describe your personal definition of loyalty to your crew.
‘you have to want to be with someone. but you can’t be performative — certain things just can’t be faked, they must come from a real place within you. so my loyalty comes in a very simple form — i’d define it as a desire. desire is such a beautiful word, isn’t it?’ she stretches out the word as if she’s tasting something new and wishing to savour its taste, carelessly tip-toeing around the line of what is and isn’t appropriate to divulge to a stranger. there’s no mistake here; ava’s been brutally candid, and worst of all, tender-hearted. pacing back and forth between what she’s just said and what she’s about to say, ava, exhaling softly, offers an involuntary smile, breaking the sudden spell of silence. ‘but mine is a desire to be with these people. that’s my definition of it. perhaps it’s because they pay me well.’ perhaps it’s something else.
tell the story behind your alias.
‘a very long time ago, some photographer told me that i have the best legs in the business. not even cindy crawford could rival me. obviously, i didn’t immediately want to be called legs, but it’s certainly a part of my body that’s highly coveted.’ ava’s appeal, after all, isn’t just measured in the width of her smile, the firmness of her cheeks and the shape of her eyes, but in the length of her extremities and the manner in which she both flaunts and wields them. ‘i suppose people just thought it sounded funny. unusual. do you think that they’d let me change it if i grow bored of it?’
iv.
the name ava is a palindrome, meaning that no matter how you twist your tongue, or try to read it, back and forth, or from left to right, you’re always bound to produce the same sound. she was actually named by her father, who refused to settle for something more ordinary and conventional. it’s been said that he found inspiration in the ever beloved ava gardner, and the two women, given their shared names, share also a distinct look - that of sculpted cheekbones and vividly expressive eyes.
her parents had divorced quite early on, and most of her childhood, ava spent in bangkok with her mother, only to move to japan at the age of 16, all for the sake of her mother’s job.
wild child, with many careers under her belt, there’s one that often gets overlooked the most and it’s that of a j-pop idol. for a very brief time in history, or rather her life, ava performed as a singer and dancer for a japanese girl group. it didn’t matter that she barely knew how to speak japanese or that the group ultimately met its end, but this little stint still counts as her very first job. her stage name used to be midori sour, after the very famous cocktail,of course.
in 1999, at 19, she traded tokyo for new york, where she began modeling for the first time. the year 2000, marking the beginning of a new millennium, blessed her only with ambition, and in the same year, she was featured on a magazine cover. for the following two years she graced the new york runways only to quit on a whim, when the glass ceiling got too close for her liking.
the next set of jobs came as one big amalgamation: first she was the it girl posing for rock bands in their music videos in la, then she was the main star of miami’s nightclubs as their hostess. she always looked sensuous, alive, like she was something worthy of touch and attention - the way that some animals simply make you want to be near them. hers was the charm of a cat.
currently, ava’s one of the more recent additions to the nariza bois crew, and really and truly, she’s the definition of a diva ( the mariah carey of nariza bois ), which either makes a person love or loathe her even more. there’s just something about a woman who refuses to pose next to someone’s car because it doesn’t match well with the colour of her lips. she’s miss ava ‘ i graced the pages of vogue, what makes you think i’ll pose next your car’ amarin. yet, there’s something about her attitude that makes most people crave it, much like cigarettes and sweets. sometimes, toothache comes in the shape of a woman.
there’s also this one joke that ava loves to tell and it’s that she should’ve been a rock star instead, but she just never learned how to play any instruments.
for someone who is surrounded by so many drivers/racers, ava doesn’t really drive. she prefers to be driven.
there’s one nightclub in miami that serves a special cocktail named after her, called DOUBLE A. it consists of bourbon, fine white sugar, and 2 dashes of cherry liqueur.
has that pam anderson style that she gladly mixed with the 00s trends.
her favourite drivers tend to be those who let her warm her toosh on the hood of their cars. at times, it’s just not that impossible to please her.
queen of heels. anything under 6 inches simply doesn’t go on her feet. people are rather baffled by her endurance, but she knows how to make it look easy.
loves to do a little trick for the drivers before the race starts; she will usually offer a small piece of her clothing, or jewelry, as a good luck charm or simply a sign of her approval / it’s her way of picking her favourite.
in photographs, ava always looks different  — sharp, fierce, animated. on the contrary, in person, she’s much more graceful, dreamy even.
there’s one thing about ava that cameras fail to capture, and though we can’t blame the lenses for just how limiting they truly are, it’s worth noting that one can always sense ava long before they see her thanks to her distinct perfume. it’s a mixture of  cherry, pink pepper and bergamot , with notes of black vanilla and cashmere wood. it’s a  perfume that no one can truly identify , but her scent always lingers on.
has a pet bunny named alice. a direct reference to alice in wonderland.
has no tattoos and doesn't want them ( no bumper stickers on this bentley babe ), but she sure does love a good piercing. #nipplepiercing4ever

FRM Exam Topics
The topics covered by both parts of the FRM Exam can change periodically because the world of financial risks is fluid. Here are the 2021 weights and topics for Part I:
Foundations of risk management (20%)
Quantitative analysis (20%)
Financial markets and products (30%)
Valuation and risk models (30%)
You are more likely to pass the exam if you pass the topics with weights over 20 percent. Based on this table, the topics you really want to get right are financial markets and products, and valuation and risk models.
These are the 2021 topics and weights for Part II:
Market risk measurement and management (20%)
Operational risk and resiliency (20%)
Credit risk measurement and management (20%)
Risk management and investment management (15%)
Liquidity and treasury risk measurement and management (15%)
Current issues in financial markets (10%)
For Part II, if you pass the three topics that are weighted 20% and one rated 15%, you have a good chance of passing it.
FRM Exam Study Tips: How to Increase Your Odds of Success
The FRM Exam requires a significant investment of time to be successful. But most of the time, failing a part of the exam is the result of study mistakes and insufficient prep. These tips will help you develop the knowledge and confidence necessary to pass both parts of the FRM Exam.
Put in the study time: GARP says candidates should study at least 200–240 hours for each part of the exam, or 400–480 hours total. Don’t take this suggestion lightly. You’re going to be tested on your ability to read a question, analyze it, and apply concepts to it. Starting early will help ensure you leave yourself enough time to first master the concepts and then practice answering the questions.
Don’t put off studying: Both parts of the FRM Exam are nearly impossible to pass if all you do is last-minute cramming. Instead, you should start studying as soon as you’ve registered. Passing the FRM Exam requires a type of knowledge that can only be gained over a structured, careful course of study — not eleventh-hour, frantic reviews of core materials.
Develop and follow a study plan: A well-thought-out study plan is essential. If you’re not sure how to build one on your own, FRM prep packages can help. They offer online and classroom courses, calendar tools that organize the curriculum and materials for you, access to banks of practice questions, and realistic mock exams.
Focus on practicing in the final weeks before the exam: If possible, take some time off from your job in the final weeks before each part of the FRM Exam and save at least one mock exam for that time. Treat this exam as if it were the real thing. Don’t look at it or study questions from it beforehand. Time yourself, so you can get a feel for the time constraints and pressure of exam day.
Have a plan for staying calm on exam day before you get to the exam center: A good strategy is to answer the easy questions first to build confidence. For more difficult questions, reread them to make sure you understand. If you still can’t find the best answer, eliminate at least one option, and take an educated guess. Also, if you’re struggling with several difficult questions in a row, take a deep breath for a few seconds, and remind yourself you can get 30 percent of the questions wrong and still pass.
