Overcoming Field Service Challenges with Smart Technology
Field service technicians are the backbone of on-site operations, but they face numerous challenges that can impact efficiency, customer satisfaction, and productivity. From inefficient work order management to poor first-call resolution, these issues can lead to delays, increased costs, and frustrated customers.
Common Challenges in Field Service
🔹 Inefficient Work Order Management – Missing or inaccurate details lead to job delays.  🔹 Scheduling and Dispatch Woes – Poor coordination results in missed appointments and inefficiencies.  🔹 Lack of Real-Time Communication – Delayed updates hinder productivity.  🔹 Ineffective Route Planning – Wasted travel time reduces job completion rates.  🔹 Limited Access to Inventory – Technicians arriving without the right tools leads to multiple visits.  🔹 Increasing Customer Expectations – Demand for instant updates and faster resolutions is growing.
How Field Service Software Solves These Challenges
✅ Work Order Management Software – Ensures real-time updates and centralized information for clear task assignments.  ✅ Scheduling & Dispatch Software – Optimizes technician allocation based on skills, location, and availability.  ✅ AI-Driven Route Planning – Reduces travel time, improves efficiency, and lowers operational costs.  ✅ Mobile Solutions for Technicians – Provides on-the-go access to job details, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.  ✅ Real-Time Communication Tools – Enhances collaboration between field teams and office staff for quick decision-making.
Why Invest in Field Service Technology?
🔹 Boost First-Call Resolution – Technicians arrive fully prepared, reducing repeat visits.  🔹 Streamline Communication – Ensure seamless interaction with teams and customers.  🔹 Enhance Safety & Compliance – Mobile access to safety protocols reduces risks.  🔹 Improve Customer Satisfaction – Faster service, proactive updates, and personalized interactions build loyalty.

every single character focused season has been about the ninja finding new ways to use their powers and rising up to whatever the challenge as elemental masters. All Except For Jay. both skybound and prime empire put him in places where theoretically he should have the biggest advantage because of lightning and electricity (the sky+a literal game) except the circumstances take his power away from him completely. because his mastery over his power is completely unquestioned and unconquered. his seasons and each and every character arc he has is about him as a person.
jay never in all 15 seasons had any issue with his power that he himself needed to overcome. never in all 15 seasons did jay receive or need any guidance towards his power. hes the first to learn spinjitzu and airjitzu from the og 4, he figures out how to cleanse the nunchucks of lightning on his own and does it in a second with no struggle at all.
even after losing all his memory and training he can go toe to toe with nya, arguably their strongest fighter with his loss being a strategic one.
each trick and move we see of his is developed by himself off screen because he is the one character whose power was never brought into question. the only way he ever lost his power was when all the protector's powers were taken from them.
that boys elemental mastery is fucking unmatched.
and thats not even counting all the different weapons weve seen him use, and how he excels at gymnastics (bro did back to back to back and back again backflips as stimming)
in conclusion, FSM had to make that bitch crazy and traumatised and obsessed with a single person who didnt like him or he would be too powerful because when others has to fight against their own powers multiple times just to control it, jays only enemy has always been his mind.

One thing I enjoy about DR is that it unintentionally or perhaps intentionally explores the legacy of a certain controversial character but one I enjoy and hope gets closure. Despite never being mentioned or seen, the story does seem to allude to this character which indicates they may eventually return. I’m of course talking about Harumi.
Take Beatrix for example. A white haired royal who hates the ninja, is incredibly immature and had the emperor assassinated so she could take power. The difference is that Beatrix is a pure evil dictator with no redeeming qualities, no soft spot for children and all of her intentions are purely self serving as opposed to misguided. She’s kind of a mix of Harumi’s backstory, Iron Baron’s cruelty towards dragons and had her rule challenged via broadcast message before being overthrown by ninja, civilians and dragons like Emperor Garmadon.
In DR, despite not being mentioned, we can see the impact Harumi has had upon Lloyd. While escaping from Imperium, Lloyd warns Wyldfyre to be more careful indicating he’s a bit more cautious about causing collateral damage during battles. In the opening of the show, we see Lloyd showing concern for Arin and promising to save his parents. I wonder if Lloyd ever saw Arin as his chance to prevent another Harumi. We see Lloyd trying to make Arin feel like a part of the family and giving him constant reassurance and warmth, something Harumi didn’t get much of. Ironically, he’s actually hurting Arin by giving him constant encouragement but never actually training him.
Then there’s Arin himself. Everything from losing his parents in a disaster to being a fan of the ninja feels intentionally familiar. The difference is that his parents are still alive which gives him reason to hold out hope that he can save them and he was able to find and befriend Sora instead of being forced into a position he doesn’t want. In season 2, things are changing for Arin and not for the better. While he enjoys being a ninja, he feels unhappy at having not progressed and feels his needs aren’t being met while Wyldfyre and Sora are growing stronger. Knowing how the FSM and Wu both failed their first student, I wonder if Lloyd will break the cycle or will end up repeating the mistakes with Arin. If Arin does have a villain arc or blames Lloyd for not saving his parents, how will Lloyd react especially considering DR Lloyd seems to have healed a bit from the trauma Harumi caused. DR is giving me a lot of feels. I really like how it feels both fresh but also familiar.

Ninjago headcanons #3
19#
Garmadon was very protective of Wu (I wrote this earlier in point seven), although the venom made him think it was Wu's fault that the snake bit him, he was still protective of his beloved younger brother. One time when Garmadon was under the influence of the venom he was a little nervous and very sarcastic they went to town with "friends" and Wu made him a little angry so Garmadon called him an idiot (Wu didn't care because he knew Garmadon didn't mean it) and one of their friends laughed and agreed with Garmadon and it was his mistake (because venom, venom, but no one will challenge his brother, only he can) so he beat up this guy almost killing him, of course it was reported to their father but FSM, after finding out why Garmadon did it, stated that he did not see a problem with it and praised Garmadon for defending his brother's honor. Everyone was in total shock, especially Wu.
20#
Despite popular belief, it wasn't Garmadon who caused trouble, it was Wu. he sneaked out of the monastery many times and generally did many things he shouldn't have done. Garmadon was angry with Wu many times because of his behavior (and that Garmadon won't let his brother go somewhere alone at night) they were often grounded. Usually, when Wu did something stupid, he got a reprimand from the FSM but also from Garmadon (because of course Wu, due to his stupidity and willingness to adventure, exposed himself to danger, which greatly displeased Garmadon and FSM).
21#
FSM as a child and teenager was a little shit. I'm sure his Oni nature made him love to play pranks (on dragons and Oni), kind of like Lloyd did in season 1.
22#
One time Lloyd dyed his hair brown (to look like his father) and Wu saw him and stared at him for a minute and then his eyes watered and he went to hug Lloyd.
23#
After season 3, Lloyd blamed himself for Zane's death, after all, he was the green ninja, he was supposed to defend the ninjago, he was supposed to defeat the Overlord, if anyone was going to die in this fight, it was him, at least that's what Lloyd told himself. That's why he didn't allow himself to mourn like the rest of the ninja, he decided that he didn't deserve it and started overworking himself, he kept an eye on the ninjago all the time, he helped the police and could be seen as the green ninja all the time.
24#
Oni are intersex. Due to the fact that the Oni began to be a dying breed, at some point they began to change their form so that everyone could continue the species (given that Oni are shapeshifters, it was easy to change their biology). For this reason, Onil do not pay attention to gender, with them you can often choose who exactly they want to be, if they want to be someone else, they can change their body to make it suitable for them, when it came to relationships, you could be with anyone you wanted to be with (well, except your enemy) only important is to perpetuate the genre.
25#
After Season 5, Wu began to become more protective of Lloyd. Wu lost his father, brother and twice Morro, at this point he was left with only Lloyd, his nephew, and due to his mistakes, Lloyd became possessed. He began to remove Lloyd from missions, he began training him to be a master so that he would stop being a ninja. All the time he only asked him for help to get him away from danger, and when he had to let Lloyd go, he never let him go alone so that what happened in the museum wouldn't happen again.
26#
When Lloyd first came to the bounty, none of the ninja liked him, and Lloyd was terribly afraid of others because no one ever liked him, that's why he stuck to Wu all the time, he only trusted him because he was his uncle and he kind of remembered that when he was a kid, Wu was really cool and liked Lloyd, so if Lloyd was going to be with others, Wu had to be there, if he wasn't there Lloyd ran out of that room immediately. For little Lloyd, Wu was such a safe place, he was the only person he knew and his only family.
27#
Wu loved to spoil little Lloyd, every time he came to visit, he would bring Lloyd toys, sweets and other things. Garmadon and Misako were a bit dissatisfied because Lloyd had too many toys, Wu always claimed that his nephew was the most wonderful child and deserved everything he wanted. Wu also loved taking care of Lloyd whenever Garmadon and Misako wanted to go on a date, Wu immediately claimed that he could watch Lloyd, According to him, they can even go for a month because he will be happy to take care of Lloyd. And Lloyd loved being left with his uncle because he always got what he wanted.
(I finally did it, I had a little less creative inspiration than with the last parts, but it was still nice to write it)

Morro's original quest to find the tomb of the FSM is something I think about a lot. Because on the surface level all it is is a huge challenge on a quest, and Morro was just a teenager on a quest. I don't know what he did to get sent to the cursed realm, but I'm also dubious of the cursed realms vetting tactics for several reasons lol. He died on a quest as an angry desperate teenager and then got sent to hell for longer than he was even alive. Where was he supposed to put the anger when it was all around him like that. What else was there to do but let it condense. What else was there to do but fight, and then fight his way to the top, being likely the youngest there and coming from his background of course he wanted to prove himself again. He became cruel and malicious and it shows, but how he GOT to that point is such a time.
Imagine being Wu and watching your student full of misplaced drive and arrogance leave that day, and then decades later he comes back and all the hate and malice that turned into knocks you and your current students to the ground. The wild switch from trying to defy destiny to trying to annihilate all of Ninjago. Man

Follows on from this post but makes sense without reading.
@s0ull3ss-p3rs0n you said you were listening so here you go.
So I think the Merlopians have their on Pantheon of gods that's rather than Ninjago's monotheistic view of the First Spinjitzu Master as the one true god (a view that doesn't really get challenged that often, especially since his sons and grandson are alive as to provide proof). Merlopians acknowledge Wojira as the primordial being of the realm Aranami (bringing out the name I made up months ago) and have maybe a dozen gods (of which Nyad and the FSM make up two).
They have the FSM primarily as the warrior god of battle tactics - owing to their part in helping defeat Wojira - but sub-domains include land, justice, and balance. Their main title is the Tactician (as opposed to the First Spinjitzu Master) but Merlopians still remember their name and will often use that as well.
Merlopians also use feminine and gender neutral pronouns for the Tactician. This stems from FSM being a child when they arrived and thus having a higher pitched voice and also their confusion about mortal genders.
The exact myth around the Tactician is pretty similar to reality (even if the details are a bit vague) due to the Merlopians existing for longer than humans (serpentine are a whole different story in this so I won't compare them for now) and therefore having better record keeping.
It starts with the Tactician falling from the Divine Realm as a child and being found by Nyad (who had not yet ascended to godhood). The Tactician was in need of a home to escape the endless war of the Divine Realm, and so King Maar (Nyad's father) took her under his fins and adopted her.
As Wojira's wrath got worse and worse and the Merlopians and the Islanders found themselves in danger of being wiped out all together, the Tactician came up with a plan to defeat her, they would lock her powers inside two amulets forged from the combined powers of Nyad, a dozen Merlopian and Islander mages, and the Tactician themself.
During the Battle of Nine Days the Tactician tried to use their divine powers to stop Wojira, but they were still a child and couldn't combat a primordial being yet, so Nyad merged with the Endless Sea and drew Wojira's powers into the amulets, putting her into a deep sleep, saving everyone but losing her mortal memories in the process.
The Tactician then gave the Islanders and Merlopians one amulet each, with the warning that they should never be reunited, less Wojira awaken
A few years later the Tactician, who was from the Divine Realm and not built to live underwater forever, climbed the Golden Peaks, one of the few islands in Aranami, and created four weapons, each welding creation. She used the weapons to harness her power and extend the land beyond the Golden Peaks, and created an island like none had ever seen before - Ninjago.
So yeah that's the main myth the Merlopians have around the First Spinjitzu Master, though there are others. If you want to hear more I am very prepared to yap so don't hesitate to ask!
Extra: King Maar, while not a god himself, is a very important mythological being and is known as the Father of Gods for his role in raising Nyad and the Tactician.

Epic au. Gimme. Gimme gimme gimme (I’ve thought ab this too much-)
Okay so I have many aus but the main one is this:

Troy & the Trojans: Ouroboros & the Serpentine
The Lotus Eaters: The Islanders
Aeolus: Either Vangelis, Vania, or even maybe Firstbourne

Eurymachus: Harumi
Antinuous: Pythor
Sirens: ???
Scylla: Nyad
Sun god’s cattle: ???
The Wind Bag: Bag that holds the Realm Crystal
Plot:
Troy Saga—Ouroboros Saga: The Elemental Alliance defeats the Serpentine during the last battle of the Serpentine Wars, which takes place in the sacred city of Ouroboros. Instead of imprisoning them in tombs, the Elemental Alliance just slaughters them. Dunno if I’m gonna make Astynax a random serpentine hatchling or someone actually relevant yet. When searching for weapons suitable for defeating possible challenges during the voyage home (as their weapons ended up breaking due to the intensity of the wars), Vinny and Garmadon head over to the Island of the Keepers in search for helpful weaponry (also, the Elementals are exhausted from the wars and need actual weaponry now instead of just their elements, as they kinda overused them during battles). The Islanders warm up to Vinny’s joyous whimsy, while Garmadon is being a bisexual mess traumatized angst lord. Their weapons, however, are made of vengestone, which is poisonous to Elemental Masters, so the Islanders direct them to a cave in the Sea of Sand where ancient weaponry and strange metals allegedly reside. Before leaving, Garmadon swipes some of the vengestone because THE VOICES—he’s also pretty sure it’ll come in handy later. Garmadon begins to allow Vinny’s mindset to settle with his beliefs, so of course Mystaké has to come in and be all like “hey wtf are you doing that’s stupid” and snap him back into his Warlord mindset. Once Garmadon is successfully re-traumatized, Mystaké stops intervening(no hate to Mystaké we love Mystaké she’s a girlboss).
Cyclops Saga—Serpent Saga: Garmadon brings a small group over to the cave, where they find heaps and heaps of Chronosteel and Ninjagian metals, along with Serpentine knives and other Serpentine weaponry scattered around. Garmadon swipes some of the Chronosteel with part of his gi/tunic/chiton (whatever I decide to make him wear) covering his skin, and slips it into a compartment on his belt or in a pack or something (he finds a way to keep it on his person. Source: trust me bro). The Devourer, who is under the sand, feels the shift in vibrations and rises from her place underground. Upon sensing Garmadon, whose Oni blood caused her insatiable appetite, she enters a frenzied rage. But—and imma sprinkle in a fun little hc here—when the venom sterted corrupting Garmadon’s body, mind, and soul, it also altered his biology, so if he pushes REALLY hard he has VERY SLIGHT serpentine abilities. He uses the fragments of Hypnobrai hypnotics and enters a telepathic link with the Devourer, temporarily talking her down and offering her a bundle of Elemental-infused metals, as it should combat against her Destructive hunger. She accepts, and consumes a bundle of metal wrapped in cloth. Then she turns on him and his crew and tries to eat them all. Garmadon attempts to direct his forces to defeat her, but she quickly gains the upper hand after killing Vinny (I’M SORRY, VINNY—). Garmadon, paralyzed by his grief and shock, kinda just stares at Vinny’s corpse while other soldiers are being consumed by the Great Devourer. The Devourer suddenly collapses, and whoever imma have take Eurylochus’s role snaps Garmadon outta his shock. Garmadon reveals he has been stealing small portions of each Elemental’s power, and infused it into a small piece of Chronosteel, which he fed to the Great Devourer—along with some vengestone, which, mixed with the Elemental powers, is a very potent poison. While the Great Devourer’s out, the others snatch up Serpentine weapons from the ground and carefully cut off four of her fangs without getting any venom on them. As the last fang is yanked out, the Great Devourer lets out an ear-splitting wall of pain, awakening once again. Garmadon yells for his forced to scatter, and they discover wild Serpentine from all different kinds of tribes requesting to know who hurt their deity, but because Garmadon’s a little shit and didn’t tell her his real name earlier, she says his alias “Nobody” (you have no idea how much I wanted to change Nobody to Darmagon). The other Serpents disperse; Garmadon attempts to leave with his crew and the weaponry, but Mystaké tells him to kill the Great Devourer. Despite her venom, Garmadon feels remorse after invading her home and sawing off her fangs, and not only ignores Mystaké, he gives The Great Devourer his name, credit card number, social security number, ip address, area code, address, character profile, etc. with his theater kid ahh speech “I’m the reigning King of Ninjago. I am neither man nor mythical—I am your darkest moment. I am the infamous…GARMADON” or whatever 🙄 because he thought that was a good idea somehow? Then what basically happens is Mystaké flames him for his choice and Garmadon flames her for her shitty social life so she dips out, but in her ominous as shit Oni Warlady way.
That’s the plot so far that’s absolute, almost everything else is ever-changing.
Other Established Lore Points:
The Overlord is Poseidon because the Great Devourer is a vessel of his. Also he’s a petty little bitch—
Garmadon uses the Realm Crystal (as it’s a substitute for the Wind Bag) to take him and his crew over to Mysterium, where they encounter Aspheera.
Why is Aspheera in Mysterium? The real question is, WHY NOT—
I felt like Aspheera just fit well as Circe. If you have any ideas for what could take the place of her nymphs instead of pyroserpent hatchlings (which will look more like regular Serpentine instead of the giant serpents they were in S11) please lemme know!
Aspheera charges up the Realm Crystal so they’re able to travel to the Underworld. Because it’s actually in both the Odyssey and Ninjago lore, I don’t have to figure out which realm to sent them to THANK TOMMY ANDERSON—
In Monster, Garmadon embraces the Devourer’s Venom and his Oni Violet eyes turn Devourer Red.
During Wisdom, Mystaké takes to mentoring Lloyd, who reminds her so painfully intensely of Garmadon she’s actually freaking out a little.
Also, if you’re wondering how Pythor is there despite being Serpentine, I have two possible solutions to this. A.) Some serpentine who surrendered ended up being allowed refuge in Ninjago, and ended up becoming integrated into society. Remember these are the Serpentine WARS, plural. The wars have been going on for a while, so in this case Pythor would be mixed—part Serpentine, part Ninjagian. OR, option B.) Pythor’s just a full on human in this au.
Btw Eurymachus is the suitor who tried to manipulate Odysseus into not killing them “cut off the Serpent’s head” and all that jazz. A decent portion of the suitors in the Odyssey were actually around Telemachus’s age. Between Eurymachus’s manipulative nature and his close age with Telemachus, I decided to make Harumi take his role, as Lloyd is Telemachus in this au. Harumi idolizes Garmadon in this au as well, but she sees his family as weak and manipulated Pythor into being the one to incite the siege on the palace so she wouldn’t take the fall if it failed. She didn’t anticipate that Garmadon did NOT in fact care for her (like bro he hasn’t even MET you he’s been out fighting in WARS for DECADES).
Calypso’s Island might be the Nether-Space if I make the Forbidden Five take on Calypso’s role.
God Games takes place in either the Ethereal Divide or the First Realm. I might change the Source Dragons out to be mostly Oni Warlords as the Olympian Council instead…
Also btw Mystaké was HEAVILY implied to be an Oni Warlord, and I hc she’s Decer, Oni Warlady of Deception. I have many points to support this but this is not the post for that rant.
When Garmadon is released from the Nether-Space, he’s sent to a random point in the Realm of Ninjago, far out from the Island of Ninjago.
He goes through his whole ahh journessey and shit, and when he finally is about to reach Ninjago, the Overlord intervenes like a PETTY LITTLE BITCH—
Mystaké is fuming from where she’s healing (in an Oni Temple in the First Realm)
The FSM is fuming from his place in the Departed Realm
If Wu’s alive at this point, his brother instincts kick in and he gets annoyed without knowing why. If he’s dead, he’s fuming with the FSM in the Departed Realm
The Overlord redirects the currents and sends Garmadon to the Realm of Madness, where he has amassed a whole ass ocean of Dark Matter. He attempts to blackmail Garmadon into entering of his own volition to become a new vessel for the Overlord. When Garmadon refuses, the Overlord snaps and just manipulates the Dark Matter into pulling Garmadon under, Poseidon style (he has a Crystallized Vengestone sword that he uses to hell him maintain control of the Dark Matter as he manipulates it). Garmadon has a few traumatizing cute hallucinations, and the Dark Matter has a strange reaction with the Devourer’s Venom…
Garmadon revives and snatches the Realm Crystal from where it floats beside him. His Oni side goes feral and he breaks the surface of the Dark Matter, wings—that are CANONICALLY APART OF HIS ONI FORM—keeping him in the air as he fights the Overlord. He uses the Realm Crystal ro transport them to the Realm of Ninjago, mid fight. He slams the Overlord into the Dark Island the Ody slammed Poseidon into those rocks. The Overlord’s storm that raged through the Realm of Madness is still raging on the Dark Island. Garmadon picks up the Overlord’s sword and practices a type of weaving that Koko should probably try out on the suitors instead of the shroud (he makes a patchwork of the Overlord’s flesh). The Overlord eventually relents, calling off his storm, and Garmadon works to finish his voyage to return to his kingdom. He faces no obstacles.
Lloyd, who went on a quest to find out what the fuck happened to Garmadon (btw his Telemachy crew was either the Ninja or the Darkley’s kids. I have been roped into a specific hc that Lloyd had friends“acquaintances” at Darkley’s—Gene, Brad, and Sally. You can probably find some of those four being goofballs somewhere in my reblogs), returns home to hear the suitors plotting to kill him and immediately runs to stash all the weapons in the armory without hearing the bit they say about Koko. Garmadon hears, though. Not a single suitor survived the massacre. Lloyd enters in the same dramatic fashion his family always does—theater kid style. Except, in this context he stabs a suitor in partial Oni form (Oni form but his face is his human one with dragon and Oni traits scattered on it). Lloyd is recognized as the Green Ninja when four formidably strong suitors manage to wield a Golden Weapon each. Lloyd then proceeds to let his developing Dragoni traits help him battle against the suitors, Mystaké guiding him through the whole thing. When Lloyd shouts “STOP” before that one suitor encourages the others to take up arms, it’s because he has a vision of what they’re about to attempt. When that one suitor says “got him” they stab through a wing of Lloyd’s, and dislocate it by using it to both push him onto the ground and pull him towards them. Garmadon is actually two seconds from disintegrating the entire landmass of Ninjago from sheer rage. The only thing that stops him is the fact that if he did that, his loved ones would get hurt. He executes them all, Odysseus-style. Lloyd is impressed and slightly worried. Well, he flinched each time a suitor was shot. He kinda just looked like “yeah I’m used to it” when Garmadon said “You plotted to KILL my SON”. Lloyd immediately flips his script when Garmadon says what they planned to do to Koko. His Oni side kinda flares up, and he stands up, clutching his injured wing (which is folded towards him) slightly. Garmadon is far in front of him at this point. All previous sympathy for the suitors leaves Lloyd’s eyes, and when an actively dying suitor (who was shot by Garm) reaches out to Lloyd in a silent plea for help, Lloyd narrows his eyes and crushes the suitor’s hand under his boot. (Unknown to both Garmadons, Lloyd’s eyes flash a familiar red for an instant…) Garmadon finishes off the last of the suitors (some stared in horror at Garmadon, others stared in horror at the terrifying creature that was nothing like the kid they terrorized, his aura emitting pure evil and hatred). Then Lloyd instantly switches back to the socially awkward/sassy WRECK that we know him to be, and fumbles his way through his reunion with his dad, but it works out because Garmadon is equally autistic. Garmadon and Mystaké have a quick little yap sesh, and they (in their own confusing way) agree to try to mend their relationship. Garmadon reunites with Koko, who’s two seconds from throwing him out the window for even SUGGESTING that he’s not who he is—the man she’s waited on for DECADES—AND for implying that she ever fell out of love with him. She successfully outsmarts him (as always) and they reconcile. Noises come from their bedroom that Lloyd wishes he could erase from his mind, instead opting to clean up the palace with Mystaké’s amused guidance. Stuff happens. And everyone is happy…for now…
OH! Also if you’re wondering why Garmadon didn’t just use the Realm Crystal to go to Ninjago instead of going on this whole ass side quest…it’s because he can’t.
Only the First Master (and Lloyd, if he receives training for it—but no one knows this yet) has the ability to control the Realm Crystal. Garmadon is one of the few who can activate it, but he is unable to control its course. Aspheera was a special case, she knew a spell that enabled her to chart a single destination for the crystal. She couldn’t choose Ninjago, as it was too far in distance from Mysterium.
So, this means one of two things. Either A.) the Source Dragons slightly aided him when he used the Realm Crystal against the Overlord, or B.) He just got extremely fucking lucky that the Realm Crystal chose Ninjago.
(Garmadon knows these are the only two ways that his return to Ninjago happened. He doesn’t know if the Sources DID help him or not, but ever since his return, he’s prayed to them every night)
So yeah! Lemme know if you have any other questions about this version of the au!

Pull of The Tides: my silly ninjago pirate au
idek where to start so.
A little after Morro runs away from Wu, he starts looking for the First Spinjitsu Master's tomb. Obviously not getting much luck, he finds a harbor town, and a strange demon woman who promises to help him exact his revenge on destiny. Resuming his search for the FSM's tomb, he turns to the seas after hearing rumors the tomb is at the bottom of the ocean, and starts a small but strong group of pirates on a stolen boat.
A few years later, he raids a village through it's rivers for rice and money, and finds a blacksmith shop with a small boy challenging him with a crude sword. His smaller sister stands behind him, yelling at him to get out.
Instead of fighting them, Morro takes them with his crew and raises them like siblings, learning they have elemental powers like him: the girl controlling water, and the boy controlling fire. Immediately Morro begins training them in combat and helping them control their powers, both so that they can be of use to him and so they don't sink his ship. The girl, being named Nya 'Waterwalker' Jiang, and the boy named Kai 'Flint' Jiang.
About 10 years go by, and Wu becomes very confused to find an empty blacksmith's shop, one that looks like it's empty for quite some time. Asking nearby neighbors gets him dead ends and more confusion, so he goes back to the monastery empty handed and continues training his own students, Jay, Cole and Zane.
However, when they get an emergency letter from a coastal village asking for defense from pirates with elemental powers, things start to click. Wu finds a familiar face on the captain draped in green commanding wind, and two others who bear a striking resemblance to his missing friends, Ray and Maya.
Wu tells his former student that whatever he's looking for, he'll have to go through him and his students. Captain Morro informs him that his quest for his father's tomb has been abandoned, and his crew is now looking for something- or someone- more powerful: the green ninja.
It becomes a race against each other to find whoever and wherever this green ninja is, with Morro somehow ending up with another kid who says he's the son of Lord Garmadon himself. He's a brat. Morro's not too sure why he's still on the ship.

Understanding Frequency Specific Microcurrent: A Revolutionary Approach to Healing Shaina Tranquilino July 20, 2024
Tumblr media
In the realm of alternative medicine, innovative therapies often emerge that challenge traditional paradigms. One such cutting-edge technique is Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), a therapy gaining attention for its purported healing benefits. FSM harnesses the power of electrical currents, delivered at specific frequencies, to target various health conditions. Let's delve into what FSM entails, how it works, and its potential applications in the realm of healing.
What is Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM)?
Frequency Specific Microcurrent is a form of electrotherapy that uses extremely low-level electrical currents (microcurrents) to stimulate the body's tissues. What sets FSM apart is its precise application of frequencies. These frequencies are thought to correspond with specific types of tissues and conditions within the body.
FSM operates on the principle that each type of tissue in the body has its own unique frequency signature. By applying microcurrents at these specific frequencies, practitioners aim to facilitate healing processes at a cellular level. This approach is rooted in the belief that restoring cellular resonance through targeted frequencies can optimize physiological functions and promote recovery.
How Does FSM Work?
The application of FSM involves several key steps:
Identification of Frequencies: Practitioners identify the frequencies associated with the patient's specific condition or area of concern. This may involve a detailed assessment based on the symptoms and medical history of the individual.
Electrode Placement: Microcurrent electrodes are placed on the skin at predetermined points. These electrodes deliver the precise frequencies identified during the assessment.
Treatment Session: During the session, the patient typically experiences a mild tingling sensation or no sensation at all. The currents are so low that they are usually imperceptible, making FSM a painless therapy.
Duration and Frequency: Treatment duration and frequency vary depending on the condition being treated. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.
Healing Potential of FSM
Proponents of FSM suggest a wide range of potential benefits across various health conditions:
Pain Management: FSM is commonly used for pain relief, including musculoskeletal pain, nerve pain, and inflammatory conditions. By targeting specific frequencies associated with pain pathways, FSM may help reduce pain perception and promote tissue healing.
Inflammation Reduction: The anti-inflammatory effects of FSM are also highlighted. By modulating cellular activity and reducing inflammation at a cellular level, FSM may assist in managing chronic inflammatory conditions.
Tissue Repair and Regeneration: The application of microcurrents at specific frequencies is believed to enhance cellular repair mechanisms. This can potentially accelerate healing processes following injuries or surgeries.
Neurological Conditions: Some practitioners advocate FSM for neurological conditions such as neuropathy and even cognitive disorders. The rationale lies in the ability of microcurrents to influence neural pathways and cellular communication.
Frequency Specific Microcurrent represents a fascinating intersection of technology and holistic healing principles. While it continues to be studied and debated within the medical community, anecdotal evidence and some research studies suggest promising outcomes across various health challenges. As with any alternative therapy, it is essential for individuals considering FSM to consult qualified practitioners and explore its suitability for their specific conditions.
As research and clinical understanding evolve, Frequency Specific Microcurrent holds the potential to expand treatment options for those seeking alternatives to conventional medical approaches. Its gentle yet potentially profound effects on cellular function offer a glimpse into the future of integrative medicine, where personalized frequencies may unlock new avenues for healing and wellness.

I know I haven’t posted in a while, but I do have something to post
Thanks @therummonster for helping me with this!! You are amazing aibou!

Tahe and the boy who didn’t want to be there
_______________________________
Lloyd was on the edge of a building, sitting on the railing, legs hanging, staring at the traffic below him.
FSM, how much of a failure can I be, Lloyd thought, feeling sick to his stomach. He’d been berated by Misako, his mother, again. “You never did enough, never worked enough,” she’d yelled, “you’re sloppy! Look at your footwork, look at your control!”. He could still hear her words in his head.
The traffic beneath him was mesmerizing. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of it, swaying gently in the non existent breeze. Lloyd was tired, exhausted. All he could hear in his head was his mothers words over the years. He wished he could be apathetic to it all but no, he had to care.
“ Do you need help controlling your pow-”
“NO, I don’t. I’ve worked for years on these stupid powers and I don't want to hear about how you would do it better Misako!”
Lloyd turned around, intent to tell his mom how he felt. But behind him wasn’t his mom. It was an angelic looking being, staring at him with a neutral but interested look on her face. Her face shifted into a smile, and she looked satisfied, like his outburst was what she needed.
“ Misako? I don’t know who that is but my name is Evangeline. I am from a different dimension and I came to offer you a spot in The Trismegistus Academy for Heroic Enlightenment, or Tahe for short. You would be-”
Lloyd interjected again, this time too tired to hear whatever she was going to say.
“Look, lady, Evangeline, whatever. I have no time to attend school, I have to make sure my city and home stays safe. I’d appreciate it if you offered that spot to a different kid, preferably one who doesn’t have the weight of a city on their shoulders.”
Evangeline looked surprised, then her face looked grim again.
“ I apologize, but with the magnitude of your powers, I must insist that you come with me.”
“Wait-!”
Then Lloyd was falling.
“AHHHHHHHH-”
He landed on the ground with a thud, his vision blacking out for a second.
“ Where.. am I?”
He was in a room with a pool of water emitting an aura of warmth around him. Laying down on his back, he let himself relax for just a few minutes. Then a voice came from somewhere around him, “ RESONATE WITH THE WATER TO OPEN THE WAY THROUGH!”.
“ okay.. I guess this isn’t the weirdest thing I’ve done?”
Lloyd touched the water, trying to feel the energy in it. Breathing in and out, he commanded it to open the entrance. As if it was magic, a pyramid opened up, allowing Lloyd entrance into… somewhere?
It was a large open space, with kids of all ages walking through doors everywhere. It was lively, almost a polar opposite to all the schools that Lloyd had been to. The lady who had brought him here was in the middle of the space, chatting with another group of students, though compared to those around them, they looked rather out of place.
“ Hello?” He said, catching the lady’s attention.
She turned towards him, her face smoothing into a pleased smile.
“Hello child. Found your way out of the room already? You must have a rather large field of belief to have done such a feat. Give me a moment to check something-” Her face darkened and then slackened in shock.
“Look lady, I did your challenge,” Lloyd says, pulling a hand down his face in exasperation, “ I desperately need to get back home, I don’t really have time for this.”
Looking around him, he could see that everyone was turned to face him.
“What?”
A boy, tall and framed in a celestial light, stepped up, chest puffed out,and looked down at him.
“ Are we not good enough for you? Just because you passed the resonance exam doesn't mean you're any good at anything else.” he said, turning his nose up at Lloyd.
“ NO, no, I didn’t mean any offense, it's just that my dimension desperately needs me back. You all seem wonderful but-” Lloyd was struck by a sudden bout of dizziness. He fell back, trying to stabilize his body, but soon he felt his body shrinking.
“ Damn it!” he cursed.
The effects of The Tomorrow Tea had somehow worn off. He didn’t remember how old he was, nor did he fully understand what had happened, but as he pulled himself up, he could hear Evangeline sigh.
“ Child.. How old do you think you are?” she said, aiming for something kind, but all it did was ruffle Lloyd’s feathers.
“ I don’t know! Old enough!” Lloyd staggered back again, catching himself with a bit of wind, “ What does it matter anyway! Just send me back!” He staggered again, this time calling up a rock wall that he fell against.
Evangeline moved towards him, but stopped when he flinched.
“ You don’t need to fear me. Child. I mean no harm to you-”
“Yeah, yeah, that's what they all say. Look evangeline, I don't give a shit what you think. I need to get back and fix whatever you did to me!”
Lloyd’s breaths came in quick and fast. He was hyperventilating, vision going blurry. He could barely register someone moving towards him, flinching away on reflex.
After a few minutes, he forced his breathing to steady. His vision remained blurry, though, he supposed it could be because he’d over used his powers, or because he hadn’t eaten in days.
“Hey! Hey!” The same guy who’d yelled at him earlier was yelling again when he steadied, “ what do you think you're doing, you show off!”
“JUST SHUT UP!”
Lloyd held his head in his hand, staggering up against the wall pushing himself up. He was in pain, yes, but it wasn’t as bad as anything else he’d had to deal with. He turned towards the exit where he came from, walking with a limp and holding his head in hand, creating an icicle to help steady himself.
He was almost able to make it out before the exact same aura he’d felt near the water hit him like a truck.
“ What-” suddenly all Lloyd could feel was fuzzy, as if someone had given him a giant hug, “- is going on…”
He almost falls back, crashing into someone's arms. The aura grew even stronger and he sighed. His body felt so heavy, and he couldn’t help but close his eyes for just a few seconds.
“Child, child!”
Lloyd could feel something tapping him on the cheek.
“Huh? Just let me sleep”
Evangline’s face came into view and she sighed.
“Child, you are 15. You need to take care of yourself. When was the last time you slept?”
“I’m 15? I could have sworn…” Lloyd could feel himself drift off into sleep.

Why Singapore Fire Safety Managers Do What They Do — And What It Means to You
When you enter a shopping mall, a hospital, or your office complex, you most likely don't give much thought to fire safety — and that's precisely the idea. In Singapore, there is a team of professionals working diligently behind the scenes to ensure fire risks are kept at a bare minimum and everyone is safe. These professionals offer a vital layer of protection through the FSM service in Singapore.
But what drives these individuals? Why do they choose a job that is often overlooked, yet so vital? In this blog, we’ll explore the motivations of a fire safety manager in Singapore, how FSM service in Singapore impacts daily life, and how trusted partners like Drako Fire support this essential work.
The People Behind the Protection
FSM service in Singapore, or Fire Safety Manager service, is more than just paperwork and regular checks. It's a mission of public safety. They are specially trained professionals who manage fire safety procedures, perform emergency drills, check equipment, and see to it that buildings are always in line with the requirements of the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
But then there is a human motive: they care. The majority of Singapore's fire safety managers go into the work because they recognize that what lies behind every system and check list is a life — or hundreds of lives — depending on their attention.
Consider Mr. Lee, a veteran Singaporean fire safety manager, who states, "I became an FSM because I wanted to save lives. I don't don a uniform like the SCDF officers, but I am proud that my work might someday save a person's life."
The Daily Vigilance Behind FSM Service in Singapore
The labor of FSMs is not always visible to the public, but they do important work every day. Ranging from inspecting smoke detectors and emergency lighting systems to planning evacuation drills, FSMs make sure buildings are ready at all times for emergencies.
This is the foundation of FSM service in Singapore — not compliance, but prevention. It's a culture founded on habit, attention to detail, and preparedness. These services mean that when the fire alarm sounds, it's not panic, but a smooth and well-rehearsed reaction.
A Fire Safety Partner You Can Trust
While FSM service in Singapore is subject to the capabilities of devoted managers, it also greatly depends on quality systems and upkeep. That's where companies such as enter.
Drako Fire is a name known and trusted in the fire protection business, offering everything from alarm systems and fire extinguishers to total fire protection services. For FSMs, knowing that they have a trusted partner such as ensures peace of mind — that they have the proper tools and assistance at hand to protect every facility they care for.
As one certified fire safety manager in Singapore, Ms. Chua, puts it, "Working with Drako Fire gives me confidence. Their systems are reliable, their team is responsive, and they understand the real-world challenges we face."
Why It Matters to You
You might not directly deal with a fire safety manager, but his work impacts you each time you enter a commercial or public establishment. The FSM service in Singapore verifies that emergency exits are clear, alarms are working, and fire systems are at the highest operating levels — all so that when things go awry, you'll be safe.
Whether you're a resident, student, shopper, or office worker, the work of FSMs and collaborators such as Drako Fire is your quiet armor.
Real Stories, Real Impact
In a minor electrical fire at an office building in the city last year, it was the FSM's regular inspection — two days prior — that had detected a malfunctioning circuit. That maintenance probably inhibited the fire from spreading, salvaging property and lives. These are the kinds of actual situations where the worth of FSM service in Singapore is proven.
One other fire safety manager remembered that a tenant would not go to a fire drill. A month or so later, there was a false alarm and there was confusion — and that particular tenant had some appreciation of how important the drill could have been. These anecdotes show how FSMs not only put systems in place but also train and shape behavior.
Conclusion: Quiet Commitment, Lifelong Impact
The job of a fire safety manager in Singapore is not showy. It doesn't get headlines or go viral. But it counts — big time. FSM service in Singapore is an unassuming dedication to safeguarding others, something that these guys take on as a point of honor.

Fire Safety Certificate Singapore: Legal Requirements and Application Process
In Singapore, strong fire safety standards are not just good sense—They're required by law. For premises belonging to certain categories, maintaining and possessing a fire safety certificate Singapore is required. The fire safety certificate, issued by the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), is proof that the fire safety systems that have been installed in a premise meet national fire safety standards.
Regardless of whether you are a building owner, a facilities manager, or a business owner, understanding the fire safety certificate Singapore process is crucial for regulatory compliance and workplace safety. In this article, we will walk you through statutory requirements and application process step by step.
What Is a Fire Safety Certificate Singapore?
A fire safety certificate Singapore is a legally binding document that ensures that a building's fire protection systems are correctly installed, serviced, and maintained. It is issued by the SCDF and is typically required before a building is in use or occupied, especially for commercial and industrial buildings.
Failure to obtain a valid fire safety certificate Singapore will result in heavy penalties like fines and closure orders. It is therefore paramount that business entities and property management stay attuned to the certification process.
Who Needs a Fire Safety Certificate Singapore?
Not every building in the nation needs a fire safety certificate Singapore, but most do. Certification is usually required for:
Commercial establishments
Industrial structures
Shopping centers
Healthcare institutions
High-rise residential buildings
Schools
Any building that has fire protection mechanisms like sprinkler systems, fire alarms, smoke control, or emergency lighting exit is usually subject to the fire safety certificate Singapore requirement.
Legal Requirements
To be qualified for a fire safety certificate Singapore, there are certain legal requirements that have to be complied with:
Compliance with Fire Code Regulations
The building has to be constructed or renovated to Fire Code, such as fire-rated doors, emergency exits, and smoke detection. All equipment must be SCDF compliant.
Qualified Personnel
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by qualified people. In big premises, a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) may also be legally required.
Regular Maintenance and Inspections
All fire safety appliances need to be checked regularly and maintained to ensure that they are in proper working condition. Maintenance and servicing records are a very important part of the application for fire safety certificate Singapore.
No Outstanding Fire Safety Offenses
Your building must not have any outstanding fire safety offenses. These need to be rectified before a fire safety certificate Singapore can be issued or renewed by the SCDF.
Application Process
Application for a fire safety certificate Singapore involves several steps, usually taken care of by building owners or their proxies:
Assessment and Preparation
Conduct an internal audit or engage experts like Drako Fire to assess if all systems comply. Rectify any shortcomings prior to submitting.
Engage a Qualified Person (QP)
A QP, being a registered architect or professional engineer, needs to submit the application and sign the supporting documents to prove compliance.
Submit through CORENET or GoBusiness Portal
Applications are filed online through the official portals. You’ll need to upload all relevant documents, including system maintenance records and fire safety reports.
SCDF Inspection
The SCDF may conduct a physical inspection of your premises to verify that all fire safety systems are functional and compliant.
Issuance of Certificate
If all criteria are met, you’ll be issued a fire safety certificate Singapore. This certificate is generally valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Common Challenges
Most property owners delay when submitting their fire safety certificate Singapore because they do not know or lack the documents. Delaying will result in failing inspections and penalties. Another error is using untrained personnel for maintenance, which will render your certification process useless.
That is why it is usually recommended to engage experts in the field such as Drako Fire for support. They can simplify the process and guarantee that all fire safety procedures are in place prior to submission.
Importance of Timely Renewal
A Singapore fire safety certificate is not an annual task—an annual renewal is necessary. On-time renewal avoids non-compliance and guarantees your building's fire systems at all times to be in working order and compliant. Neglecting renewal deadlines by companies invites fines or closure orders by the SCDF.
A monthly calendar reminder or engaging a facilities management company can help keep your building compliant throughout the year.
Final Thoughts
Obtaining and maintaining a fire safety certificate Singapore is a vital part of having a secure, compliant business or facility. It gets your building ready for an emergency and keeps you compliant with SCDF regulations.
By understanding the requirements and how to apply, and working with experts like Drako Fire, you can safely maneuver the system. Don't wait until an inspection or accident—prioritize your fire safety compliance today.
