Reina:

🍷 How do they feel about alcohol? She likes it for the most part, but she much prefers wine over anything else. 🐒 - What’s their favorite animal? Horse and dogs on a base level, but the second she sees a dragon up close she's obsessed and wants to ride one immediately and will probably fight Lae'zel to do so if it came to it

🗺️- Her native tongue only/basic, whatever those technically are in BG3 and Skyrim lol.

💘 - What do they find attractive about their partner(s)? For her BG counterpart: Astarion's Dangerous, insanely intelligent, and has wordplay for days and that just does it for her, plain and simple. He's not like any other paramour she's had before on several levels so she's also interested in the change he offers. For her Skyrim counterpart: Farkas is dumb but has the biggest heart imaginable and the whole "Big Burly Man is Afraid of Spiders" thing was a bonus. She adores him.

Reina

Considering her quality of life falling out of the tree and hitting every “awful” branch on the way down, between the amnesia, losing two of the main people this New Her made, finding out she was engaged to the local tyrant lord and bore him a son, she’s not remotely okay and is the one person that gets closest to making a deal with Raphael just to have some control of aspects of her life- even if he holds the cards.

Befriends Astarion first out of the companions, and once she starts getting glimpses of her memories back, she can totally understand that like calls to like on that front.

Farowyn

Is a Fighter through and through but she does have a reoccuring interest to study being a bard.

Theo

His full name is Theodric and went by it, but come Tadpole Time, upon meeting him Raphael nicknamed him “Theo” to annoy him. It worked, so Theo started going by the name to take it back.

Bonus as this is his tumblr debut: Is Isobel’s baby brother and was often seen as “The Spare” in his family/to all but Isabel herself, so he’s fiercely loyal and will fight to the death for her if necessary.

Farowyn: When she made it to Riften, Brynjolf saw how utterly out of place and disorganized she was and was ready to rob her blind but Rowenna wouldn't let him.

Lara: Designs her performance outfits around whatever ribbon necklace she can get her hands on at the time.

Nyrie: She's a halfway decent archer

Does the Ole Poison in the Wine trick at the goblin camp so she doesn't get to see exactly what Abdirak's uh, deal is, but she's low key curious as all Hell when she takes his get-up in. Fast forward to meeting him again near Baldur's Gate and she's 100% willing to give the Blessing a shot much to everyone's surprise.

Playing with a concept that while she can get lost super easily looking at a map/following a road etc, put her in the Underdark where you're supposed to/it's highly likely you'll get lost, and somehow she's got a perfect sense of direction.

Bakes pies to cope with all the Bad Shit going on.

If she sees Volo anywhere after their first couple of encounters, she takes it as a personal duty to put at least one locked door between him and the nearest source of potential danger. She doesn't gave the goddamn time to rescue him again.

Let's go with Farowyn bc I'm still in the BG3 mood

Was Captured in the middle of her wedding to her family friend Rolfe. It was mostly a political marriage and while she adored Rolfe she was convinced she wasn't ready for marriage, so she low-key considers the nautiloids crashing the event a blessing-not-in-disguise. Would still tear through an army to ensure Rolfe was safe, though.

Once she learns Talk With Animals it might as well be pulling teeth to keep her focused. Who cares about their tadpole problem, there's a boar that's gonna get itself killed, starving cows and an anxious owlbear to worry about, Astarion she sees you trying to kill all of them, would you kindly back the Hell up-

Cannot stand Lae'zel. She's way too caught swinging between being chaotic and lawful good to handle all of Lae'zel's negativity.

Braids a bunch of flowers and other random little foraging treasures into decorations and puts them around camp to make wherever they're staying feel a little homier.

Adores Gale, but has a constant, non-tadpole nagging in the back of her mind that she cannot trust him whatsoever.

Doesn't read for pleasure, but desperately wants to be a Reader in theory just for the Hopeless Romanticism of it all.

2) Was there something about the character creator that just couldn't capture your Character? Please tell us about their hair, facial hair, tattoos, piercings, disabilities, their trans or intersex body, or anything else you're comfortable sharing. (2) Nothing super intricate. The faces didn't fit her, they were either too soft or too sharp. And then a la her Skyrim counterpart she takes pride in all the half-up, half-down hairstyles she could do with various braids or twists that the CC was lacking.

9) Do you have a favorite member of the Tiefling Refugees? Is it the same as your Character's? I'm partial to Danis, Bex, Locke, Komira, Zevlor and Mirkon. I feel like Farowyn wouldn't be drawn to anybody in particular, she's friendly with all of them. Maybe if I had to pickone she'd be partial to Guex since they're both kinda well meaning dopes and I feel like they'd get along super well.

17) What does your Character think of Withers? She doesn't trust Something about him, but he doesn't really act on any reasons to earn that distrust, so she doesn't mind him. She likes that he's sort of the group Grandpa.

22) How did your Character resolve the situation with Sovereign Glut, if you met them? She gladly helped everyone hand Glut his ass when he betrayed them. She liked Spaw well enough and knew most of the others respected him, so she'd side with him any day.

Not to toot my own here but I still get a kick out of the fact that I have Farowyn’s tag as “Farowyn the Everlost” and at first glance it’s whimsical, fantasy genre appropriate, meanwhile it’s deadass just me slapping my own Skyrim experience on there/she has that title bc “she” went to travel from Riverwood to Whiterun and somehow ended up in Riften in the process. “She’s” a dumbass.

Let’s go with my two Skyrim Dragonborn bc I miss them something fierce.

Rowenna:

Was in the Dark Brotherhood for the start of her time in Skyrim, but after ascending to leadership she was told to kill Narfi, and her conscience kicked in. She refused to kill him, helped him with his quest, then collapsed the Night Mother’s cave. It ended in a fight but she talked the survivors down and left. She passed out near Whiterun where the Companions found her and nursed her back to health. She started solid friendships with all but Njada, but left because she felt they were too good for her. She fell in with the Thieves Guild as a happy medium, and the Rest of Her Life happened from there.

Going off of that, she may or may not have caused the “unfortunate accident” Njada got caught up and died in.

Paarthurnax is still very insistent she’s got a good heart, which makes no sense to her.

Farowyn:

Saved Ralof’s life even after siding with the Imperials, and she stays in Whiterun while he sulks about the Imperial’s eventual victory.

She still ends up being Ralof’s #1 drinking buddy until their old age. Torvar’s a lil jealous.

Married to Farkas and they have Vilkas live with then because she didn’t want to separate her favorite boys.

Rowenna: In her early days in Skyrim, she stealth killed Heimskr with an arrow because she couldn’t stand listening to him shouting anymore. After her own redemption, she felt vaguely bad about it. 

Nyssia Also murdered Heimskr, but wasn’t remotely stealthy about it, has a multi thousand-coin bounty on her head in Whiterun over it, and doesn’t feel an ounce of regret. 

Farowyn: Is aptly nicknamed “The Everlost” because she’s got no sense of direction. Once tried to follow a map marker across the country, only to find out two days later she’s gone the exact opposite direction. 

Also, because I’m not feeling repeats: Lyrie (Rowenna and Brynjolf’s Daughter): Her favorite babysitter is Teldryn because he’s fun and is the best at playing ‘flying machine’, but doesn’t want that “secret” to come out because that would seem like she doesn’t like Celann, which she does, because she’s got a little baby crush on him. Celann absolutely knows and is as delighted as he is mortified
