#i havent drawn them in a while ^_^ changed their hanfu a little so they only really wear the top half#and the leg shape as well.. i used doll joints in the past just so it wouldnt bother me drawing their leg bending but at this point idc#the red parts on their hanfu are meant to kinda visually mirror sailor's red rope.. something something bound by fate#and i opted for a ginkgo pattern this time around since i think its suits them better. coincidentally ginkgo also has medicinal properties#and i kept the marking frm when zah drew them because it really is such a nice touch that i wanna keep it in their design :)#and if we're going off the idea of sailor bringing them clothes to wear as souvenirs id bet he picked that pattern out since it#reminded him of xin lol. you can also see they have a little fish charm as their jin bu (sailor has a matching one)#they are so friends to me... i love them sm#still need to update their page a little since i overhauled some of their lore.. theres a whole slidedeck and everything lol#my art#myart#my oc#myoc#oc#xin ya#lmk#lmk oc#lego monkie kid oc#ref sheet#oc ref sheet#oc reference sheet#fur#furry art#furry

tbh i think the reason why hockey rpf is so popular in spaces like tumblr is because it's one of the few major team sports where there aren't a lot of black people involved. maybe that's not an entirely fair assessment but i'm just spitballin here
#i was thinking about this recently like where tf is the basketball fandom#cos at least in my part of the US growing up basketball was far and away the most popular sport besides football#and the whole culture of march madness etc. like it's all already there#and idk they don't wear a shitload of body armor so it's just dudes running around in shorts#surely that must have its own unique appeal#but the more i thought about it the more i was like. well...idk if it's such a mystery after all#but then again i know ppl who are super into women's basketball on here and irl sooo who knows.#this draft is frm 2023 btw lol cith's post just made me think of it#text

anyway on a totally different note. times like these i wonder why i dont just buy a cane for mobility aid. like. sure i dont always “need” it. but that… doesnt mean i Never need it… like even without a sprained ankle i literally limp home far more often than not cos i just get so worn out and my feet hurt. and its like. i make light of it like haha yeah i sprain my ankle a lot like once a year at least gee i wonder why, haha yeah like i have zero walking stamina when i get tired i just start dragging myself forward moreso than actually walk.
but maybe theres something to that eh. 👉🧠 thiiiink motherfucker. think!
