

smut or fluff - Nothing against smut, but sometimes I feel that it doesn’t contribute to the plot and it’s relatively easy to skip.  canon compliant (missing scenes) or fix-it fic - *side eyes certain fandoms*

alternate universe or future fic - the HECK’s a future fic

one-shot or multi-chapter - my brain’s going to bounce too easily and only a few multi-chapters can really hold my attention (and I’m sorry about my RPV fic, I am slowly writing it, but other fic deadlines are haunting me)

kid fic or roadtrip fic - never have I seen either of these. 

reincarnation or character death (But I have no interest for either)

arranged marriage or accidental marriage - if done right, arranged marriage works. If not...I leave.

high school romance or middle aged romance - I experience the normal high school experience^TM through fics.

time travel or isolated together - Seeing The Flash makes me very wary about time travel lol.

neighbours or roommates - Haven’t seen enough of these to have a very solid opinion.

sci-fi au or magic au - BRO MAGIC IS MY ENTIRE JAM.

bodyswap or genderbend - I need to write a bodyswap one day. 

angst or crack - if done right, I like both. But a lot just go into the extreme, so I usually avoid those.

apocalyptic or mundane - I have no idea what mundane is, but apocalyptic isn’t really my jam bc I don’t like thinking about the apocalypse.
