Water is one of those things that is an easy thing for me to do for my health. My usual amount of water that I drink is about 2L or a little more. The amount required for me is a little more. Sometimes I manage more and but 2L is typically my usual. Lately, last month or so, it's been a challenge. I know that it's a problem because I'm very swollen (hands and feet). I retain water when I don't drink enough. It makes me feel bloated and heavy. And I can feel the inflammation in my back. Time to take it up a notch now that I'm back to 2L. Increasing this week to 3L. Very seldom do I drink tap water. Since we moved to North Cobalt in 1999, we bought a water cooler. I have never liked the taste of the water. Some of these "water companies" simply filter their tap water. If you drink a lot of water, you can taste the chlorine in the water. Yuck! I love being able to fill my water from this natural spring in Temagami. Fresh water with no chemicals. This water in Temagami tastes crisp and clear.
